To cultivate high-quality rule-of-law talents, XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of law must be fully carried out, the spirit of the Opinions on Strengthening law Education and law Theory Research in the New Era must be implemented, the law teaching system must be improved, and the paths of talent cultivation must be optimized. The first is improving the ideological and political education and legal professional ethics education, teaching the ideological and political courses and legal professional ethics courses well in line with the essence of “bringing out the facts and reasons,” and doing an excellent job in ideological and political theory teaching in all courses from the perspective of all persons, the whole process, and all-around education. The second is improving the multi-level law education and teaching system and quality certification system, supporting and developing legal vocational education, consolidating undergraduate law education, boosting graduate law education, and developing professional degree education in law. The third is improving the curriculum system for law majors, accelerating the construction of courses reflecting the achievements in the practice of state governance and administration in the new era, such as the science of intra-Party regulations, the science of oversight law, and social governance jurisprudence, and so on, exploring the availability of the characteristic new course “science of field law,” and setting up diversified major-oriented modules to accommodate a large number of new courses. The fourth is improving the practical teaching and cooperative education system, adapting to the new form and requirement of “internet + education” to innovate education and teaching methods and means, strengthening the cooperation between law schools and rule-of-law work departments and legal service providers, enhancing education through work practice, and improving the in-service education system for rule-of-law talents.

Specific guidelines set for new Anti-Monopoly law The first regulation that sets specific guidelines for the Anti-Monopoly law was announced by the State Council late on August 4 in a move to provide guide- lines and direction for the enforcement of the law, which came into effect on Au- gust 1. According to the regulations, all combinations must apply to authorities in charge of anti-monopoly if the joint global revenue of the companies involved exceeds RMB 10 billion or if revenue in China exceeds RMB 2 billion.

The multiphase reaction process of pressure leaching is mainly carried out in the liquid phase. Therefore, gas holdup is essential for the gas–liquid–solid phase reaction and the extraction rate of valuable metals. In this paper, a transparent quartz autoclave, a six blades disc turbine-type agitator, and a high-speed camera were used to investigate the gas holdup of the pressure leaching process. Furthermore, experiments determining the effects of agitation rate, temperature, and oxygen partial pressure on gas holdup were carried out. The results showed that when the agitation rate increased from 350 to 600 r/min, the gas holdup increased from 0.10% to 0.64%. When the temperature increased from 363 to 423 K, the gas holdup increased from 0.14% to 0.20%. When the oxygen partial pressure increased from 0.1 to 0.8 MPa, the gas holdup increased from 0.13% to 0.19%. A similar criteria relationship was established by Homogeneous Principle and Buckingham's theorem. Comprehensively, empirical equation of gas holdup was deduced on the basis of experimental data and the similarity theory, where the criterion equation was determined as ε=4.54×10^(-11)n^(3.65)T^(2.08)P_g^(0.18). It can be seen from the formula that agitation rate made the most important impact on gas holdup in the pressure leaching process using the mixed-flow agitator.

This paper studies the problem of tracking a ground target for a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) based on the proposed guidance law. The algorithm ensures that a UAV continuously overflies the target whether it is fixed or moving. The requirements of the UAV flight constraints such as bounded airspeed and acceleration are considered. A Lyapunov function is constructed to prove the stability of the proposed guidance law,and parameter design criteria have been developed. Considering the fixed and moving ground targets, numerical simulations are performed to verify the feasibility and benefits of the proposed guidance algorithm.

The present study aims to investigate the salient features of incompressible, hydromagnetic, three-dimensional flow of viscous fluid subject to the oscillatory motion of a disk. The rotating disk is contained in a porous medium. Furthermore, a time-invariant version of the Maxwell-Cattaneo law is implemented in the energy equation. The flow problem is normalized by obtaining similarity variables. The resulting nonlinear system is solved numerically using the successive over-relaxation method. The main results are discussed through graphical representations and tables. It is perceived that the thermal relaxation time parameter decreases the temperature curves and increases the heat trans- fer rate. The oscillatory curves for the velocity field demonstrate a decreasing tendency with the increasing porosity parameter values. Two- and three-dimensional flow phenom- ena are also shown through graphical results.

Beverloo's scaling law can describe the flow rate of grains discharging from hoppers. In this paper, we show that the Beverloo's scaling law is valid for varying material parameters. The flow rates from a hopper with different hopper and orifice sizes(D, D_0) are studied by running large-scale simulations. When the hopper size is fixed, the numerical results show that Beverloo's law is valid even if the orifice diameter is very large and then the criteria for this law are *** eliminate the effect of walls, it is found that the criteria can be suggested as D-D_0≥ 40 d or D/D_0≥ 2. Interestingly,it is found that there is still a scaling relation between the flow rate and orifice diameter if D/D_0 is fixed and less than *** the orifice diameter is close to the hopper size, the velocity field changes and the vertical velocities of grains above the free fall region are much larger. Then, the free fall arch assumption is invalid and Beverloo's law is inapplicable.

Based on the similarity of separation time,a similarity law optimization method for high-speed weapon delivery test is *** typical separation state under wind load is simulated by the numerical *** real separation data of aircraft,separation data of previous test methods,separation data of ideal wind tunnel test of previous methods,and simulation data of the proposed optimization method are obtained.A comparison of the data shows that the method proposed can improve the performance of *** law optimization starts with the development of motion equations and dynamic equations in the windless state to address the problems of mismatching between vertical and horizontal displacement,and to address the problems of separation trajectory distortion caused by insufficient gravity acceleration of the scaling model of existing light *** ejection velocity of the model is taken as a factor/vector,and is adjusted reasonably to compensate the linear displacement insufficiency caused by the insufficient vertical acceleration of the light model method,so as to ensure the matching of the vertical and horizontal displacement of the projectile,and to improve the consistency between the test results of high-speed projection and the actual separation *** optimized similarity law is applicable to many existing free-throwing modes of high-speed wind *** optimized similarity law is not affected by the ejection velocity and hanging mode of the *** optimized similarity law is suitable not only for the launching of the buried ammunition compartment and external stores,but also for the test design of projectile launching and gravity separation.
