Higher-order displacement-based finite element methods are useful for simulating bending problems and potentially addressing mesh-locking associated with nearly-incompressible elasticity,yet are computationally *** address the computational expense,the paper presents a matrix-free,displacement-based,higher-order,hexahedral finite element implementation of compressible and nearly-compressible(ν→0.5)linear isotropic elasticity at small strain with p-multigrid *** cost,solve time,and scalability of the implementation with respect to strain energy error are investigated for polynomial order p=1,2,3,4 for compressible elasticity,and p=2,3,4 for nearly-incompressible elasticity,on different number of CPU cores for a tube bending *** the context of this matrix-free implementation,higher-order polynomials(p=3,4)generally are faster in achieving better accuracy in the solution than lower-order polynomials(p=1,2).However,for a beam bending simulation with stress concentration(singularity),it is demonstrated that higher-order finite elements do not improve the spatial order of convergence,even though accuracy is improved.

Comprehensive Summary,Carbon dots(CDs)are an emerging class of nanomaterials with intriguing photophysical ***,achieving room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)for CDs has attracted considerable attention for biomedical and information ***,the CDs based RTP materials generally require the use of polymeric and inorganic matrix to provide the rigid environments,which remains a great challenge to obtain matrix-free CDs with ***,a novel supramolecular strategy based on strong interparticle interactions has been developed to attain this objective,by covalent decoration of ureido-pyrimidinone(UPy,a multiple hydrogen bonding unit)on the surface of *** characterizations validated the core-shell structure of the as-prepared CDs(EDTA-CDs)and demonstrated the successful attachment of UPy via post-modification(UPy-CDs).The presence of UPy recognition units render the strong hydrogen bonding between UPy-CDs,which stabilizes the triplet state via rigidifying *** a result,UPy-CDs exhibit matrix-free efficient RTP(λ_(em)=534 nm)with high brightness and long lifetime(33.6 ms)in the solid *** to the dual-emission character,we further explored the application potential of UPy-CDs in information encryption and ***,this work provides a new and facile strategy for achieving matrix-free phosphorescent CDs with elegant incorporation of supramolecular chemistry.

Development of high-performance solid state luminescent carbon-based nanomaterials remains ***,strong blue-green fluorescent carbonized polymer dots(CPDs)from o-aminobenzenethiol and thiosalicylic acid(o ABT-TSA-CPDs)with an absolute photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 76%in solid state without matrix were *** adjusting the reaction temperature and time,the PL centers were proved to be carbon core state and surface state associated to carbonyl group which was the source of strong fluorescence emission in solid *** mechanism of the unique phenomenon of enhanced emission from ethanol solution(PLQY=7%)to powder(PLQY=76%)was investigated by analyzing the chemical properties and structures of o ABT-TSA-CPDs at different temperatures and o ABT-TSACPDs/PVC composites,and was confirmed as fixation of PL centers.

随着CFD应用的推广,以DG为代表的高阶数值方法得到广泛应用,对欧拉方程的RKDG显式求解是其中一个重要的应用分支。HopeFOAM是一个基于OpenFOAM扩展实现的开源框架,支持DG高阶数值离散,而HopeFOAM框架不支持高阶曲面边界,从而无法保证高阶离散精度,同时HopeFOAM采用存储线性方程组系数矩阵的方式进行线性系统求解,这会极大制约DG的求解性能。本文针对以上问题,基于HopeFOAM对欧拉方程的DG数值离散开展精度和性能优化深入研究,主要工作和创新点如下:（1）基于欧拉方程详细阐述了DG高阶离散的数值理论,详细分析了HopeFOAM框架下DG高阶数值离散求解的组织实现及整体结构,发现了HopeFOAM框架DG数值离散在精度和性能两个方面存在的不足。（2）针对HopeFOAM框架无法在曲面边界保证DG数值离散高阶精度的问题,本文基于HopeFOAM框架设计实现了曲面边界功能。首先详细分析了HopeFOAM框架的组织结构,完成了曲面边界接口和配置代码处理模块设计实现;而后设计实现了边界点迭代查找映射算法,完成了曲面边界高阶节点移动;最后为支持曲面边界的并行求解,对曲面边界功能进行了前处理化。（3）针对HopeFOAM框架线性系统求解方式严重制约DG高阶数值求解效率的问题,本文基于HopeFOAM框架,设计实现了欧拉方程DG数值离散的matrix-free求解和SIMD向量化改造。结合DG数值离散与matrix-free相关理论,设计实现了高效矩阵数据结构,完成欧拉方程的matrix-free优化求解;而后基于matrix-free优化后组织结构的数据运算特点,设计实现了支持SIMD数据类型运算的数据结构,完成了matrix-free架构的SIMD向量化改造。（4）基于典型测试案例,对本文设计实现的精度和性能优化工作进行了正确性和有效性验证。基于圆柱绕流案例,验证了本文曲面边界功能的正确性,证明了曲面边界对于保证DG高阶数值精度的必要性,并证明了高阶数值离散的高效特点;基于二维和三维等熵涡流案例,证明了本文的性能优化工作具有明显的优化效果,其中二维空间加速比达到7.75,三维空间加速比更是达到了32.02,并且测试表明本文的性能优化工作对HopeFOAM框架的并行可扩展性没有影响。
