The synthesis of visual information from multiple medical imaging inputs to a single fused image without any loss of detail and distortion is known as multimodal medical image *** improves the quality of biomedical images by preserving detailed features to advance the clinical utility of medical imaging meant for the analysis and treatment of medical *** study develops a novel approach to fuse multimodal medical images utilizing anisotropic diffusion(AD)and non-subsampled contourlet transform(NSCT).First,the method employs anisotropic diffusion for decomposing input images to their base and detail layers to coarsely split two features of input images such as structural and textural *** detail and base layers are further combined utilizing a sum-based fusion rule which maximizes noise filtering contrast level by effectively preserving most of the structural and textural *** is utilized to further decompose these images into their low and high-frequency *** coefficients are then combined utilizing the principal component analysis/Karhunen-Loeve(PCA/KL)based fusion rule independently by substantiating eigenfeature reinforcement in the fusion *** NSCT-based multiresolution analysis is performed on the combined salient feature information and the contrast-enhanced fusion ***,an inverse NSCT is applied to each coef-ficient to produce the final fusion *** results demonstrate an advantage of the proposed technique using a publicly accessible dataset and conducted comparative studies on three pairs of medical images from different modalities and *** approach offers better visual and robust performance with better objective measurements for research development since it excellently preserves significant salient features and precision without producing abnormal information in the case of qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Sharing of the electronic medical records among different hospitals raises serious concern of the leakage of individual privacy for the adoption of the semi trustworthiness of the medical cloud *** tracking and revocation of malicious users have become urgent *** solve these problems,this paper proposed a traceable and directly revocable medical data sharing *** the scheme,a unique identity parameter(ID),which was generated and embedded in the private key generation phase by the medical service provider(MSP),is used to identify legal authorized user and trace malicious *** when attributes satisfy the access policy and user’s ID is not in the revocation list can the user calculate the decryption *** user can be tracked and directly revoked by using the revocation *** the assumption of decision bilinear Diffie-Hellman(DBDH),this paper has proved that the scheme is able to achieve security against chosen-plaintext attack(CPA).The performance analysis demonstrates that the sizes of the public key and private key are shorter,and the time overhead is less than other schemes in the public-private key generation,data encryption and data decryption stages.

Telecare medical Information System(TMIS) can provide various telemedicine services to patients. However, information is communicated over an open channel. An attacker may intercept, replay, or modify this information. Therefore, many authentication schemes are proposed to provide secure communication for TMIS. Recently, Yu et al proposed a privacy-preserving authentication scheme in the Internet of medical Things(IoMT)-enabled TMIS environments. They emphasize that their scheme is resistant to various attacks and ensures anonymity. Unfortunately, this paper demonstrates that Yu et al's scheme is vulnerable to impersonation attacks, replay attacks, and tracking attacks and cannot mutually authenticate. To overcome the shortcomings of Yu et al's scheme, we mainly improve the authentication and key agreement process and propose a corresponding improved scheme. We also compare the improved scheme with several existing authentication schemes in terms of security and computational efficiency.
