Tightly Secure Public-Key Cryptographic Schemes from One-More Assumptions

A tightly secure cryptographic scheme refers to a construction with a tight security reduction to a hardness assumption,where the reduction loss is a small constant.A scheme with tight security is preferred in practice since it could be implemented using a smaller parameter to improve ***,Bader et al.(EUROCRYPT 2016)have proposed a comprehensive study on the impossible tight security reductions for certain(e.g.,key-unique)public-key cryptographic schemes in the multi-user with adaptive corruptions(MU-C)setting built upon non-interactive *** assumptions of one-more version,such as one-more computational Diffie-Hellman(n-CDH),are variants of the standard assumptions and have found various ***,whether it is possible to have tightly secure key-unique schemes from the one-more assumptions or the impossible tight reduction results also hold for these assumptions remains *** this paper,we give affirmative answers to the above question,i.e.,we can have efficient key-unique public-key cryptographic schemes with tight security built upon the one-more ***,we propose a digital signature scheme and an encryption scheme,both of which are key-unique and have tight MU-C security under the one-more computational Diffie-Hellman(n-CDH)*** results also reflect from another aspect that there indeed exists a gap between the standard assumptions and their one-more version counterparts.

Energy efficient joint power and subcarrier assignment scheme in OFDM relay system

A power and subcarrier assignment algorithm is proposed in this paper for maximizing the energy efficiency in the single-relay multi-users orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexing(OFDM) systems. Under the constraints of maximum total power and minimum transmission rate, we formulate a joint optimization scheme for subcarrier pairing and power allocation to maximize the energy efficiency. The Dinkelbach’s method is used to depress the complexity and to transform the problem to a linear programming, then we use the dual decomposition approach solve the problem. In the premise of the system transmission rate, this algorithm uses the improved decode-and-forward(IDF) relay to maximize the system energy efficiency. Simulation results illustrate that,compared with the spectral-efficient maximization(SEM) algorithm, the energy-efficient maximization(EEM) algorithm proposed in this paper makes the energy efficiency not decline when the signal-to-noise radio(SNR) is at a high level. At the point where SNR is 10 d B and the number of subcarriers is 16, system energy efficiency is increased by 6.2% and 11.9% with the subcarrier pairing strategy and power allocation strategy respectively.

Comparison of downlink transmission strategies for distributed antenna systems with multi-antenna arrays

In multi-user distributed antenna systems （DAS）, the scenario where each distributed antenna port is a multi-antenna array has not been comprehensively studied. In this article, four simple extended methods for downlink transmission are analyzed and compared in this scenario, two of which are based on the block diagonalization （BD） algorithm, namely joint BD and intra BD method. The other two methods are joint time division multiplexing （TDM） method and central antenna system （CAS） method. These four methods are evaluated through both theoretic analysis and insightful simulations. The theoretic analysis includes the receiving signal combination, post-processing signal to interference plus noise ratio （SINR） calculation. It shows that the intra BD method requires less channel state information at the transmitter （CSIT） and has lower computational complexity and process latency. Simulation results show that the joint BD method provides the best performance, and the intra BD method suffers little performance loss. Overall, the intra BD method is proved to be an optimal tradeoff which achieves high capacity, especially for the cell edge users, with relatively low complexity when power constraints are considered.

Cognitive radio（CR） technology is considered to be an effective solution to allocate spectrum resources,whereas the primary users of a network do not fully utilize available frequency *** auction framework has been recognized as an effective way to achieve dynamic spectrum *** the perspective of spectrum auction,multi-band multi-user auction provides a new challenge for spectrum *** paper proposes an auction framework based on location information for multi-band multi-user spectrum *** performance of the proposed framework is compared with that of traditional auction framework based on a binary interference model as a *** results show that primary users will obtain more total system revenue by selling their idle frequency bands to secondary users and the spectrum utilization of the proposed framework is more effective and fairer.

