In economic literature,the benefit of competition is well recognized,for example,it could reduce monopoly rents and cost inefficiencies,and finally improve the welfare of the *** the case of banking system,the market competition in banking sector could improve efficiency of the banking system as a whole,and promote economic growth as a ***,the effect of competition on banking system’s efficiency hinges on some environmental factors,such as the efficiency of law *** this paper,we measure the level and evolution of bank system’s competition between 1996 and *** use of the micro data of Chinese commercial banks from 1996 to 2009,we choose the RP method to measure the competition level of China’s banking *** we study the relationship between market competition,law enforcement and Chinese banking system efficiency,which shows that higher market completion could lead to more efficient banking system,and this effect is more salient when law enforcement is more efficient.

Cooperation strategies when leading firms compete with small and medium-sized enterprises in a potentially competitive market

Efficient cooperation,which has become common under rising economic globalization,is leading to new opportunities and challenges for enterprises choosing long-term competition *** resources with competitors is believed to weaken a firm's competitive ***,a potentially competitive market may change a firm's incentive to share resources strategically with ***,this study investigates two possible cooperation models between leading enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)to examine the impact of sharing resources on a firm's *** analysis shows that cooperation strategies benefit both the leading firm and the SME under certain ***,this study demonstrates that the wholesale cooperation strategy is always more detrimental to the environment than the license cooperation ***,although cooperation can help SMEs develop sustainably in most cases,industries with high resource costs may experience a situation in which SMEs benefit from competition,thus resisting cooperation and harming the leading *** study highlights the role of a potentially competitive market and provides managerial insights for stakeholders.

With the reform and development of the civil aviation industry in China, the three major group airlines, Air China, China Southern and China Eastern Airlines, were recomposed in the year 2002. The new composition of the three major Group Airlines represents the market competition of civil aviation industry has entered a new period. Based on the air route theory and the air route development of Air China, this paper conducts a deep analysis of the hub air route construction of Air China Beijing through the following two points: A systematic research into the present air route networks of Air China, which provides a necessary foundation for future research into the air route networks of the company;Discussing the hub air route networks of Air China in detail based on the market background and competition analysis of the present air route networks.

The storm of corporate financial fraud has caused huge losses *** an important psychological feature of CEOs,overconfidence is a factor that cannot be ignored and which affects corporate financial *** on upper echelons and institutional theories,this study explores the correlation between CEO overconfidence and corporate financial fraud,and introduces three moderating variables of state ownership,political connection and market competition from an institutional *** results show that there is a U-shaped relationship between CEO overconfidence and corporate financial fraud,and state ownership and market competition significantly weaken the relationship,while political connection has no significant effect on *** conclusion provides a basis for the government to formulate policies,enterprise management practices and investor decisions.

所有制制度改革是我国改革开放以来触及制度层次最深、社会感知最强、发展效应最大的改革领域，所有制制度的调整最终形成了社会主义初级阶段的基本经济制度，这是理解集体所有制变化轨迹的社会背景。新中国建国初期形成的集体所有制具有历史的必然性，虽然因为现实需要对其进行过一些适应性调整，但直至改革开放之前都没有触动所有制的基本格局。在改革开放的历史进程中，城镇集体所有制和农村乡镇企业集体所有制已经终结，农村农业集体所有制在农业经营制度变革和演进的历史进程中正在发生结构性变革，因不断强化土地经营权权能的实践需要，致使作为农村集体所有制核心内涵的土地所有权正被逐渐稀释，集体所有制的重建只能寄希望于发展新的集体所有制形式。我国集体所有制的历史演进包含着丰富的制度内蕴，对其提炼可以加深人们对集体所有制变革进程的理解，同时也有助于准确把握我国集体所有制的未来变化趋势。
