目的了解广西大学生禽流感防控知识的认知情况,比较医学专业与非医学专业学生及留学生间禽流感认知、态度和行为之间的差异。方法对广西医科大学和广西大学的中国学生按年级人数比例分层抽样,对广西医科大学的全体全英文班留学生整群抽样进行问卷调查。结果医学专业与非医学专业中国学生、留学生禽流感知识题平均答对率分别为57.21%、58.81%和57.96%;三者获取禽流感知识主要通过电视、广播等传统媒体,但通过上网获取知识也占较高比例;医学专业留学生对中国禽流感防控措施的满意度比其他两类中国学生低,并有34.3%的留学生不清楚中国的"重大疫情预警机制",但参与禽流感防治的积极性均比其他两类中国学生高。结论广西医学与非医学专业中国大学生和医学专业留学生对禽流感知识认知不足,在态度和行为上出现差异化;中国学生对我国的禽流感疫情存在一定的淡漠性。

目的：本研究旨在了解广西高校中、外大学生艾滋病、结核病认知、态度和行为（knowledge，attitudes，and practices，kaps）的现况，并比较中国学生与外国学生间的差异，以探讨目前广西在校大学生关于艾滋病、结核病这两种传染性疾病的教育现状，为改进中国艾滋病、结核病的防控策略提供依据，并通过本研究向大学生（尤其是外国留学生）宣传艾滋病、结核病的相关知识，以提高该人群对艾滋病、结核病的认知程度。方法：对广西医科大学、广西大学两所高校的中国学生和外国学生按年级分层随机抽样，以面对面访谈后当场发放、当场回收的方式进行问卷调查。结果：1．问卷调查结果（1）总共611名中、外学生接受问卷调查。调查对象年龄为17-34周岁，其中男生225人（37.0%），女生386人（63.0%）。（2）调查对象中外国学生有308人，占50.4%;中国学生有303人，占49.6%。两所高校的中、外学生的受调查比例相当。（3）调查对象的受教育程度：611名受调查学生中，493人为临床医学专业本科生（80.7%）;56人为非临床专业本科生（9.2%），其中二年级学生占绝大部分，约为80.9%;58人为硕士研究生（9.5%）;4人为博士研究生（0.7%）。（4）调查对象年级分层情况：一年级学生111人（18.2%），二年级学生253人（41.4%），三年级学生118人（19.3%），四年级学生117人（19.1%），五年级学生12人（2.0%）。2.艾滋病/结核病kaps的调查结果（1）外国学生对艾滋病、结核病相关知识的知晓率比中国学生低（P0.05）;（3）外国学生与中国学生发生与艾滋病或结核病有关的高危行为比较，两者无显著差异（P>0.05）;但外国学生采取降低艾滋病或结核病感染的措施比例低于中国学生（P<0.05），且对中国政府采取的预防艾滋病、结核病措施的知晓率也低于中国学生（P<0.05）。结论：广西中、外在校大学生普遍对艾滋病、结核病相关知识的知晓率不高，建议各高校与疾病预防控制机构联合，对在校大学生进行健康教育，普及艾滋病、结核病相关知识，并以此辐射至社会其他群体。同时，将外国学生作为干预的重点，向他们宣传中国政府对于艾滋病、结核病的预防措施，使其降低发生高危行为的感染风险。

目的:了解医学生禽流感防控知识的认知情况,比较留学生与中国学生对禽流感认知、态度和行为(kaps)之间的差异,为改进我国的禽流感防控策略提供依据。方法:对广西医科大学在校的全体全英文班留学生进行整群抽样,对中国学生进行按年级人数比例分层抽样进行问卷调查,最后对两者的kaps进行比较分析。结果:留学生和中国学生知识题平均答对率分别为57.96%和57.21%,得分均偏低,且欠缺某些禽流感关键知识;两者获取禽流感知识主要是通过看电视、听广播,通过上网获取知识的比例均较高;有34.3%的留学生不清楚我国的"重大疫情预警机制"。结论:医学生作为我国禽流感防控工作的后备军具备的能力不足,我国卫生宣教工作在留学生中有所欠缺。应加强对医学生禽流感知识和我国禽流感防控策略的教育。

Antimicrobial Use in Commercial Poultry Production Systems in Kiambu County, Kenya: A Cross-Sectional Survey on Knowledge, Attitudes and Practices

Background: Antibiotic resistance is putting the commercial poultry production systems across the globe at risk of losses due to the failure of treatments for animals and human health which has been associated with overuse and misuse of antibiotics in poultry farming. One possible approach to the resistance problem is ensuring adequate knowledge, attitudes, and practices on antimicrobial use by farmers on commercial production systems across the globe are applied. Therefore, the current study was carried out to determine factors that could promote antimicrobial use in commercial poultry production systems of Kiambu County, Kenya. Materials and Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional survey was conducted on commercial poultry production systems of Kiambu County to determine the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices on antimicrobial use. One hundred and fifty-six (n = 156) semi-structured questionnaires imprinted in a mobile Open data kit were administered to capture the level of knowledge, attitudes, and practices on antimicrobial usage in commercial poultry production systems of Kiambu County. Results: Out of the 156 commercial poultry farmers who participated in this study, females accounted for (64%) with 51% of them keeping layers between 50 - 500 birds as medium scale farmers. 羊毛不仅有维持体温和保护作用,而且具有独特的经济价值。随着国内外对羊毛性状相关基因研究的深入,一系列羊毛性状相关的蛋白、信号分子及基因被陆续发现。本文结合国内外现有的研究,对羊毛和毛囊结构的生长发育特点、角蛋白中间丝蛋白(Keratin Intermediate Filaments Proteins,KIFs)和角蛋白关联蛋白(Keratin-Associated Proteins,kaps)相关蛋白、Wnt家族和成纤维细胞生长因子家族(Fibroblast Growth Factors,FGFs)等有关信号分子以及与羊毛性状相关的kaps等基因进行综述,旨在理解羊毛毛囊形态发生和周期性生长机制,即生长期(Anagen)、退行期(Catagen)和休止期(Telogen),为进一步挖掘与羊毛性状相关的蛋白与功能基因提供思路,为今后羊毛产业与毛用羊的选育以及生产性能的提高提供理论参考。
