The delay-dependent stability problem for a class of multiple interval time-varying delays system is investigated in this paper, in which the derivatives of the time-varying delays are unknown. delay-dependent stability criterions have been formulated in LMI forms based on integral equality approach. Some advantages are showed in this paper: （1） the results are free from the restrictions on the derivatives of the time-varying delays and can be applied to fast interval time-varying delays systems （2） integral equality approach reduces the conservatism of the system （3）the results are more general. Finally, a numeric example proves that the method is effective and superior.

Gene regulation is inherently a stochastic process due to intrinsic and extrinsic noises which cause the fluctuations and uncertainties of kinetic *** the other hand,time delays are usually inevitable due to different biochemical reactions in the genetic regulatory networks（GRNs）which are also affected by ***,in this paper,we propose a GRN model that is subject to additive and multiplicative noises as well as time-varying *** time-varying delay is assumed to belong to an interval and no restriction on the derivative of the time-varying delay is needed,which allows the delay to be a fast time-varying *** stochastic stability of such GRNs with disturbance attenuation is analyzed by applying the control theory and mathematical *** on the Lyapunov method,new stability conditions are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities（LMIs）that are dependent on the upper and lower bounds of time *** example is employed to illustrate the applicability and usefulness of the developed theoretical results.

Based on He and Zhang’s work in[18]and[19],this paper deals with the equivalence of two different Lyapunov functionals for discrete-time systems with interval time-varying *** the lyapunov functionals He and Zhang selected are different,we first proves they have equal effectiveness except the introducing of free-weighting matrices,then analyzes their computing burdens and conservatives,and this may be helpful for controllers design correspondingly.

＜正＞A piecewise analysis method（PAM） is proposed to investigate the stability of linear system with time- varying delay and *** from the existing methods in dealing with the time-varying delay,the whole variation interval of the delay is divided into two subintervals with equal *** for the delay belongs to different subintervals,new criteria on stability analysis of the time delay systems are obtained by checking the variation of the derivative of the Lyapunov functional in the two ***,by using the convexity properties of matrix inequality and some other new analysis techniques,new criteria are obtained for the asymptotical stable of the time delay *** given numerical examples show that the derived criteria can lead to much less conservative results than those obtained based on the existing methods.

This paper deals with global synchronization in arrays of coupled delayed Lur’e systems with nonlinear couplings,in which the interval variable delay is *** with Krasovskii-Lyapunov functional method and Kronecker product technique,two novel synchronization criteria are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） based on generalized convex combination,in which the conditions are heavily dependent on upper and lower bounds of time-delay and delay *** employing LMI in Matlab Toolbox and adjusting some matrix parameters in the derived results,we can realize the designing and applications of the coupled *** effectiveness of the proposed methods can be demonstrated by one numerical example with simulations.
