The polysaccharides with hyperglycemic activity from laetiporus sulphureus was extracted and characterized,as well as establishing a nitrogen restriction strategy for increasing polysaccharide *** main research content of this paper is listed below:*** DNA of the strain obtained from Xia matang(Benxi,Liaoning province)was separated by CTAB *** PCR and sequence detection,a 500-750 bp sequence was obtained,and the length of nucleic acid sequence was consistent with the characteristics of fungal gene *** SEM obsered that the mycelium of this strain appeared a lock-form structure with spherical *** sequence alignment and morphological observation,the strain was identified laetiporus *** six kinds of nitrogen source fermentation test,inorganic nitrogen(potassium nitrate)and organic nitrogen(peptone)were selected as nitrogen sources for restricted nitrogen *** results showed that the optimal nitrogen restriction condition for extracellular polysaccharide of *** mycelium production was 5 mmol/L of potassium nitrate and4 days of *** these conditions,the yield of crude polysaccharide(named e LSP)could reach 14.655 mg/m *** e LSP was isolated by cellulose ion-exchange chromatography and obtained three fractions,which were named as e LSP-I,e LSP-II and e LSP-III,*** antioxidant capacity of the three polysaccharide fractions was detected and the result showed that e LSP-II had the highest DPPH scavenging ***,the e LSP-II was used for further purifing with Sephadex G-100,and a single fraction was collected,named as e *** properties of e LSP-IIa were characterized by HPGPC,FT-IR and *** monosaccharide composition analysis revealed that e LSP-IIa was composed of Glc,Gal,Ara and Gal A with the ratio of 91.0,6.9,1.2 and 0.9,*** molecular weight detecting by HPGPC exhibited that e LSP-IIa was about 8.8×10～*** of the e LSP-IIa revealed a rod-

Mycophenolic acid derivatives from cultures of the mushroom laetiporus sulphureu

AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of the cultures of laetiporus sulphureus(Bull.) Murrill. METHOD: Compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques. The structure of the new compound was determined by interpretation of MS and 1D-, 2D-NMR spectroscopic data, while the known compounds were identified by comparison of their data with those reported. RESULTS: Three mycophenolic acid derivatives, 6-((2E, 6E)-3, 7-dimethyldeca-2, 6-dienyl)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-4-methylphtanlan-1-one(1), 6-((2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyldedoca-2, 6, 10-trienyl)-5, 7-dihydroxy-4-methylphtanlan-1-one(2), and 6-((2E, 6E)-3, 7, 11-trimethyldedoca-2, 6, 10-trienyl)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-4-methylphtanlan-1-one(3) were isolated. CONCLUSION: Among them, compound 1 was new, and compound 2 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, and MCF-7 cells, with IC50 values of 39.1, 31.1, 27.4, and 35.7 μmol·L-1, respectively.