Leakage-based user scheduling in MU-MIMO broadcast channel

This paper investigates user scheduling in multi-user MIMO broadcast channel. We propose a leakagebased user scheduling scheme, in which a user＇s leakage power to other users is an important factor to determine whether the user should be selected. The accuracy of closed-form solution of SLNR （signal to leakage plus noise ratio） makes the proposed scheme outperform the traditional scheduling method based on SlNR （signal to interference plus noise ratio）. The proposed algorithms can work in case of perfect or limited feedback of CSI （channel state information） at transmitter, and the advantage is verified with numerical results. A tradeoff relation among feedback bits number, active user number and transmit/receive antennas number is analyzed, which serves as a system design guideline.

Digital multi-Signature Based on the Controlled Quantum Teleportation

In this paper, a scheme which can be used in multi-user quantum digital signature is proposed. The scheme of signature and verification is based on the characters of GHZ （Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger） states and controlled quantum teleportation. Different from the digital signatures based on computational complexity, this scheme is unconditional secure, and compared to the former presented quantum signature scheme, it does not rely on an arbitrator to verify the signature and realize a message can be signed by multi-user together.

Selection of Design Parameters for Generalized Sphere Decoding Algorithms

Various efficient generalized sphere decoding (GSD) algorithms have been proposed to approach optimal ML performance for underdetermined linear systems, by transforming the original problem into the full-column-rank one so that standard SD can be fully applied. However, their design parameters are heuristically set based on observation or the possibility of an ill-conditioned transformed matrix can affect their searching efficiency. This paper presents a better transformation to alleviate the ill-conditioned structure and provides a systematic approach to select design parameters for various GSD algorithms in order to high efficiency. Simulation results on the searching performance confirm that the proposed techniques can provide significant improvement.

Improved Interference Cancellation Scheme for <i>X</i>Channels with Four Antennas

Interference cancellation scheme without feedback is proposed for X channels with four antennas at each user. Space-time codeword with Alamouti structure is designed for each user. Codewords are combined according a certain rule. The unwanted codewords are cancelled by linear operation on the received signals. Then, multi-user interference is mitigated by the orthogonal property of the Alamouti code. Comparing with the existing scheme for the same scene, feedback information is not required in the proposed scheme. So the transmission efficiency is improved.

user Selection and Precoding Schemes Based on Partial Channel Information for Broadcast MIMO Systems

Due to the large number of users and the time-varying characteristics of wireless channels, it is very tough to inform the transmitter of full channel information in real multi-user MIMO broadcast systems. On the other hand, the capacity of multi-user systems greatly depends on the knowledge of the channel at the transmitter while this is not always the case in single-user MIMO systems. In this paper, we investigate combined user selection and zero-forcing precoding schemes that use partial channel information, i.e., very low amount of channel information at the base station. We show that while greatly reducing the complexity and channel knowledge feedback load, the proposed schemes preserve the optimality of zero-forcing scheme in term of achievable ergodic sum capacity in limit of large number of active users.

Distributed Relay Diversity Systems for OFDM-Based Networks

In this paper, distributed relay diversity systems are analyzed, modeled and evaluated in an Orthogonal Frequency Division multiplexing (OFDM) based networks. The investigated distributed relay diversity schemes extend the ideas of a single hop transmit antenna schemes such as Cyclic Delay Diversity (CDD), Space Time Transmit Diversity (STTD), transmit Coherent Combining (CC) and Selection Diversity (SD) to distributed diversity systems. In contrast to the classical single hop system, the antennas in the distributed systems belongs to distributed relays instead of being co-located at the transmitter. The distributed relay diversity methods considered in this paper: Relay CDD (RCDD), Relay Alamouti (***), Relay CC (RCC) and Relay SD (RSD) are compared to the traditional 1-hop system. Analytical expressions for the received Signal to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR) are derived and used in a dynamic multi-cell multi-user simulator. Results show considerable SINR gains for both Round Robin and Max-SINR schedulers. The SINR gains translate into substantial cell throughput gains, up to 200%, compared to 1-hop systems. Despite its low complexity, the RCDD scheme has similar performance to that of other more sophisticated 2-hop schemes such as Relay Alamouti and Relay Coherent Combining. Marginally better results are observed for the Relay Selection Diversity scheme.
