In the discipline of MUSIC Information Retrieval(MIR),categorizing MUSICﬁles according to their genre is a difﬁcult process.MUSIC genre classiﬁca-tion is an important multimedia research domain for classiﬁcation of MUSIC data-bases.In the proposed method MUSIC genre classiﬁcation using features obtained from audio data is proposed.The classiﬁcation is done using features extracted from the audio data of popular online repository namely GTZAN,ISMIR 2004 and Latin MUSIC Dataset(LMD).The features highlight the differences between different MUSICal styles.In the proposed method,feature selection is per-formed using an African Buffalo Optimization(ABO),and the resulting features are employed to classify the audio using Back Propagation Neural Networks(BPNN),Support Vector Machine(SVM),Naïve Bayes,decision tree and kNN classiﬁers.Performance evaluation reveals that,ABO based feature selection strategy achieves an average accuracy of 82%with mean square error(MSE)of 0.003 when used with neural network classiﬁer.

A knowledge-driven approach is proposed for assessing the MUSIC influence on university students.The proposed method of modeling and conducting the interactive pilot study can be useful to convey other surveys,interviews,and experiments created in various phases of the user interface(UI)design processes,as part of a general human-computer interaction(HCI)methodology.Benefiting from existing semantic Web and linked data standards,best practices,and tools,a microservice-oriented system is developed as a testbed platform able to generate playlists in a smart way according to users’MUSIC preferences.This novel approach could bring also benefits for user interface adaptation by using semantic Web techniques.Statistical analysis based on the ANOVA method and post-experiment survey data led to the conclusion that MUSIC listened has a significant impact on students’cognitive abilities in various contexts.All obtained results were semantically enhanced by using different conceptual models in order to create a knowledge graph providing support for automated reasoning.Also,a knowledge-based persona Web smart editor was implemented in order to include MUSIC preferences for certain categories of the potential users operating a specific interactive system.

针对各向同性噪声场中,单矢量水声传感器声压通道和振速通道的噪声功率不一致性造成MUSIC测向方法性能急剧下降的问题,提出了一种增秩MUSIC测向方法和一种幅度加权MUSIC测向方法。增秩MUSIC测向方法通过增加信号子空间维度消除虚源的影响,在单目标情况和低信噪比时可获得高精度方位估计结果,其性能接近克拉美洛界限(CRB),但它不能分辨双目标;幅度加权MUSIC测向方法通过对接收信号幅度加权消除了虚源,并且能分辨双目标。

Stress is an inevitable interference factor that seriously affects health.Listening to MUSIC is an economical,noninvasive,and highly accepted tool for easing stress.However,physiological studies investigating the ability of MUSIC to reduce stress in daily life are limited.We established rat models of chronic immobilization stress(CIS)to observe changes in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus(ARC)neurons involved in the regulation of food intake and the effect of comfortable classical MUSIC exposure.Twenty-one days of stress resulted in decreased food intake and delayed body weight gain,up-regulation of leptin receptor(Ob-R),cocaine-and amphetamine-regulated transcript(CART),proopiomelanocortin(POMC),and alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone(α-MSH)expression,and downregulation of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and agouti-related protein(AgRP)expression in the ARC.Thus,peripheral leptin entered the ARC under chronic stress conditions,bound to Ob-R,and affected downstream nerve pathways related to appetite,such as the NPY/AgRP and CART/POMC pathways.Gentle classical MUSIC played at 65 dB reversed the abnormal expression of Ob-R and NPY induced by chronic stress.Thus,listening to comfortable MUSIC improves changes in ARC neurons related to the regulation of food intake in CIS rats,and these results provide a reference for basic research regarding how MUSIC therapy alleviates stress and stress-related health issues.

BACKGROUND Both end-stage renal disease and being wait-listed for a kidney transplant are anxiety-causing situations.Wait-listed patients usually require arteriovenous fistula surgery for dialysis access.This procedure is performed under local anesthesia.We investigated the effects of MUSIC on the anxiety,perceived pain and satisfaction levels of patients who underwent fistula surgery.AIM To investigate the effect of MUSIC therapy on anxiety levels and perceived pain of patients undergoing fistula surgery.METHODS Patients who were on a waiting list for kidney transplants and scheduled for fistula surgery were randomized to control and MUSIC groups.The MUSIC group patients listened to MUSIC throughout the fistula surgery.The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory was performed to assess anxiety,additionally visual analog scale was used to evaluate perceived pain,willingness to repeat the procedure and patient satisfaction.Demographic features,comorbidities,surgical history,basic surgical data(location of fistula creation,duration of surgery,incision length)and intraoperative hemodynamic parameters were recorded by an investigator blinded to the study group.An additional trait anxiety assessment was performed following the surgery.RESULTS There was a total of 55 patients included in the study.However,14 patients did not fulfill the criteria due to requirement of sedation during surgery or uncompleted questionnaires.The remaining 41 patients were included in the analysis.There were 26 males and 15 females.The control and MUSIC groups consisted of 20 and 21 patients,respectively.With regard to basic surgical and demographic data,there was no difference between the groups.Overall patient satisfaction was significantly higher and intra-operative heart rate and blood pressure were significantly lower in the MUSIC group(PMUSIC group.CONCLUSION MUSIC therapy can be a complimentary treatment for patients undergoing fistula surgery.It can reduce anxiety and pe

