Group-based joint signaling and data resource allocation in MTC-underlaid cellular networks

Machine-type communications(MTC) are gaining significant research attention as one of the most promising technologies for the fifth generation(5G) mobile networks. A critical issue handled by MTC is support for massive numbers of connections, which is a growing problem that will become increasingly challenging as MTC share spectrum resources with cellular communication. Here, not only the number of connections but also the data rate requirements of cellular users(CUEs) need to be considered. Given these issues, in this paper, we formulate a group-based joint signaling and data resource optimization model constrained by network resource and data rate requirements in order to maximize the number of connections. We also note that this problem is nonconvex and that obtaining an optimal solution is computationally complex for MTC with massive numbers of users(UEs). Therefore, we decompose the problem into group-based data aggregation and resource allocation subproblems. To solve these two subproblems, we develop an adaptive group head selection algorithm and a joint signaling and data resource allocation algorithm that satisfy both the data rate requirement and resource constraints, respectively. Our simulation results show that our proposed algorithms significantly improve the number of connections when compared with other classic methods. Furthermore, our results reveal that the limiting factor on the number of connections changes with the ratio of the number of MTC UEs to that of CUEs and the ratio of data requirement of MTC UEs to that of CUEs. Finally, we note that our proposed group-based resource allocation algorithm can effectively improve the number of connections, especially when more MTC UEs and a small amount of MTC data are present.

Firstly, the research progress of grey model GM （1,1） is summarized, which is divided into three development stages： assimilation, alienation and melting stages. Then, the matrix analysis theory is used to study the modeling mechanism of GM （1,1）, which decomposes the modeling data matrix into raw data transformation matrix, accumulated generating operation matrix and background value selection matrix. The changes of these three matrices are the essential reasons affecting the modeling and the accuracy of GM （1,1）. Finally, the paper proposes a generalization grey model GGM （1,1）, which is a extended form of GM （1,1） and also a unified form of model GM （1,1）, model GM （1,1,α）, stage grey model, hopping grey model, generalized accumulated model, strengthening operator model, weakening operator model and unequal interval model. And the theory and practical significance of the extended model is analyzed.

A methodology is proposed to handle problem that under equiproble address of packet traffic at the input port, Generalized Shuffle-Exchange Network (GSEN) routes traffic unevenly because of the unbalanced routing tags. The idea is to use routing tag according to probability, which can be evaluated by using Moore-Penrose inverse in matrix analysis. An instance is used to illustrate the idea, and the simulation is done to show the improvement in performance issues.

Due to its complexities in both mathematicM formulations and applications, universal co-kriging （UCK） has not been sufficiently discussed in literature. An extended and simpler matrix formulation UCK with incorporation of a polynomial variable trend is proposed in this paper. Estimators of the value and expectation of a regionMized vector taken in a point are obtained on the basis of cross-covaxiance and cross-vaxiogram, respectively. The complex expressions of co-kriging with trend are greatly simplified by introducing special matrix operations, such as Kronecker product, into the formulations. This simplification offers a feasible and easier approach for computer coding of the UCK, and helps the practitioners to use the UCK technique conveniently in real cases.

Spatial Dislocation analysis of Tourism Economy and Its Influencing Factors in Jiangsu Province

GDOP is one of the important standards which measure the accuracy of a navigation positioning system. Firstly, this article discusses the shortcomings in the domestic and foreign literatures of deriving the minimum of GDOP. The existing theories of minimum of GDOP are all based on the observations of ground stations, and the deduced GDOP minimum value cannot be reached because the observable range of the receiver do not be considered. Then, the minimum GDOP is derived under the condition which the cutoff angle of satellite is greater than zero, and a method to get the minimum GDOP is proposed and the corresponding geometry between satellites is given. This new theory of minimum of GDOP is also applied to the criteria for inter-satellite link establishment in Walker-δ constellation which is proposed by the authors. The optimal structure diagram of inter-satellite link is given in terms of GDOP. Finally, computations indicate the effective and useful of this new theory of the minimum of GDOP.

Taking 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province as the research object,based on the theory of spatial dislocation,the gravity model and two-dimensional composite matrix method are used to analyze the spatial dislocation between tourism resources,permanent population and other factors in Jiangsu Province and tourism *** results show that the population center,the center of tourism resources,the center of tourist numbers,the center of economic development,and the center of tourism revenue of Jiangsu Province are all biased toward the southern part of Jiangsu *** the analysis of four sets of two-dimensional composite matrixes,13 prefecture-level cities have synchronized coordination and also have positive and negative dislocation *** Jiangsu has the best synchronization and coordination,and northern Jiangsu has a strong negative dislocation trend;the combination of tourist numbers and tourism revenue is the strongest,but the dislocation is weak;population and tourism revenue have a strong positive dislocation trend;there is a strong negative dislocation trend between economic development and tourism revenue;the matrix combination of Nanjing,Wuxi and Suzhou has good synchronization;the city of Xuzhou in northern Jiangsu has a strong negative *** view of the results of spatial dislocation analysis,suggestions for improvement and optimization are put forward to promote the high-quality development of tourism in Jiangsu Province.
