Objective: To explore the effect of bundled nursing intervention on lung cancer patients with a high risk of PICC-related thrombosis. Methods: Eighty-six PICC patients were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 43 patients each. The control group received general nursing care and the observation group received bundled nursing intervention based on the control group. The occurrence of venous thrombosis, quality of life score, Zung self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, self-rating anxiety (SAS) score, and nursing satisfaction after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence rate of PICC-related venous thrombosis in the observation group (2/4.652%) was lower than that of the control group (13/30.231%) after nursing intervention (P lung cancer patients with a high risk of PICC-related thrombosis, bundled nursing care achieved better results.

lung cancer is a highly heterogeneous malignancy with a complex pathogenesis, involving a series of endogenous alterations such as genetic mutations, epigenetic modifications, and oxidative stress. Recent advancements in lung cancer research, especially at the genomic and molecular biology levels, have continuously provided new potential targets and perspectives for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Therefore, this article summarizes the recent progress in the study of endogenous factors related to the pathogenesis of lung cancer, aiming to enhance the understanding of intrinsic factors in lung cancer and to organize ideas for subsequent related research.

lung cancer is the most prevalent and fatal cancer in China and even around the world, and many patients are found in the late stage of lung cancer. For the treatment of advanced lung cancer, in addition to traditional chemotherapy modalities, many emerging treatments are increasingly significant, such as immunotherapy, anti-angiogenic therapy, and targeted therapy. An increasing number of studies have now shown that anti-angiogenic therapy improves the immune microenvironment by enhancing tumor immunity through normalization of tumor vessels. Immunization combined with anti-angiogenic therapy can exert synergistic effects and improve the prognosis of patients. This article summarizes the extent of benefit, current clinical study data, and future prospects of immunotherapy combined with anti-angiogenic agents in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.

Background:Baoyuan decoction is used clinically as an adjuvant treatment for lung ***,the underlying mechanism remains ***,this study aimed to explore the mechanism of action of Baoyuan decoction in lung cancer treatment using network pharmacology and molecular docking ***:The Traditional Chinese Medicines Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform and SwissTargetPrediction databases were used to screen the active ingredients of Baoyuan decoction and their relevant *** cancer-related targets were obtained from the GeneCards,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,and DrugBank ***-protein interaction network of the common targets was constructed using the STRING database and analyzed using Cytoscape software ***,Gene Ontology enrichment,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analyses and visualization of common genes were performed using the R ***,molecular docking of the selected key ingredients and targets was performed,and the results were verified using AutoDock Vina ***:We identified 142 potential active ingredients,3624 potential lung cancer-related targets,and 341 common drug targets.A total of 72 core targets were identified,of which AKT1,TP53,interleukin-6,epithelial growth factor receptor,and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 were key.A total of 4116 items were obtained via Gene Ontology enrichment *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses revealed 189 related signaling pathways,including the PI3K-Akt,AGE-RAGE signaling pathways in diabetic complications,FOXO,and TH signaling pathways,which are involved in cell proliferation,autophagy,metastasis,invasion,radiation resistance,and chemotherapy resistance in the lung cancer *** molecular docking results suggested that the key ingredients had a strong affinity for key ***:This study demonstrates that Baoyuan deco

Objective: To investigate and analyze the risk factors of lung cancer in the population of health checkups. Methods: A total of 500 cases of the health check-up population were selected for data study. Surveyed showed that 19 cases of lung cancer were grouped as the lung cancer group and the remaining 481 cases made up the control group, and the risk factors were analyzed. Results: Among men, there was a significant proportion of individuals aged 60-69 years old, and women aged 30-39 years old. Additionally, individuals aged 60 and above were at increased risk of developing lung cancer. The results of the multifactorial analysis were that the risk factors affecting the detection of lung cancer in healthy people were smoking history, family history of lung cancer, secondhand smoke, history of respiratory diseases, psychosomatic factors, living environment, and kitchen fumes. Conclusion: People over 60 years of age were prone to early lung cancer, followed by individuals aged 30-39 years. It is important to identify the risk factors of lung cancer to strengthen the screening of high-risk groups for early detection and treatment.