随着汽车智能化的发展和无人驾驶技术的快速兴起,车载雷达在智能汽车中占据着重要地位,发挥着不可或缺的作用。车载MIMO（Multiple input multiple output,多输入多输出）毫米波雷达凭借其体积小、造价低、适应性强等特点,成为了必不可少的车载传感器之一。波达方向（Direction of Arrival,DOA）估计是车载MIMO毫米波雷达目标定位中的重要一环。本文针对现有车载MIMO毫米波雷达DOA估计方法中所存在的问题,研究了相应的改进方法,大大提高了车载MIMO毫米波雷达DOA估计的精度。首先,针对均匀阵列的阵元间距限制等问题,提出了一种基于展开互质MIMO雷达的非圆DOA估计方法;然后,针对经典MUSIC算法密集源分辨率低以及相干源估计性能差等问题,提出了一种基于深度学习的DOA估计方法。本文主要研究内容如下:1.首先对国内外车载毫米波雷达DOA估计技术进行总结,然后分析了车载毫米波雷达的工作原理,最后研究了车载MIMO毫米波雷达的经典DOA估计方法,并对经典DOA方法进行了总结分析。2.针对均匀阵列的阵元间距限制,以及传统互质阵列DOA估计方法存在的自由度低、阵列孔径小、相位模糊等问题,提出了一种基于展开互质MIMO雷达的非圆DOA估计方法。首先,MIMO雷达的天线阵列采用展开互质阵列模型,在实际阵元数相同的情况下获得了更大的虚拟阵列;接着利用非圆性重构天线阵列的接收矩阵,进一步扩展接收矩阵;随后将重构后的二维DOA估计问题转化为优化问题,并利用约束最小方差重构该优化问题,再利用拉格朗日乘数构造代价函数,从而降低复杂度,并利用噪声特征值的幂级数修正噪声子空间存在的误差,提高精度;最后推导了所提方法的无相位模糊问题。3.针对传统DOA方法分辨率低,以及无法定位相干源问题,提出了一种基于深度学习的DOA估计方法,将深度学习与经典多重信号分类（Multiple Signal Classification,MUSIC）算法相结合。首先利用递归神经网络对MUSIC算法中的协方差矩阵进行重构,避免数据处理过程中的数据损失,并将其应用到空间谱估计中,将不同DOA分区域,然后再通过多个卷积神经网络进行学习,将学习到的空间谱映射到不同DOA估计中,从而克服了经典MUSIC算法存在的不足,成功估计了相干信号源,并且具有更高的角度分辨率。4.完成了真实场景的试验。基于AWR1642雷达进行真实数据的测量与采集,并利用真实场景所采集到的数据对本文所提DOA估计方法进行了实测数据验证,说明了所提方法的有效性。综上,本文主要针对车载MIMO毫米波雷达的DOA估计问题进行研究,从不同的角度解决了经典MUSIC算法阵元间距小、分辨率低、以及无法定位相干源等问题,弥补了基于车载MIMO毫米波雷达的DOA估计上的一些不足之处。

In order to mutually regulate mental and physical conditions, the authors adopted acupuncture in combination with five-element MUSIC therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for 1 case of globus hystericus. Bǎihui(百会 GV 20),Hégǔ(合谷 LI 4)、Zhōngwǎn(中脘 CV 12).Qìhǎi(气海 CV 6) et al. were needled once every other day and MUSIC of Zhi tone was played for the patient. A further study is needed for the application of this therapeutic method.

A polynomial-rooting based fourth-order cumulant algorithm is presented for direction-of-arrival(DOA) estimation of second-order fully noncircular source signals, using a uniform linear array(ULA). This algorithm inherits all merits of its spectralsearching counterpart except for the applicability to arbitrary array geometry, while reducing considerably the computation cost.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the previously developed closed-form second-order noncircular ESPRIT method, in terms of processing capacity and DOA estimation accuracy, especially in the presence of spatially colored noise.

This paper addresses the issue of the direction of arrival(DOA) estimation under the compressive sampling(CS) framework. A novel approach, modified multiple signal classification(MMUSIC) based on the CS array(CSA-MMUSIC), is proposed to resolve the DOA estimation of correlated signals and two closely adjacent signals. By using two random CS matrices, a large size array is compressed into a small size array, which effectively reduces the number of the front end circuit. The theoretical analysis demonstrates that the proposed approach has the advantages of low computational complexity and hardware structure compared to other MMUSIC approaches. Simulation results show that CSAMMUSIC can possess similar angular resolution as MMUSIC.
