An efficient algorithm for the representation and approximation of linear time-varying systems is presented via the fast real-valued discrete Gabor transform. Compared with the existing algorithm based on the traditional complex-valued discrete Gabor transform, the proposed algorithm runs faster, can more easily be implemented in software or hardware, and leads to a more compact representation. Simulation results are given for demonstration.

＜正＞An adaptive ILC approach is presented for a linear MIMO discrete-time system to track different reference trajectory. The presented adaptive ILC is a data-driven approach in nature and the controller does not contain any modeling information of the *** unknown Markov parameter of the plant is iteratively estimated only using the I/O data of the *** rigorous analysis shows the asymptotic convergence of the presented method for iteration-varying reference trajectory.

In previous studies on adaptive observers for linear time-varying （LTV） systems,the provided results were commonly based on a strong assumption that there exists a time-varying feedback gain matrix F（t） stabilizing the pair （A（t）,C（t））.However,in general,it is a difficult task for LTV system （A（t）,B（t）,C（t））.In this note,we apply an improved high gain observer to the design of adaptive observers for a class of LTV systems with uncertain *** proposed observer removes the difficulty of finding F（t） by using a time-varying high-gain matrix,where only a constant parameter and a constant matrix need to be *** a transformation for the error dynamics,it shows that the estimated errors are globally exponentially ***,an illustrative example is included to show the validity of the design approach.

Optimal control system of state space is a conservative system, whose approximate method should be symplectic conservation. Based on the precise integration method, an algorithm of symplectic conservative perturbation is presented. It gives a uniform way to solve the linear quadratic control （LQ control） problems for linear timevarying systems accurately and efficiently, whose key points are solutions of differential Riccati equation （DRE） with variable coefficients and the state feedback equation. The method is symplectic conservative and has a good numerical stability and high precision. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper is concerned with the fault detection and diagnosis（FDD） problem for linear time-varying（LTV） discretetime uncertain systems subject to component faults and uncertainties. The FDD interval observer is designed to deal with these component faults and uncertainties. The proposed interval state estimator guaranteed bounds on the observed states that are consistent with the system states. The observer convergence is also ensured. The designed method is simple and easy to be implemented. Furthermore, without the need to design the residual evaluation functions and thresholds, the residual intervals generated by the interval observers are used directly for FDD decision. Finally, the simulation result is presented to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

This paper considers the stability analysis of linear continuous-time systems, and that the dynamic matrices are affected by uncertain time-varying parameters, which are assumed to be bounded, continuously differentiable, with bounded rates of variation. First, sufficient conditions of stability for time-varying systems are given by the commonly used parameter-dependent quadratic Lyapunov function. Moreover, the use of homogeneous polynomial Lyapunov functions for the stability analysis of the linear system subject to the time-varying parametric uncertainty is introduced. Sufficient conditions to determine the sought after Lyapunov function is derived via a suitable paramenterization of polynomial homogeneous forms. A numerical example is given to illustrate that the stability conditions are less conservative than similar tests in the literature.

＜正＞ In this paper, two algorithms are proposed to identify linear, time-varying （LTV） systems and model non-stationary signals. The first one is based on the time-varying cumulants （TVC）;and the second one applies the time-varying sum-of-pseudo cumulants （TVSPC）. We also have shown that if the output of the LTV system is corrupted by stationary/non-stationary noise with symmetric distribution, the time-varying coefficients of the system can be identified using the time-varying sum-of-cumulants and sum-of-pseudo cumulants algorithms. Some LTV system identification and non-stationary signal modeling examples were given, using the above algorithms.
