＜正＞Objective To observe the outcomes of lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with transpedicle instrument fixation system, mono-cage and semi-intertransverse process arthrodesis with bone *** From June 2002 to June 2005,42 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with transpedicle instrument fixation system, mono-cage and semi-intertransverse process arthrodesis with bone ***-up study include clinical outcomes,heights of intervertebral space and foramen,fusion rate and screw broken *** A11 patients were followed from 2 years to 3 years and 5 months with an average of 34 months,The results showed that the pre-operative clinical symptoms disappeared completely in 39 of 42 patients,Pain relief was seen in 92.9%;37 of 42 patients were satisfaction;Solid fusion was obtained in 90.5% of patients;At the last follow up,the average loss of disc-space height was 1.5mm;no screw broken and replacement *** Treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with transpedicle instrument fixation system,mono-cage and semi-intertransverse process arthrodesis with bone grafting posses hypo-destruction to posterior column of vertebral,and it also can improve fusion rates and decrease screw broken and replacement loss.
