This paper introduces a new method for improvement of roundness in super precision turning.Actual measurement indicates that,for high precision hydraulic bearing spindle,80% ofthe radial rotational error is systematic.So it is possible to use a simple deterministic errorcompensation method to reduce it.Experiments indicate that 60% of the rotational error motionof the spindle can be compensated and the roundness error can be reduced to less than0.05μm.

目的:探讨芪黄固肾通络方治疗糖尿病肾病(DKD)的作用机制。方法:通过人类基因数据库(GeneCards)、治疗靶点数据库(TTD)、人类疾病相关基因和突变基因数据库(DisGeNET)、综合性药物数据库(DrugBank)等数据库查找芪黄固肾通络方的活性成分、作用靶点、DKD相关的靶点。将药物目标点与病变靶点进行映射,将所获得的交集目标点构造蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络与活性组分-联合目标网络,并进行基因本体(GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)富集分析。通过动物实验对网络药理学结果中芪黄固肾通络方治疗糖尿病肾病核心靶点中富集节点较多的前3靶点进行验证。选取C57BL/6J小鼠为研究对象,链脲佐菌素(STZ)连续2次腹腔注射制备动物模型,8周后测小鼠24 h尿蛋白定量,分为正常组、模型组、模型+芪黄固肾通络方组,干预8周后,测胰岛素、C肽、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量,qPCR及蛋白质印迹法(Western Blotting)检测小鼠肾脏CTNNB1、jun、NCOA1表达。结果:GO与KEGG富集分析显示芪黄固肾通络方治疗DKD的有效靶点主要涉及晚期糖基化终末产物-晚期糖基化终末产物受体(AGE-RAGE)信号通路、血脂和动脉粥样硬化、流体剪切应力与动脉粥样硬化、神经活性配体-受体交互作用等;动物实验表明,芪黄固肾通络方能够降低DKD小鼠肾组织中连环蛋白β1(CTNNB1)、jun、核受体辅激活蛋白1(NCOA1)的信使核糖核酸(mRNA)及蛋白表达,改善肾脏损伤。结论:通过网络药理学和实验验证,发现芪黄固肾通络方可能通过降低CTNNB1、jun、NCOA1蛋白的表达水平干预AGE-RAGE等通路治疗DKD。

目的探讨JNK通路在缺血预处理诱导海马神经元保护中的作用。方法♂蒙古沙土鼠,随机分为假手术组(SH)、缺血/再灌注组(I/R)、缺血预处理组(IP)、Anisomy-cin组(AN)、Curcumin组(CU)、Anisomycin复合IP组(AP)、Curcumin复合IP组(CP)及溶剂对照组(VE),每组据再灌注15min、2、4、6h、1、3、5及7d又分8个亚组。预定时间点行TUNEL海马CA1区凋亡细胞检测、免疫组化SP法检测p-JNK及jun蛋白在海马CA1区的表达变化。结果IP、CU及CP可减少海马CA1区凋亡锥体细胞数(vsI/R,Pjun蛋白的表达水平(vsIR,PIP组>CU组。AN增加CA1区凋亡锥体细胞数(vsIR,Pjun蛋白表达水平(vsIR,Pjun蛋白表达而保护海马细胞和功能。抑制JNK通路激活可发挥缺血预处理相似的保护作用。

Postnatal heart maturation Is the basis of normal cardiac function and provides critical insights into heart repair and regenerative medicine.While static snapshots of the maturing heart have provided much Insight into its molecular signatures,few key events during postnatal cardiomyocyte maturation have been uncovered.Here,we report that cardiomyocytes(CMs)experience epige-netic and transcriptional decline of cardiac gene expression immediately after birth,leading to a transi-tion state of CMs at postnatal day 7(P7)that was essential for CM subtype specification during heart maturation.Large-scale single-cell analysis and genetic lineage tracing confirm the presence of transition state CMs at P7 bridging immature state and mature states.Silencing of key transcription factor jun In P1-hearts significantly repressed CM transition,resulting in per-turbed CM subtype proportions and reduced cardiac function in mature hearts.In addition,transplantation of P7-CMs into infarcted hearts exhibited cardiac repair potential superior to P1-CMs.Collectively,our data uncover CM state transition as a key event in postnatal heart maturation,which not only provides insights into molecular foundations of heart maturation,but also opens an avenue for manipulation of cardiomyocyte fate in disease and regenerative medicine.

34 samples of Ru Guan porcelain body and 50 samples of jun Guan porcelain body (both kinds being in different body colors) were selected with the purpose of finding out the source of raw materials and their classification relationship so as to search for ways of non-destructive discrimination. Proton induced X-ray emission (PIXE) has been applied to these samples to determine their chemical elements. The data of seven major chemical elements collected from these samples were further studied through fuzzy cluster analysis. Results indicate that the origin of raw materials of jun Guan porcelain body samples is comparatively more concentrated in certain places, while that of Ru Guan porcelain body samples is scattered about. The places of origin of raw materials of the majority of Ru Guan and jun Guan porcelain body samples have something in common, but some differences still exist. It might be an important way for non-destructive discrimination among Ru Guan and jun Guan porcelains by combining PIXE with fuzzy cluster analysis.

Grinding-induced tm phase transformation and the resultant texture in ceria-yttria-doped tetragonal zirconia polycrystals with varied tetragonality have been studied by XRD. It is observed that the reversible tm phase transformation occurs during grinding and the intensity ratio of I(002)t/I(200)t increases with the transformability. The author proposes that the texture induced by grinding at low temperatures is due to the tetragonal variant reorientation via cyclic,reversible tm phase transformation, termed 'transformational domain switching', instead of the ferroelastic one
