Objective:To understand the latent categories of perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients and analyze the characteristics of different categories of ***:A total of 255 colorectal cancer patients receiving treatment in the gastrointestinal surgery and oncology depar tments of a ter tiary Grade A hospital in Sichuan Province,from January 2023 to June 2023,were selected as the study *** information questionnaire,Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),and Comprehensive Score Table for Patient-Repor ted Outcome Measures of Economic Toxicity(COST-PROM)were used for data ***:Perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients was classified into 3 latent categories:C1“Low stress-stable type”(19.2%),C2“Moderate stress-uncontrolled type”(23.9%),and C3“High stress-anxious type”(56.9%).The average score of perceived stress was(34.07±5.08).Compared with C1 type,patients with a monthly household income of≤3000 RMB were more likely to belong to the C2 and C3 types(P<0.05),and patients without a stoma were less likely to belong to C3 type(P<0.05).Compared with C2 type,male patients were more likely to belong to C3 type(P<0.05),and patients without a stoma were less likely to belong to C3 type(P<0.05).Compared with C3 type,patients with higher economic toxicity scores were more likely to be classified into C1 and C2 types(P<0.05).Conclusions:Perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients exhibits distinct categorical *** gender,lower income,presence of a stoma,and higher economic toxicity are associated with higher levels of perceived stress in colorectal cancer patients.

Current Status of Key Competencies among Medical Students: A latent profile analysis

The purpose of this study was to understand the overall level of key competencies of medical students and explore the potential profile of key competencies, promoting quality education, and improving the quality talent cultivation in medical colleges. A stratified random sampling method selected 734 medical students from four medical colleges in Chongqing Province of China. A general information questionnaire and a key competencies survey questionnaire were used to conduct the survey. The overall score and scores of each dimension of key competencies were analyzed. latent profile analysis was conducted to classify the key competencies of medical students and compare the distribution differences of demographic variables among different categories. The results showed that 26% of medical students have never heard of the concept of key competencies, and 59% of them are not familiar with the content related to key competencies. The score of key competencies is 3.66 ± 0.60, with the highest score in the dimension of responsibility and the lowest score in the dimension of humanistic accomplishment. The latent profile analysis classified them into three categories: “low key competencies group (14.71%)”, “medium key competencies group (36.79%)”, and “high key competencies group (48.50%)”. The R3STEP regression analysis results showed statistically significant differences in educational level and whether they served as student cadres among different key competencies categories of medical students. This paper discusses three different potential key competencies categories among medical students, and the overall level of key competencies is relatively good. However, medical students lack a comprehensive and systematic understanding of key competencies. Humanistic accomplishment, healthy living, and practical innovation are the three dimensions with lower scores and should be given more attention. The association between cognitive emotion regulation(CER) and young adults’ health outcomes has long been emphasized. However previous research has not accounted for the heterogeneity in cognitive emotion regulation strategy use. This study aimed to explore the profiles of cognitive emotion regulation strategies among a community sample of Chinese young adults, and to examine the association of latent profiles with psychological and physical health outcomes. Data were collected from 259 Chinese young adults residing and/or working in urban Shanghai(Mage = 25.85 years, 117 female). A person-centered approach with 3-step latent profile analysis(LPA) was used to identify underlying profiles of cognitive emotion regulation based on the young adults’ reports of their use of cognitive emotion regulation strategies when they were confronted with stressful life events. Nine different strategies,five adaptive and four maladaptive, were used as indicators. Covariates of profile members were assessed, including age, socio-economic status(SES), sexual orientation, and education level. LPA revealed three profiles, which have been tentatively labeled: low regulators(with little use of all strategies), adaptive regulators(with more use of adaptive emotion regulation strategies and less use of maladaptive strategies), and maladaptive regulators(with less use of adaptive emotion regulation strategies and more use of maladaptive strategies). A comparison of CER profiles applied to health-related outcomes(i.e., depression, anxiety, perceived stress, physical symptoms, and sleep quality)offered support to the validity of three CER profiles. Results showed that the higher the SES, the higher the probability of being classified into the adaptive regulators. And the maladaptive regulators class was associated with the highest levels of depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, perceived stress, and poorest physical health. Background:Research on achievement goal orientations in sport has typically relied on the use of variable-centered approaches that tend to overlook population *** this study,we used a person-centered approach to identify subgroups of competitive tennis players according to unique combinations of achievement goal orientations and tested for subgroup differences in motivation and mental ***:A sample of 323 competitive tennis athletes(69.35%male)between 15 and 25 years of age(17.60±2.40 years,mean±SD)completed the 3×2 Achievement Goal Questionnaire for Sport,Sport Motivation Scale Ⅱ,and Mental Toughness *** profile analysis was used to identify unique combinations of achievement goal *** between latent subgroups on autonomous motivation,controlled motivation,and mental toughness were performed using analysis of ***:latent profile analysis supported 3 distinct patterns of achievement goal profiles that were primarily distinguishable based on valence of competence(i.e.,approach ***).Analyses of variance indicated that athletes who were classified into subgroups that endorsed approach types of goals(regardless of the types of avoidance goals they endorsed)reported higher levels of autonomous motivation and mental ***:Results indicated that athletes tend to pursue a number of achievement goals collectively rather than in *** approach goals are more commonly linked to adaptive psychological functioning and positive outcomes,avoidance goals may also be associated with desirable psychological characteristics if they are pursued in conjunction with approach types of achievement goals.

学前教育阶段是幼儿学习品质发展的重要时期。在乡村振兴战略背景下，乡村幼儿学习品质的发展亟待关注。本研究基于对我国东、中、西部4223名乡村幼儿与5863名城市幼儿的父母问卷调查发现，乡村幼儿学习品质虽然整体发展尚佳，但是落后于城市幼儿；乡村幼儿学习品质存在异质性，发展不足型（包括危险型与不平衡型）乡村幼儿占比高于城市幼儿，发展良好型乡村幼儿比例则低于城市幼儿；乡村幼儿学习品质受到个体、家庭、园所等多重因素的影响。为促进乡村幼儿学习品质发展，应重视乡村幼儿学习过程表现，主动识别学习品质发展不足型幼儿；关注乡村男孩学习品质培养，提升乡村幼儿社会技能；完善教育补偿机制，增强处境不利家庭教育胜任力；全面提升乡村幼儿园教育质量，缩小园际间教育质量差异。

利用潜在剖面分析法和辨别分析法对744名幼儿园大班儿童入学准备的类型进行了分类，探讨了不同类型儿童入学准备的特点；不仅使用变量为中心范式考察了儿童入学准备与心理健康的关系，而且使用个体为中心范式分析了不同类型儿童心理健康状况的差异。研究结果表明：(1)儿童入学准备的性别差异不显著；随着家长学历的升高，儿童入学准备水平呈现增高的趋势。(2)儿童入学准备分为成熟型、普通型和滞后型3种。成熟型儿童的入学准备水平最高，滞后型儿童的入学准备水平最低，而普通型儿童入学准备水平处于成熟型和滞后型之间。(3)儿童入学准备和自信心显著正相关，与焦虑显著负相关；不同入学准备类型儿童的自信心和焦虑均差异显著。
