Two externally biased electrodes were inserted into the plasma on the kt-5C tokamak to test the effects on modifying the radial electric field Er other than single biasing. Using various combinations of biasing voltage, the influences of double biasing are compared with the single biasing. It turns out that the effect of dual-biasing is also effective as a single one, but the outer electrode seems to be shielded by the inner one and show less influence. The results clearly show that the radial electric field Er changed by external biasing is intrinsically an effect localized at the edge of the plasma, which is caused by the electrode induced radial current; and dual-electrode biasing using the method similar to the single biasing seems not to be able to increase more distinctly the peaking effect on Er than the single biasing.

In the paper, we apply the kt factorization approach to deal with the Bs → f0 (980) transition form factors in the large recoil regions, i.e. the small q 2 regions. For the purpose, we adopt the B-meson wave-functions ΨB , ΨB and δ that include the three-Fock states contributions to do our discussion. Although the scalar meson f0 (980) is widely perceived as the 4-quark bound state (scenario 2), but the distribution amplitudes of 4-quark states are still unknown to us, so we adopt 2-quark model (scenario 1) for scalar meson f0 (980) in our discussion. By varying the B-meson wave-function parameters within their reasonable regions, we obtain F0(0) = F+(0) = 0.20 ± 0.02, FT(0) = 0.24 ± 0.02. Our present results for these form factors are consistent with the light-cone sum rule results obtained in the literature.

为了快速获得药用植物山乌龟完整植株,优化组织快繁技术,本研究以山乌龟嫩茎段为实验材料,研究激动素(kinetin,kt)和噻苯隆(N’-phenyl-N’-1,2,3-thidiazol-5-yl-urea,TDZ)对山乌龟不定芽诱导、增殖和生根培养的影响,以获得最佳的培养条件。结果表明,0.2%次氯酸钠(NaClO)浸泡15 min为最适合山乌龟嫩茎段消毒的方法,污染率仅为8.31%;最有利于山乌龟不定芽萌发的培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+kt 0.5 mg/L+聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(polyvinyl pyrrolidone,PVP)1 g/L+琼脂7 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L,诱导不定芽数为8.42;不定芽增殖最佳培养配方为MS+kt 0.8 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L+活性炭1 g/L+琼脂7 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L,增殖系数10.87;最适生根配方为1/2MS+kt 0.2 mg/L+IBA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+琼脂7 g/L+蔗糖15 g/L。本研究优化了山乌龟组培快繁技术,提高了繁殖系数,对其规模化生产及缓解供求矛盾具有重要意义。

Evidence for a mantle and/or basaltic component in kt boundary distal ejecta is apparently inconsistent with ejection from Chicxulub Crater since it is located on;5km thick continental crust（De Paolo et al.,1983;Montanari et al.,1983;Hildebrand and Boynton,1988,1990）.This evidence,along with ejected terrestrial chromites（Olds et al.,2016）suggest the impact sampled terrestrial mafic and/or ultramafic target rocks which are not known to exist in the Chicxulub target area.Possible resolutions to the paradox are:1)the existence of an unmapped/unknown suture in Yucatan Platform basement,2)an additional small unmapped/unknown impact site on oceanic lithosphere,or 3)an additional large impact on oceanic lithosphere or continental margin transitional to oceanic lithosphere.The third hypothesis is elaborated here since:1)Ophiolites nearest to Chicxulub crater are found in Cuba and apparently were obducted in latest Cretaceous/earliest Danian times（García-Casco,2008）,inconsistent with the documented Eocene collision of Cuba with the Bahamas platform;and 2)Cuba hosts the world’s thickest known kt boundary deposits（Iturralde-Vinent,1992;Kiyokawa et al.,2002;Tada et al.,2003）.These and geometric considerations suggest oceanic crust and upper mantle rock,exposed as ophiolite in the Greater Antilles island chain,marks the rim of a roughly 700 km diameter impact basin deformed and dismembered from an originally circular form by at least 50 million years of left-lateral shear displacement along the North American-Caribbeantransform plate boundary.

目的以华重楼Paris polyphylla var.chinensis根茎为外植体,建立华重楼植物的快速繁殖技术。方法以MS为基本培养基,通过研究激素6-BA、2,4-D、NAA、IBA、kt、IAA和头孢曲松钠、活性炭等对愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和不定根产生的影响,找出组培苗诱导培养的最佳培养基配方。结果华重楼最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.5mg/L+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L;最佳不定芽分化培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+IAA 0.3 mg/L+kt 1.0 mg/L+头孢曲松钠300 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+活性炭0.5%。当组培苗长出第1片叶且不定根长出4条以上时将组培苗取出,先放在无菌水中栽培5 d,再移栽至松软土壤中,组培苗生长健壮,成活率为100%。结论在获得愈伤组织的基础上,进一步完成对不定芽的诱导与无根苗生根培养,筛选出了培育华重楼组培苗的最佳条件。
