The mansuri petroleum oil field located in the Dezful Embayment consisted of three reservoirs: Asmari, Bangestan and Khami. Of these, Khami reservoir is in exploratory stage. To construct 3-D structural and petrophysical models of this reservoir, Reservoir Modeling System Software using geophysical information, lithological study, and well logs data was applied. The structural model indicates a very gentle anticline without any fracturing pattern. Based on the seismic and well logs data, the reservoir zonation reviewed and divided into 11 zones. Geostatic and petrophysical models of these zones associated with different data analysis at the exploratory well sites were used to define the reservoir properties. They are predicting that the best situation of possible commercial production wells is in the western part of the oil field, especially in 5 th zone of the reservoir. It is estimated the in-situ oil volume of the reservoir, reserve of the Khami reservoir had been 402 mbbl in this oil field.
