A state feedback controller design for a class of linear discrete-time large-scale system with missing measurements and one step system delay is considered in this paper. The linear discrete-time large-scale system was modeled as interconnection of N subsystems. The occurrence of missing measurement is assumed to be a Bernoulli distributed sequence with known probability. Every subsystem has one step system delay. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a controller are derived in terms of linear matrix inequality（LMI）, such that the closed-loop system exponentially stable in the sense of mean square. A numerical example is also provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed design approach.

This paper is concerned with the design problem of multi-sensor optimal H∞fusion controller for a class of discrete-time systems with missing measurements. Based on Lyapunov theory and linear matrix inequality technology, the centralized and distributed fusion controllers are designed, respectively such that, for all possible missing measurements, the closed-loop systems are asymptotically stable in the mean square and the prescribed H∞performance constraint is satisfied. A simulation example is given to illustrate the design procedure for the multisensor systems.

This paper considers the estimation for parabolic PDE systems with moving *** improve the estimation performance of the system,mobile sensors with missing measurements are used to provide the measurement *** abstract evolution equation of parabolic PDE system and Lyapunov stability arguments,a state estimator is designed to estimate the states of the ***,a stable control law for each of the mobile sensors,which is greatly affected by the moving boundary and the packet dropout rate,is presented while taking account of the dynamics of sensor *** results show that the proposed estimators and mobile policies are effective.

The paper is concerned with the Kalman filtering problem for linear discrete-time network systems with delayed-missing *** Kalman filter and the corresponding covariance matrix become stochastic,since the measurements are partial(or part or all of the measurements are lost).The re-organized innovation analysis approach is proposed to deal with such a problem,and the calculation of the filter involves two Riccati equations associated with two normal Kalman filter of a delay-free *** Riccati equations have the same dimension as the system.
