一种高效稳定的大电流密度产氢电催化剂

电解水制氢具有工艺简单、原料来源广泛、无污染、氢气纯度高等优点,是最具发展前景的制氢技术之一.然而电解水制氢存在的最大问题是析氢析氧过程能耗过高,需要添加催化剂降低反应能垒.目前,电催化产氢性能最好的材料依然是价格昂贵且储量有限的贵金属铂基催化剂.发展高效稳定的大电流密度制氢非贵金属催化剂,对于氢气的规模化制备和商业化应用意义重大.本工作采用三维导电泡沫镍为自支撑电极材料,引入钼源和硫源构建高活性催化析氢Mo-Ni-S体系.通过水热反应和退火处理,在泡沫镍基底上制备得到了具有高担载量、细长浓密的Mo S2/Ni3S2同轴异质结构纳米线.催化剂结构设计方面,在水热反应过程中创新性地引入表面活性剂(P123),调控催化剂形貌,增加了活性位点数目.在组分调控方面,通过后期退火处理去除低活性物相,增强了催化性能.基于以上结构和组分设计调控,该催化剂在碱性体系下具有优异的大电流密度催化产氢性能,仅需较低过电势便可获得较高的电流密度,同时具有优异的大电流密度产氢稳定性,其电催化产氢性能超过了已报道的众多催化剂.

Background:Elderly patents with diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) have a worse prognosis than younger patients,and the optimal treatment strategy for this group remains controversial.We conducted a retrospective analysis to investigate the clinical features and outcomes of elderly patients (>60 years) and to assess the impact of clinical and molecular factors on outcome in this age group.Methods:From April 2006 to December 2012,a total of 349 elderly patients with DLBCL from the National Cancer Center/Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,and Peking Union Medical College were included in this analysis.Patients were further divided into two age groups (61-69 years and ≥70 years).We compared clinical characteristics and outcomes between groups.Results:Of 349 total patients,204 (58.5%) were aged 61 to 69 years,and 145 (41.5%) patients were aged 70 years or older.Except for the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status,clinical characteristics were comparable between the two groups.With a median follow-up of 82 (range,1-129) months,the 5-year overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) rates were 51.9% and 45.8%,respectively.The 5-year OS rates for patients aged 61 to 69 years and those over 70 years were 58.3% and 42.8%(P =0.007),respectively,and the 5-year PFS rates were 51.0% and 38.6%(P =0.034).Treatment regimens including rituximab provided a higher 5-year OS rate (63.1% vs.37.1%,P < 0.001) and PFS rate (56.6% vs.31.8%,P < 0.001) than chemotherapy alone.For patients aged 61 to 69 years,chemotherapy plus rituximab resulted in a higher 5-year OS rate (66.7% vs.46.4%,P =0.002) and PFS rate (60.0% vs.38.1%,P =0.002) than chemotherapy alone.For patients aged ≥70 years,there was a marked survival advantage in patients who received chemotherapy plus rituximab (5-year OS rate:57.7% vs.25.4%,P < 0.001;5-year PFS rate:51.3% vs.23.9%,P < 0.001) compared with that seen in those who received chemotherapy alone.Multivariate analysis established that stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ disease,elevated lactat

BACKGROUND Generally,hemangiomas do not require surgical intervention;however,cases of Large hemangiomas,potentially involving the throat and trachea,necessitate surgical therapy.Here,we present a case of hypopharyngeal hemangioma in an adult that was successfully treated with neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd-YAG)laser.CASE SUMMARY Laryngoscopic examination of a 61-year-old man demonstrated the presence of a Large,submucosal vascular lesion that extended into the epiglottis,left arytenoid cartilage,lateral to the aryepiglottic fold,and pyriform sinus.The lesion was resected and photocoagulated with limited hemorrhage using Nd:YAG laser.The hypopharyngeal hemangioma was completely excised.The patient showed no recurrence of hypopharyngeal hemangioma during the 1.5-year follow-up period.CONCLUSION Laser therapy is one of the effective tools for treating hemangiomas with rapid,uncontrolled growth or in functional areas,with few side effects and complications.The present case of a male patient with a Large hypopharyngeal hemangioma,treated with YAG laser,demonstrates the efficacy of laser photocoagulation in treating cases of hemangiomas,without the risk of bleeding or airway obstruction.The favorable postoperative outcomes demonstrated by our patient with Nd:YAG laser therapy indicate its consideration in the therapy of similar cases.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and Large for gestational age (LGA) offspring are two common pregnancy complications. Connections also exist between the two conditions, including mutual maternal risk factors for the conditions and an increased prevalence of LGA offspring amongst pregnancies affected by GDM. Thus, it is important to elucidate potential shared underlying mechanisms of both LGA and GDM. One potential mechanistic link relates to macronutrient metabolism. Indeed, derangement of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism is present in GDM, and maternal biomarkers of glucose and lipid control are associated with LGA neonates in such pregnancies. The aim of this paper is therefore to reflect on the existing nutritional guidelines for GDM in light of our understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms of GDM and LGA offspring. Lifestyle modification is first line treatment for GDM, and while there is some promise that nutritional interventions may favourably impact outcomes, there is a lack of definitive evidence that changing the macronutrient composition of the diet reduces the incidence of either GDM or LGA offspring. The quality of the available evidence is a major issue, and rigorous trials are needed to inform evidence-based treatment guidelines.

