Multi-label learning is an active research area which plays an important role in machine learning. Traditional learning algorithms, however, have to depend on samples with complete labels. The existing learning algorithms with missing labels do not consider the relevance of labels, resulting in label estimation errors of new samples. A new multi-label learning algorithm with support vector machine(SVM) based association(SVMA) is proposed to estimate missing labels by constructing the association between different labels. SVMA will establish a mapping function to minimize the number of samples in the margin while ensuring the margin large enough as well as minimizing the misclassification probability. To evaluate the performance of SVMA in the condition of missing labels, four typical data sets are adopted with the integrity of the labels being handled manually. Simulation results show the superiority of SVMA in dealing with the samples with missing labels compared with other models in image classification.

Food additives, whether natural or artificial substances, are widely used around the world to improve the sensory quality of products, extend their shelf life and make them more competitive. However, the abusive and uncontrolled consumption of food additives is the cause of numerous illnesses and diseases such as poisoning, allergies, diabetes and numerous cancers. So, in addition to setting up control and regulatory bodies, it is becoming essential to keep a constant watch on the presence of food additives on the market. The aim of this study is to highlight the main categories of food additives in food products frequently sold on the Senegalese market. The methodology of the study is based on the identification of food additives from the information given on the labels of food packaging. Information was collected in markets in two (2) major regions of Senegal: Dakar and Saint-Louis. The results of our study show the presence of 153 food additives on the labels of 514 samples collected. Moreover, the frequency and diversity of additives depended on the food category. On the other hand, beyond their important technological and functional roles, some additives such as aspartame and monosodium glutamate have been implicated in pathologies, and others, such as titanium dioxide, are the subject of much controversy and even withdrawal in certain legislations for their impacts deemed potentially negative on consumer health.

The bipolar phase-shift-keying （BPSK） optical orthogonal codes （OOCs） are inserted into the optical packet format of bit-serial label. The ultra-fast separation of the label and payload is performed through the auto-correlation pulses indicating the time position at whicl, the optical switch changes the state. The insertion of the new label can also be realized by detecting the auto-correlatiou pulse at the line rate. Especially, the scheme can be adapted to the asynchronous separation and insertion and realize the variable-length packet switching. The results of simulation verify the fea.sibility of the scheme.

The dot matrix hologram (DMH) has been widely used in anti-counterfeiting label. With the same technology and cell array configuration, we can encode to the incidence beam. These codes can be some image matrix grating with different grating gap and different grating orientation. When the multi-level phase diffractive grating is etched, the incidence beam on the cell appears as an encoding image. When the encoded grating and DMH are used in the same label synchronously, the technology of multi-encoded grating array enhances the anti-counterfeit ability.

Recently, Palestine has been willing to improve its energy efficiency action plan and policies. As the Electrical demand for energy is increasing in Palestine, improving energy efficiency can be considered as an efficient way to achieve reductions in energy consumptions. In this respect, energy efficiency action plan and its strategies must be designed to overcome existing market barriers against using energy efficient appliances in residential and commercial sectors in Palestine. This study provides background on the benefits of stakeholders and steps needed to support energy efficiency standards and labeling in Palestine. Furthermore, this study attempts to predict the techno-economic impact of implementing high efficient electrical appliances in Palestine. Survey-based analyses from 300 households were conducted in 2019 to estimate residential sector electrical appliances usage, behavior and their knowledge in electrical appliances labels and standards, the study aims also to estimate the perception and willingness of Palestinian householders to shift towards more energy efficient choices. The study will focus on 8 electrical appliances that constitute a major share of the electricity used within households and commercial sectors in Palestinian market.

High resolution satellite images are rich source of geospatial information. Nowadays, these images contain finest spectral and spatial information of ground realities in different electromagnetic spectrum. Many image processing softwares, algorithms and techniques are available to extract such information from these images. Multi spectral as well as panchromatic (PAN) high resolution satellite images are missing, one important information, regarding ground features and realities that information is attribute information which is not directly available in high resolution satellite images. From very first day, this information used to be collected through indirect ways using GPS, digitizing, geo-coding, geo tagging, field survey and many other techniques. Our real world has vertical labels for ground observer to identify and use this information. These vertical labels are present in form of names, logos, icons, symbols and numbers. These vertical labels ease us to work in real world. Satellites are unable to read these labels due to their vertical orientation. Making satellite/aerial imagery rich of attribute information, we have the possibility to design our world accordingly. Just like vertical labels we can also place real physical horizontal label for space sensors, to make this information directly available in high resolution satellite/aerial imagery. This work is about possibilities of such techniques and methods.

Deep learning (DL) has seen an exponential development in recent years, with major impact in many medical fields, especially in the field of medical image. The purpose of the work converges in determining the importance of each component, describing the specificity and correlations of these elements involved in achieving the precision of interpretation of medical images using DL. The major contribution of this work is primarily to the updated characterisation of the characteristics of the constituent elements of the deep learning process, scientific data, methods of knowledge incorporation, DL models according to the objectives for which they were designed and the presentation of medical applications in accordance with these tasks. Secondly, it describes the specific correlations between the quality, type and volume of data, the deep learning patterns used in the interpretation of diagnostic medical images and their applications in medicine. Finally presents problems and directions of future research. Data quality and volume, annotations and labels, identification and automatic extraction of specific medical terms can help deep learning models perform image analysis tasks. Moreover, the development of models capable of extracting unattended features and easily incorporated into the architecture of DL networks and the development of techniques to search for a certain network architecture according to the objectives set lead to performance in the interpretation of medical images.

Future networks will care more about the services and contents, and will support revolutionary services. Thus, naming scheme for services becomes a core technology for realizing future networks. This paper proposes a naming scheme for services in future networks, named by M-Label. M-Label has three features: it adopts user-friendly name;it describes the attribute information of content in the name from different dimensions;and it is unstructured, has a good scalability. Based on this naming scheme, we implement our content aware services management system and check the usability in the platform of Universal Network. The result shows that M-Label has a high scalability and can be used for a huge number of services or contents in future networks.
