The classification of handwriting features of the kazakh language written in Latin script

In 2017,the Republic of kazakhstan began the phased transition of its alphabet from Cyrillic to Latin *** transition has presented significant challenges to kazakhstani document examiners,who have yet to develop appropriate methodologies for the analysis of handwriting samples written in the kazakh language using Latin *** study aims to identify distinguishing macro and micro features of letters within kazakh writing samples produced using the Latin alphabet and determine their frequencies of occurrence and discriminating power *** features were examined using the four most frequently appearing letters:“a”,“y”,“e”and“n”.A comparative analysis of tested Latin letters with those of a similar configuration in Cyrillic demonstrated differences in the number of distinguishing features,as well as in the frequency of occurrence and discriminating power indices of similar *** results show that separate statistical bases should be used for Latin and Cyrillic letters when analysing handwriting samples based on the frequencies of occurrence of micro and macro writing features.

Gene Chip Technology Used in the Detection of HPV Infection in Esophageal Cancer of kazakh Chinese in Xinjiang Province

Summary： This study was aimed to screen human papillomavirus （HPV） types associated with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of kazakh in Xinjiang using the gene chip technique and study the clinical significance of this application. The DNAs were collected from esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and healthy esophageal mucosa of kazakh adults in Xinjiang, and amplified firstly using HPV MY09/11 and then using HPV G5＋/6＋ to screen positive HPV specimens. These positive specimens were further detected by the gene chip technique to screen highly pathogenic HPV types. After determination with nested PCR amplification with HPV MY09/ll and G5＋/6＋, the infection rate of HPV was 66.67% in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group and 12.12% in the healthy control group. By testing the positive HPV specimens from the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma group, the infection rate of HPV16 was 97.72% and the co-infection rate of HPV16 and HPV18 was 2.27%. HPV16 infection may be involved in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma in Xinjiang Hazakh adults.

Multi-Class Sentiment Analysis of Social Media Data with Machine Learning Algorithms

The volume of social media data on the Internet is constantly *** has created a substantial research field for data *** diversity of articles,posts,and comments on news websites and social networks astonishes ***,most researchers focus on posts on Twitter that have a specific format and length *** majority of them are written in the English *** relatively few works have paid attention to sentiment analysis in the Russian and kazakh languages,this article thoroughly analyzes news posts in the kazakhstan media *** amassed datasets include texts labeled according to three sentiment classes:positive,negative,and *** datasets are highly imbalanced,with a significant predominance of the positive *** resampling techniques(undersampling,oversampling,and synthetic minority oversampling(SMOTE))are used to resample the datasets to deal with this ***,the texts are vectorized with the TF-IDF metric and classified with seven machine learning(ML)algorithms:naïve Bayes,support vector machine,logistic regression,k-nearest neighbors,decision tree,random forest,and *** results reveal that oversampling and SMOTE with logistic regression,decision tree,and random forest achieve the best classification *** models are effectively employed in the developed social analytics platform.

Understanding the micro-coevolution of the human gut microbiome with host genetics is challenging but essential in both evolutionary and medical *** gain insight into the interactions between host genetic variation and the gut microbiome,we analyzed both the human genome and gut microbiome collected from a cohort of 190 students in the same boarding college and representing 3 ethnic groups,Uyghur,kazakh,and Han *** found that differences in gut microbiome were greater between genetically distinct ethnic groups than those genetically closely related ones in taxonomic composition,functional composition,enterotype stratification,and microbiome genetic *** also observed considerable correlations between host genetic variants and the abundance of a subset of gut microbial ***,interactions between gut microbiome species and host genetic variants might have coordinated effects on specific human *** ovatus,previously reported to modulate intestinal immunity,is significantly correlated with the host genetic variant rs12899811(meta-P=5.55×10^(-5)),which regulates the VPS33B expression in the colon,acting as a tumor suppressor of colorectal *** results advance our understanding of the micro-coevolution of the human gut microbiome and their interactive effects with host genetic variation on phenotypic diversity.

[目的]检测MYC、PTEN、TP53在哈萨克族食管癌组织和远端无癌组织的表达,分析与临床病理因素的关系,探讨它们在哈萨克族食管癌发生发展中可能存在的关系。[方法]Trizol一步法获取组织标本总RNA,逆转录为c DNA,运用半定量RT-PCR技术检测食管癌组织、远端无癌组织中三个基因mRNA表达量及阳性表达率。[结果]1 MYC mRNA表达量在食管癌组织中高于远端无癌组织(P<0.01);PTEN、TP53 mRNA表达量在远端无癌组织中高于癌组织(P<0.01,P<0.05);2 MYC阳性表达率在食管癌组织中高于远端无癌组织(P<0.01);PTEN、TP53阳性表达率在远端无癌组织中高于癌组织(P<0.01,P<0.05));3MYC表达与分化程度(P<0.05)、TNM分期(P<0.05)、淋巴结转移(P<0.01)和侵犯深度(P<0.05)有关;PTEN表达与分化程度有关(P<0.05);TP53的表达与上述指标无关;4 MYC和PTEN、TP53表达呈负相关(r=-0.494;r=-0.428);PTEN、TP53表达呈正相关(r=0.531)。[结论]哈萨克族食管癌组织中MYC表达上调,PTEN、TP53低表达或不表达。上述结果说明MYC参与哈萨克族食管癌的发生和发展,PTEN、TP53则是阻止食管组织发生癌变的保护性基因。