Autoimmune diseases (ADs) increase the risk of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and contribute to poor prognosis of patients. However, the association between immunologic markers and clinical outcome has rarely been investigated. This study aims to analyze the prognostic value of pretreatment immunologic markers in newly diagnosed patients with diffuse Large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). We retrospectively reviewed the data on 502 patients with DLBCL treated in our institution from January 2013 to March 2018. Survival functions were estimated using Kaplan Meier method and Cox regression model. The 3-year progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) rates were 70.2% and 80.9%, respectively, and the complete remission (CR) rate was 78.1%. Among the patients, those with multiple (≥3) abnormal immunologic markers had significantly shorter 3-year PFS (52.7% vs. 77.3%, P 60 years for OS (P= 0.014). In conclusion, the immunologic status was closely related to lymphoma progression, and this study provides new insights into the risk stratification of patients with DLBCL.

A numerical study on flame and Large-scale flow structures in bluff-body stabilized flames

Large Eddy Simulations(LES) in conjunction with the Flamelet Progress Variable(FPV) approach have been performed to investigate the flame and Large-scale flow structures in the bluff-body stabilized non-premixed flames, HM1 and HM3. The validity of the numerical methods is first verified by comparing the predicted velocity and composition fields with experimental measurements. Then the evolution of the flame and Large-scale flow structures is analyzed when the flames approach blow-off. The analysis of instantaneous and statistical data indicates that there exists a shift of the control mechanism in the recirculation zone in the two flames. In the recirculation zone, HM1 flame is mainly controlled by the mixing effect and ignition mainly occurs in the outer shear layer. In HM3 flame, both the chemical reactions and mixing are important in the recirculation zone. The Proper Orthogonal Decomposition(POD) results show that the fluctuations in the outer shear layer are more intense in HM1, while the flow structures are more obvious in the outer vortex structure in HM3, due to the different control mechanism in the recirculation zone.It further shows that the flow structures in HM1 spread Larger in the intense mixing zone due to higher temperature and less extinction.

Numerical manifold method (NMM) is an effective method for simulating block system, however, significant errors are found in its simulation of rotation problems. Three kinds of errors, as volume expansion, stress vibration, and attenuation of angular velocity, were observed in the original NMM. The first two kind errors are owing to the small deformation assumption and the last one is due to the numerical damping. A Large deformation NMM is proposed based on Large deformation theory. In this method, the governing equation is derived using Green strain, the Large deformation iteration and the open-close iteration are combined, and an updating strategy is proposed. The proposed method is used to analyze block rotation, beam bending, and rock falling problems and the results prove that all three kinds of errors are eliminated in this method.

A wearable force-feedback glove is a promising way to enhance the immersive sensation when a user interacts with virtual objects in virtual reality scenarios.Design challenges for such a glove include allowing a Large fingertip workspace,providing a desired force sensation when simulating both free-and constrained-space interactions,and ensuring a lightweight structure.In this paper,we present a forcefeedback glove using a pneumatically actuated mechanism mounted on the dorsal side of the user’s hand.By means of a triple kinematic paired link with a curved sliding slot,a hybrid cam-linkage mechanism is proposed to transmit the resistance from the pneumatic piston rod to the fingertip.In order to obtain a Large normal component of the feedback force on the user’s fingertip,the profile of the sliding slot was synthesized through an analysis of the force equilibrium on the triple kinematic paired link.A prototype five-fingered glove with a mass of 245 g was developed,and a wearable force-measurement system was constructed to permit the quantitative evaluation of the interaction performance in both free and constrained space.The experimental results confirm that the glove can achieve an average resistance of less than 0.1 N in free-space simulation and a maximum fingertip force of 4 N in constrained-space simulation.The experiment further confirms that this glove permits the finger to move freely to simulate typical grasping gestures.

After 50 years of oil and gas exploration in Longdong area of southwest Ordos Basin,NW China,a deep coal-formed gas field was discovered for the first time in Qingyang area.Through observation of field outcrops and core,analysis of common,cast and cathode thin sections,Ro and other geochemistry indexes,carbon isotope,electron microscope and other supporting tests and analyses,the hydrocarbon generation,reserves formation and reservoir formation characteristics of gas reservoirs at different buried depths in Yishaan slope were examined and compared.The deep gas reservoir has an average buried depth of more than 4200 m,and the main gas-bearing formation is the Member 1 of Lower Permian Shanxi Formation,which is characterized by low porosity,low permeability,low pressure and low abundance.It is believed that hydrocarbon generation in thin seam coal source rocks with high thermal evolution can form Large gas fields,high-quality sandstone reservoirs with dissolved pores,intergranular pores and intercrystalline pores can still develop in late diagenetic stage under deep burial depth and high thermal evolution,and fractures improve the permeability of reservoirs.High drying coefficient of natural gas and negative carbon isotope series are typical geochemical characteristics of deep coal-formed gas.The integrated exploration and development method has been innovated,and the economic and effective development mode of gas fields of"dissecting sand body by framework vertical wells,centralized development by horizontal wells"has been formed.The discovery and successful exploration of the Large gas field has provided geological basis and technical support for the construction of natural gas fields of 100 billion cubic meter scale in the southwest of the basin,and has important guidance for exploration of coal-derived gas with deep buried depth and high thermal evolution widely distributed in China.
