＜正＞This article is to explore the impact mechanism of organizational culture on the m＆A effectiveness,by the survey of 32 senior managers from the acquiring *** findings are:organizational culture difference does not deal significantly with the m＆A effectiveness,but has the negative influence on the executives organizational commitment;organizational culture identification has a positive influence on m＆A effectiveness;most of the senior managers are easy to make the confusion of the culture tolerance and cultural integration involvement.
