The traditional algorithms for formation flying satellites treat the satellite position and attitude sepa- rately. A novel algorithm combining satellite attitude with position is proposed. The principal satellite trajectory is obtained by dual quaternion interpolation, then the relative position and attitude of the deputy satellite are ob- tained by dual quaternion modeling on the principal satellite. Through above process, relative position and atti- tude are unified. Compared with the orbital parameter and the quaternion methods, the simulation result proves that the algorithm can unify position and attitude, and satisfy the precision requirement of formation flying satel- lites.

In order to make industrial robot control system based on LinuxCNC have the ability to process free curves,this paper studies the B-Spline curve’s mathe-matics model and interpolation *** to the large time complexity of Taylor series interpolation algorithm,a prediction-correction method of Cubic B-spline curve interpolation algorithm was proposed to calculate the parameter of next *** Motion controller is the core component of LinuxCNC,this paper studies the architecture of LinuxCNC’s Motion controller and modify the source code of LinuxCNC to add the function of B-spline *** simulation results of MatLab proved that the prediction-correction B-spline interpolation algorithm take less time in calculating the parameter of next interpolation *** simulation results in LinuxCNC show that the industrial robot can process complex free curves by B-spline interpolation after entering the corresponding control point.

Image stitching is an important branch of image processing, and image stitching technology is widely used in academia and industry. As the previous step of stitching, the accuracy of image registration plays a key role in the process of *** algorithms such as SIFT and Harris are often used for feature extracting and feature matching, but the time complexity is high, at the same time, the extracted feature points are mostly pixel level, the accuracy of which is low. This paper proposes an improved Harris detection algorithm, by introducing bilinear interpolation algorithm, the feature points matching is located to the sub-pixel level;In the image stitching stage, iterative optimization is used to refine perspective transformation matrix. The experimental results show that the sub-pixel registration and stitching technology based on interpolation and iterative optimization greatly reduces the time complexity of feature extraction and effectively improves the accuracy of stitching.

While the traditional trajectory planning methods are used in robotic belt grinding of blades with an uneven machining allowance distribution, it is hard to obtain the preferable profile accuracy and surface quality to meet the high-performance requirements of aero-engine. To solve this problem, a novel trajectory planning method is proposed in this paper by considering the developed interpolation algorithm and the machining allowance threshold. The residual height error obtained from grinding experiments of titanium alloy sample was compensated to modify the calculation model of row spacing, and a new geometric algorithm was presented to dynamically calculate the cutter contact points based on this revised calculation model and the dichotomy method. Subsequently, the off-line machining program is generated based on a double-vector controlling method to obtain an optimal contact posture. On this basis, three sets of robotic grinding tests of titanium alloy blades were conducted to investigate the advantages of the proposed *** comparative experimental results revealed that the presented algorithm had improved the surface profile accuracy of blade by 34.2% and 55.1%, respectively. Moreover, the average machined surface roughness was achieved to 0.3 μm and the machining efficiency was obviously promoted. It is concluded that this research work is beneficial to comprehensively improve the machined quality of blades in robotic belt grinding.

A 2-Gsample/s 8-b analog-to-digital converter in 0.35μm BiCMOS process technology is presented. The ADC uses the unique folding and interpolating algorithm and dual-channel timing interleave multiplexing technology to achieve a sampling rate of 2 *** calibration technology is used for the offset and gain corrections of the S/H circuit,the offset correction of preamplifier,and the gain and clock phase corrections between *** a result of testing,the ADC achieves 7.32 ENOB at an analog input of 484 MHz and 7.1 ENOB at Nyquist input after the chip is self-corrected.

Acoupled biharmonic spline and linear interpolation algorithm was proposed to create a three-dimensional smooth deposit model with minimal curvature containing grade and position data. To obtain the optimal technical parameters, such as cuttingheight and drum diameter, a virtual longwall mining procedure was modelled by simulating the actual fully mechanized longwall mining process. Based on the above work, a bauxite deposit in a longwall mining panel was modelled by scattered grade data from ores sampled on the entry wall. The deposit was then demarcated by industrial indexes and sliced according to the virtual longwallmining procedure. The results show that the proposed interpolation algorithm can depict the stratiform structure of bauxite depositsand that the uncovered bauxite deposit has high proportions of high-grade and rich ore. The ranges of optimal cutting height and drum diameters are 1.72-2.84 m and 1.42-1.72 m, respectively. Finally, an intellectualized longwall mining procedure was designed to guide the mining process with the lowest dilution and loss rates.

A new distributed test system composed of multiple test nodes was designed by adopting storage test technology to test shock waves in explosion field. The advantage of the system is the application of sensor lattice whose rise time is microsecond level, which can quickly response to transient shock wave signals. In order to reduce dynamic response error, shock tube is employed to conduct dynamic calibration on the system. The overpressure peak values of the explosion shock wave collected by sensor lattice were used to construct a shock wave pressure field with B-spline interpolation algorithm.
