Objective:To explore the effect of adjuvant transfer factor oral solution therapy on the infection process of children with mycoplasma ***:A total of 164 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group (n=82) and transfer factor oral solution group (n=82) by random number table method. Control group received clinical routine therapy for children with mycoplasma pneumonia, transfer factor oral solution group received both routine therapy and transfer factor oral solution therapy, and both groups were treated for consecutive 1 week. The differences in infection-related index levels were compared between the two groups before and after ***:Before treatment, the differences in serum levels of inflammatory factors, coagulation indexes and immunoglobulins were not statistically significant between the two groups. After 1 week of treatment, serum inflammatory factors IL-2, IL-13 and IL-18 contents of transfer factor oral solution group were lower than those of control group;serum coagulation index FIB level was lower than that of control group whereas PT and APTT levels were higher than those of control group;serum immunoglobulins IgG, IgA and IgM contents were lower than those of control ***: Adjuvant transfer factor oral solution therapy can effectively relieve the systemic inflammatory response and reduce the coagulation system and humoral immune system function damage in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.

无菌采集30份猫血样品,进行全血基因组DNA的抽提,用文献报道的方法筛选出感染猫血巴尔通氏体的样品。挑取2份阳性的DNA样品,用能扩增大多数真细菌16S rRNA基因的通用引物进行PCR扩增,扩增产物经克隆、测序后,获得大小为1456bp的核苷酸序列(登录号为AM745338)。序列比对和系统进化分析发现,该序列与猫血巴尔通氏体(DQ825442)的16S rRNA基因序列相似性达到99.7%,按照新的分类命名应称之为Candidatusmycoplasma haemominutum,从而从分子生物学水平证实了此种猫的血营养菌在广东省的存在。系统进化分析结果也证实,在以往的分类中被归属于"附红细胞体属"和"血巴尔通氏体属"的病原体应归为同一个属,这类血营养菌在系统发生上与肺炎支原体最靠近,应归于支原体属,是一种血营养性支原体。

Objective: To explore the effect of Yanhuning in combined with azithromycin on the inflammatory cytokines and immunological function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: A total of 130 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were included in the study and randomized into the treatment group (n=65) and the control group (n=65). The patients in the control group were given azithromycin. On the above basis, the patients in the treatment group were given Yanhuning. The patients in the two groups were continuously treated for 7 d. The levels of serum inflammatory cytokines and immunological function indicators before and after treatment in the two groups were detected and compared. Results: When compared with before treatment, the serum IL-2 level after treatment in the two groups was significantly elevated, while IL-4, IL-10, IL-13, IL-6, TNF-α, and IFN-γ levels were significantly reduced;moreover, the improvement in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group. When compared with before treatment, CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in the two groups were significantly elevated, and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while CD8+ was significantly reduced, but the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant. When compared with before treatment, RBC-C3bR after treatment in the two groups was significantly elevated, while RBC-ICR was significantly reduced;moreover, the improvement in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group. Conclusions: Yanhuning in combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children can significantly enhance the immunological function, and reduce the inflammatory reaction, with an effect significantly superior to that by single application of azithromycin.

Contagious bovine Pleuropneumonia (CBPP) is an infectious and highly contagious respiratory disease of cattle and water buffalo, caused by the mycoplasma mycoides subspecies mycoides. It induces significant economic losses and leads to a severe livestock production problem, negatively influencing people’s livelihoods of affected countries. In Somalia, there is no updated data on the prevalence and distribution of the disease. Hence, a descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted from September 2022 to June 2023 in different villages under the Afgoye District of lower Shabelle region, Somalia. The main purpose of this study is to assess the sero-prevalence and identify the associated risk factors for the occurrence of the disease. In this study, villages, age, sex, breed, and body condition were considered as risk factors. A total of 90 blood samples were collected and tested in the laboratory using the Anti-CBPP Elisa kit test. Out of 90 serum samples from herd cattle, 32 were positive, resulting in an overall prevalence of 35.5%. In addition, we found a statistically significant variation between the prevalence of the disease and factors such as sex, age, body condition and breeds. In summary, the overall prevalence of Contagious bovine pleuropneumonia in this study area is worth to be considered because there is a low quality of health care and less awareness of the Contagious bovine Pleuropneumonia effects on herds, which warrants the official authorities to act and follow appropriate preventive and control measures to reduce the incidence of the disease and generate appropriate controlling and prevention measures in all regions of Somalia.

AIM To evaluate the increase in diagnostic yield, by using IgA in addition to IgM, instead of IgM alone, in relation to the age of the *** The study considered 1067 blood samples from patients with clinical signs of lower respiratory tract infections, tested for anti-mycoplasma IgG, IgM and IgA *** The increase in diagnostic yield with IgA, compared to IgM detection alone was of 3.5% with statistically significant differences between age groups(0.8% for those equal/under 50 years of age and 4.3% for those over 50).CONCLUSION Our findings demonstrate that IgA detection lead to a twofold increase in the number of diagnoses among the older age groups, but it did not result in relevant increase among the younger age groups.

支原体感染(mycoplasma pneumoniae, MP)是呼吸系统常见的一类感染性疾病,儿童为易感人群。感染后导致支原体肺炎,出现干咳、发热等症状,若治疗不及时或不规范,将会严重影响到小儿的生长发育。有资料显示,近年来,受过度免疫反应、混合感染和大环内酯类抗生素耐药性等因素的影响,肺炎支原体(MP)肺炎发病率呈递增趋势[1-2]。
