In this Web 2.0 era,various and massive tourist experiences and reviews presented on social networks have become important information for tourism research.In this paper,we apply social media to explore and study the tourism industry of Bamako,Mali.Over 2000 reviewers and their comments about Bamako’s hotels and restaurants from TripAdvisor and Facebook were collected.Also,we integrate official tourism statistic data and field surveying data into the online review dataset.Data mining and statistic method are used to analyze the data for purpose of exploring the characteristics about tourism industry in Bamako.And we find that:(i)Most tourists are coming to Bamako for business purpose,and they incline to choose the hotels with better service and security condition;(ii)Comments on social media would greatly affect travelers’choice on hotels;(iii)Most travelers are satisfied about Bamako’s accommodation services.

Background Urogenital schistosomiasis is endemic in Mali and is a major cause of serious morbidity in large parts of the world.This disease is responsible for many socio-economic and public health issues.The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the disease on morbidity and to describe demographic and socioeconomic factors in relation to the status of children with urogenital schistosomiasis in Mali.Methods We conducted a cross-sectional study in November 2021 of 971 children aged 6 to 14 years selected at random from six schools in three districts in the Kayes Region of Mali.Demographic and socioeconomic data were collected on survey forms.Clinical data were collected following a medical consultation.Hematuria was systematically searched for through the use of strips.The search for Schistosoma haematobium eggs in urine was done via the filtration method.The urinary tract was examined by ultrasound.Associations between each of these variables and disease infection were tested using multivariate logistic regression.Results The overall prevalence of urinary schistosomiasis detected was 50.2%.The average intensity of infection was 36 eggs/10 ml of urine.The associated risk factors for urogenital schistosomiasis showed that children who bathed,used the river/pond as a domestic water source,and who habitually urinated in the river/pond were more affected(P<0.05).Children with farming parents were most affected(P=0.032).The collection of clinical signs revealed that boys had more pollakiuria(58.6%)and dysuria(46.4%)than girls.Ultrasound data showed that focal lesion rates were recorded in all villages with the lowest rate in Diakalel(56.1%).Ultrasound and parasitological findings showed that irregularity and thickening were strongly associated with urinary schistosomiasis(P<0.0001).Conclusions Schistosoma haematobium infection was still endemic in the study site despite more than a decade of mass treatment with praziquantel.However,the high percentage of symptoms associated with high intensity reinforces t

【目的】非核糖体多肽合成酶(NRPS)在植物病原真菌与其寄主互作过程中发挥着重要作用,明确Vm NRPS12基因在苹果树腐烂病菌致病过程中的功能,将为今后深入研究苹果树腐烂病菌NRPS作用机制提供理论依据。【方法】基于苹果树腐烂病菌全基因组数据,得到VmNRPS12基因。运用qRT-PCR技术分析VmNRPS12在侵染初期的表达水平,利用Double-joint PCR和PEG介导的原生质体转化获得该基因抗潮霉素的突变体,对突变体进行PCR检测及Southern blot验证得到敲除突变体,进一步通过重新导入该基因全长片段获得互补突变体,最后对野生型、敲除突变体和互补突变体进行菌落、产孢及致病力观察,对检测数据用SPSS软件进行差异显著性分析。【结果】定量分析显示该基因在侵染初期显著上调表达,且接种48 h后的表达量是对照的138.6倍。该基因的敲除突变体在营养生长及产孢方面与野生型菌株03-8相比无显著性差异,但致病力与野生型菌株03-8相比显著减弱,且互补突变体致病力近似恢复至野生型水平。【结论】VmNRPS12基因与苹果树腐烂病菌致病性相关。

Information and Communication Technologies(ICT)play a key role in the dissemination of information on farm inputs for their increased adoption.Small-scale cereal farmers have been exposed to ICT-based farm input information in developing countries.However,an underuse of these ICTs services has led to an insignificant adoption of farm input information.That underuse was due to certain factors.The purpose of this study was to propose an ICT model for increased adoption of farm input information by establishing these factors and their relationships.A convenient sample of 300 small-scale cereal farmers was selected in Sikasso,Mali to gather data.The partial least squares structural equation modelling technique was used to assess the model that was being proposed.We used the technique to establish the measurement model validity and to assess the structural model(hypotheses).The result suggested that the model was highly predictive of the Use of ICT-based farm input information(80.7%).In addition,use of these ICT-based farm input information was also highly predictive(68.4%)of the Increased Adoption of farm input information by small-scale cereal farmers in developing countries.

