Background and Objective Brain edema is one of the most important clinical process in many diseases. Tissue impedance monitoring offers a non-invasive, bedside, rapid, and reliable technique for the monitoring of the brain edema. Methods We use a bioelectrical impedance(BEI) monitoring unit to record the brain impedance in the healthy volunteer and the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Percent of BEI variations were calculation. Results and Conclusions Brain BEI haven f any difference between both hemispheres in normal ones. In 48hrs, BEI value at hematoma-side was obviously decreased; after 48hrs, BEI value was obviously increased and continue to tenth day. Brain bioelectrical impedance monitoring, particularly noninvasively, is a first time in this field. The primary results show brain BEI could reflect the evolution of cerebral hematoma and edema.

Objective: To study curative effect of CT-location drill-cranium smashing-draw and affective pregniosis factors for serious hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HIH). Methods :15 cases of serious HIH(group A)were treated with CT-location drill-cranium smashing-draw ,other 15 patients treated (group B)were treated with medicine only as controls. Results: The curative rate (20%) anis improvable rate (33.3%)in group A were higher than that of (6.7% and 26.7%)in group B (P＜0. 001). The mortality rate (46.7%)in group A was lower than that of (66.6%)in group B significantly (P＜0.001). Intractable central post-stroke pain（CPSP） is one of the most common sequelae of stroke, but has been inadequately studied to date. In this study, we first determined the relationship between the lesion site and changes in mechanical or thermal pain sensitivity in a rat CPSP model with experimental thalamic hemorrhage produced by unilateral intra-thalamic collagenase IV（ITC） injection. Then, we evaluated the efficacy of gabapentin（GBP）, an anticonvulsant that binds the voltage-gated Ca2＋ channel α2δ and a commonly used anti-neuropathic pain medication. Histological case-by-case analysis showed that only lesions confined to the medial lemniscus and the ventroposterior lateral/medial nuclei of the thalamus and/or the posterior thalamic nucleus resulted in bilateral mechanical pain hypersensitivity. All of the animals displaying CPSP also had impaired motor coordination, while control rats with intra-thalamic saline developed no central pain or motor deficits. GBP had a dose-related anti-allodynic effect after a single administration（1, 10, or 100 mg/kg） on day 7 post-ITC, with significant effects lasting at least 5 hfor the higher doses. However, repeated treatment, once a day for two weeks, resulted in complete loss of effectiveness（drug tolerance） at 10 mg/kg, while effectiveness remained at 100 mg/kg, although the time period of efficacious analgesia was reduced. In addition, GBP did not change the basal pain sensitivity and the motor impairment caused by the ITC lesion, suggesting selective action of GBP on the somatosensory system.

We aimed to select an optimized hematoma expansion(HE)model and investigate the possible mechanism of blood-brain barrier(BBB)damage in *** results showed that HE occurred in the group with hypertension combined with hyperglycemia(HH-HE)from3 to 72 h after intracerebral hemorrhage;this was accompanied by neurological deficits and hardly influenced the survival *** receiver operating characteristic curve suggested the criterion for this model was hematoma volume expansion≥45.0%.Meanwhile,HH-HE aggravated BBB disruption.A protector of the BBB reduced HH-HE,while a BBB disruptor induced a further ***-4(AQP4)knock-out led to larger hematoma volume and more severe BBB ***,hematoma volume and BBB disruption were reduced by multiple connexin43(Cx43)inhibitors in the wild-type group but not in the AQP4 knock-out *** conclusion,the optimized HE model is induced by hypertension and hyperglycemia with the criterion of hematoma volume expanding≥45.0%.HH-HE leads to BBB disruption,which is dependent on AQP4 and Cx43.

Data fusion is one of the challenging issues,the healthcare sector is facing in the recent *** diagnosis from digital imagery and treatment are deemed to be the right *** Haemorrhage(ICH),a condition characterized by injury of blood vessels in brain tissues,is one of the important reasons for *** generated by X-rays and Computed Tomography(CT)are widely used for estimating the size and location of *** use manual planimetry,a time-consuming process for segmenting CT scan *** Learning(DL)is the most preferred method to increase the efficiency of diagnosing *** this paper,the researcher presents a unique multi-modal data fusion-based feature extraction technique with Deep Learning(DL)model,abbreviated as FFE-DL for Intracranial Haemorrhage Detection and Classification,also known as *** proposed FFEDL-ICH model has four stages namely,preprocessing,image segmentation,feature extraction,and *** input image is first preprocessed using the Gaussian Filtering(GF)technique to remove ***,the Density-based Fuzzy C-Means(DFCM)algorithm is used to segment the ***,the Fusion-based Feature Extraction model is implemented with handcrafted feature(Local Binary Patterns)and deep features(Residual Network-152)to extract useful ***,Deep Neural Network(DNN)is implemented as a classification technique to differentiate multiple classes of *** researchers,in the current study,used benchmark Intracranial Haemorrhage dataset and simulated the FFEDL-ICH model to assess its diagnostic *** findings of the study revealed that the proposed FFEDL-ICH model has the ability to outperform existing models as there is a significant improvement in its *** future researches,the researcher recommends the performance improvement of FFEDL-ICH model using learning rate scheduling techniques for DNN.
