This study takes the cognitive-affective system theory of personality as the whole logic,integrates resource preservation theory and cooperation and competition theory to investigate the influence mechanism of Career Plateau on knowledge workers'knowledge *** results show that career plateau(including its three dimensions:hierarchical plateau,work content plateau and inclusive plateau)has a significant positive impact on status anxiety and knowledge hiding of knowledge workers,and status anxiety plays a complete mediating effect between career plateau(including hierarchical plateau,work content plateau and inclusive plateau)and knowledge hiding of knowledge *** goal dependence positively moderates the relationship between hierarchical plateau and status anxiety,and negatively regulates the relationship between work content plateau and status *** addition,cooperative goal dependence positively moderates the indirect effect of hierarchical plateau on the knowledge workers'knowledge hiding through status anxiety,and negatively moderates the indirect effect of work content plateau on the knowledge workers'knowledge hiding through status *** results of this paper provide theoretical support and management enlightenment for further exploring the mechanism of career plateau and knowledge hiding in Chinese enterprises.

knowledge workers are important human resources in service *** to cultivate the loyalty of knowledge workers in service enterprises is an important problem that managers must pay attention *** from the defines of basic concepts, the author analyzes factors influencing loyalty of knowledge workers. Finally, it puts forward effective measures including building people-oriented corporate culture; loyalty oriented recruianent and allocation; emphasis on compensation management; establishing a scientific career management system; paying attention to emotional management and so on.

With the advent of the knowledge economy era, the modem enterprise desires to maintain sustainable development, the key is to find the best ways of knowledge creation, dissemination and use through the management. knowledge workers are the main force of economic construction. They play a more important role in the development of enterprises and society, while facing greater pressure. This paper describes the status of work stress management study in China and abroad. Then analyze the source of the knowledge workers working pressure and Working pressure mechanism on job performance. Eventually, the paper proposes active management strategies of enterprise knowledge workers working stress.

＂knowledge workers＂ is the carrier of enterprise knowledge and technology and is undoubtedly the most important resource and core competence. How to effectively motivate such people create greater wealth for the enterprise has become the key problem of the era of knowledge economy. Based on the concept and characteristics of knowledge workers, this paper uses classical analysis framework of incentive theory; through quantitative and qualitative analysis, it points out the existing problems and puts forward solutions on the basis of full analysis of the present incentive situation.

Job Measurement and Performance Appraisal for knowledge workers in China

This paper deals with the recruitment schemes of enterprise knowledge workers system based on the optimal sliding mode control ***,by considering job-transfer,natural resignation,voluntary resignation,promotion,recruitment and dismissal,the enterprise knowledge workers system can be modeled as a dynamic nonlinear uncertain ***,by using the optimal sliding mode control method,the design method of the optimal sliding mode control law for the system is *** condition for the asymptotic stability of the sliding mode manifold is proposed,and it is proved that under such a control law,the state of the enterprise knowledge workers system can reach the sliding surface in a finite *** results show that the optimal sliding mode control law（recruitment schemes） proposed in this paper can make enterprise knowledge workers system asymptotically ***,under the presented control law,the system is robust to parameter perturbation.