Recently,many cultural aspects of some African countries have been in danger of being lost due to cultural disruptions,nonadaptive construction techniques and a lack of adequate conservation systems and strategies.These include the well-known manuscripts of Timbuktu(Tombouctou)as well as architecture,languages,beads,textiles,costumes and other cultural objects.Immaterial heritage,such as oral history,traditional music,instruments and dance,is also afected.In the northwestern part of Africa,the so-called Sahel-Sahara region,earthen architecture has played an important role in cultural identity and has been a key means of community establishment.This architectural heritage includes a wide variety of creations ranging from simple houses,granaries,and palaces to religious buildings,urban centres,cultural landscapes and archaeological sites.By studying northwestern African cultural heritage and cultural exchanges during trans-Saharan trade,we can beneft from traditional knowledge and use these teachings to build a sustainable knowledge system for earthen architecture conservation.This work is urgent since these structures are in danger of being lost,destroyed,badly conserved,or not documented.The aim of this research is to point out,through an anthropological approach,the importance of local community involvement in the conservation process.This research is based on a comparative study of diferent earthen architecture conservation spaces within the abovementioned region that have been important and were infuenced by cultural exchanges during trans-Saharan trade.In these historical towns,some architectural heritage sites have been abandoned and are in ruins,while others have been preserved solely as tourist attractions.In this paper,I introduce the case of Djennéto share our research approach.This paper provides insight into earthen architecture conservation issues and how local communities have used tangible and intangible methods to preserve cultural heritage.

Objective: To compile available data and to estimate the burden, characteristics and risks factors of cutaneous leishmaniasis(CL) in Mali. Methods: Articles in English and French were searched in Hinari, Google scholar and PubM ed. Unpublished studies were identified by searching in ***. Terms used were Cutaneous leishmaniasis Mali; Leishmaniasis Mali, Leishmania major Mali; or Phlebotomus Mali or Sergentomyia Mali. We select descriptive studies on CL and sandflies in Mali. Data were extracted and checked by the author, then analyzed by region, by study population and type of biological tests, meta-analysis approach with STATA software was used. Results: Nineteen published(n=19) and three unpublished were included. CL epidemiology was characterized by occurrence of clinical cases in different areas of Mali, outbreaks restricted to known areas of transmission and isolated cases diagnosed in travelers. In endemic areas, population at risk are young age persons, farmers, ranchers, housewives, teachers and military personnel. The annual incidence ranged from 290 to 580 cases of CL. Leishmania major is the main species encountered throughout the country(North Savanna, Sahel and Sub-Saharan areas), and Phlebotomus duboscqi has been identified as the vector and Sergentomyia(Spelaeomyia)darlingi as possible vector. The overall estimated prevalence of positive LST(Leishmanin Skin Test) was 22.1%. The overall frequency of CL disease among suspected cases was 40.3%. Conclusions: Although descriptive, hospital-based and cross-sectional studies are robust enough to determine the extent of CL in Mali; future well-designed eco-epidemiological studies at a nationwide scale are needed to fully characterize CL epidemiology and risk factors in Mali.

为了明确影响苹果树腐烂病发生的主要环境因子及其潜在地理区域,根据1960年至1990年30 a环境气候因子数据,利用19个生物气候因子首先建立MaxEnt模型,结果显示该模型的准确性良好,训练数据AUC值达0.884,影响MaxEnt模型最重要的影响因子是最暖季度平均温(Bio10),其对模型构建的贡献率为22.3%,其次是最冷季度降水量(Bio19)和最干月份降水量(Bio14)。随后,该模型结合以往苹果树腐烂病发生地点统计数据,对影响苹果腐烂病发生的环境因子和适生区进行预测。结果表明最冷月份最低温(Bio6)、最暖季度平均温(Bio10)和最冷季度降水量(Bio19)是影响苹果树腐烂病分布的主要环境因子。

【目的】明确甘肃省苹果树腐烂病菌(Valsa Mali)致病力分化情况。【方法】采用平板培养法和离体枝条接种法对Valsa Mali两变种的培养性状和致病力进行了研究。【结果】Valsa Mali在PDA上有褐色类群和乳白色类群,褐色类群为Valsa Mali var.Mali菌株,乳白色类群为Valsa Mali var.pyri菌株。Valsa Mali var.Mali不同菌株之间存在致病力分化,菌株PL-1致病力最强,第7天病斑面积为9.54 cm2,菌株TS-5致病力最弱,第7天时病斑面积为4.7 6cm2。Valsa Mali var.pyri不同菌株之间也存在致病力分化,菌株WW-1致病力最强,第7天病斑面积为2.72 cm2,菌株WW-2致病力最弱,第7天病斑面积为1.40 cm2。Valsa Mali在不同品种间致病力不同,在‘新红星’致病力强,在‘富士’致病力弱。Valsa Mali不但侵染苹果树还可以侵染梨树和桃树,Valsa Mali var.pyri菌株在梨树上的致病力强于Valsa Mali var.Mali。【结论】Valsa Mali两变种间致病力差异显著,褐色类群菌株Valsa Mali var.Mali致病力强于乳白色类群菌株Valsa Mali var.pyri,Valsa Mali两变种内各菌株之间也存在致病力差异显著。

【目的】减弱苹果斑点落叶病菌Alternaria Mali Roberts强毒菌株致病力,以期为有效防治该病害的发生提供理论依据.【方法】采用紫外及微波辐射两种方法对Alternaria Mali Roberts进行诱变,研究其致病力的变化.【结果】紫外辐射剂量、辐射距离和时长分别为10 W、10cm、5min时,可引起A.Mali强毒菌株的负突变,致病力减小,6h后孢子萌发率为58.45%,4d后生物学活性显著低于原始菌株(PMali强毒菌株达到最低生物学活性(PMali强毒菌株发生负突变,微波辐射可使Alternaria Mali强毒菌株致病力减弱.

由弱寄生菌苹果黑腐皮壳属真菌(Valsa Mali Miyabe et Yamada)引起的苹果树腐烂病是苹果枝干上的重大病害。探究病菌生长发育的分子机制对于新农药靶标位点的开发具有重要理论意义。在前期建立的苹果树腐烂病菌ATMT突变体库的基础上,利用PDA培养基常规培养法,对野生型菌株03-8及230株供试突变体菌株的菌落形态、大小以及繁殖体产生情况进行观察分析,筛选得到表型发生变化的突变体共67株(占突变体总数的29.13%)。其中11株突变体的菌落大小异常(4.78%);25株突变体的菌落颜色发生变化(10.87%);18株突变体的菌落边缘变为不规则(7.83%);9株突变体的繁殖体最初形成时间推迟至50d左右(3.91%);17株(7.39%)突变体的繁殖体产生数量发生显著变化。利用TAIL-PCR对10株表型变化的突变体进行侧翼序列扩增,获得3条T-DNA侧翼序列,序列分析发现1个为细胞色素氧化酶1(cytochrome oxidase 1),其他2个均为含有核糖体L34(Ribosomal L34)的假想蛋白。筛选获得67个生长发育受到影响的突变体,并鉴定得到2个候选的调控病菌生长发育的相关基因,为揭示苹果树腐烂病菌生长发育的分子机理奠定基础。
