In this paper, a method to initiate, develop and visualize an abstract syntax tree (AST) in C++ source code is presented. The approach is in chronological order starting with collection of program codes as a string and split into individual characters using regular expression. This will be followed by separating the token grammar using best first search (BFS) algorithm to determine node having lowest value, lastly followed by graph presentation of intermediate representation achieved with the help of graph visualization software (GraphViz) while former is implemented using python programming language version 3. The efficacy of our approach is used in analyzing C++ code and yielded a satisfactory result.

In order to describe charge exchange reactions at intermediate energies,we implemented as a first step the formulation of the normal eikonal *** calculated differential cross-sections based on this approach deviated significantly from the conventional DWBA calculations for CE reactions at 140 MeV/***,improvements were made in the application of the eikonal approximation so as to keep a strict three-dimensional form *** results obtained with the improved eikonal approach are in good agreement with the DWBA calculations and with the experimental *** the improved eikonal approach can be formulated in a microscopic way,it is easy to apply to CE reactions at higher energies,where the phenomenological DWBA is a priori difficult to use due to the lack,in most cases,of the required phenomenological potentials.

AIM To assess the performance and clinical relevance of the Early Warning Scoring(EWS)system at the intermediate Care Unit(IMCU).METHODS This cohort study used all the Vital PAC EWS(Vi EWS)scores collected during each nursing shift from 2014through 2016 at the mixed surgical IMCU of an academic teaching *** deterioration defined as transfer to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)or mortality within 24 h was the primary outcome of *** A total of 9113 aggregated Vi EWS scores were obtained from 2113 *** incidence of the combined outcome was 272(3.0%).The area under the curve of the Vi EWS was 0.72(CI:0.69-0.75).Using a threshold value of six,the sensitivity was 68%with a positive predictive value of 5%and a number needed to trigger(e.g.,false alarms)of 19%.CONCLUSION The Vi EWS at the IMCU has a discriminative performance that is considerably lower than at the hospital *** number of false alarms is high,which may result in alarm ***,use of the Vi EWS in its current form at the IMCU should be reconsidered.

Gemcitabine is a pyrimidine nucleoside analog that becomes triphosphorylated intracellularly where it competitively inhibits cytidine incorporation into DNA strands. Another mechanism-of-action of gemcitabine (diphosphorylated form) involves irreversible inhibition of the enzyme ribonucleotide reductase thereby preventing deoxyribonucleotide synthesis. Functioning as a potent chemotherapeutic gemcitabine promote decreases in neoplastic cell proliferation and apoptosis which is frequently found to be effective for the treatment of several leukemias and a wide spectrum of carcinomas. A brief plasma half-life in part due to rapid deamination and chemotherapeutic-resistance restricts the utility of gemcitabine in clinical oncology. Selective “targeted” delivery of gemcitabine represents a potential molecular strategy for simultaneously prolonging its plasma half-life and minimizing innocient tissues and organ systems exposure to chemotherapy. The molecular design and an organic chemistry based synthesis reaction is described that initially generates a UV-photoactivated gemcitabine intermediate. In a subsequent phase of the synthesis method the UV-photoactivated gemcitabine intermediate is covalently bonded to a monoclonal immunoglobulin yielding an end-product in the form of gemcitabine-(C4-amide)-[anti-HER2/neu]. Analysis by SDS-PAGE/chemiluminescent auto-radiography did not detect evidence of gemcitabine-(C4-amide)-[anti-HER2/neu] polymerization or degradative fragmentation while cell-ELISA demonstrated retained binding-avidity for HER2/neu trophic membrane receptor complexes highly over-expressed by chemotherapeutic-resistant mammary adenocarcinoma (SKBr-3). Compared to chemotherapeutic-resistant mammary adenocarcinoma (SKBr-3), the covalent immunochemotherapeutic, gemcitabine-(C4-amide)-[anti-HER2/neu] is anticipated to exert greater levels of cytotoxic anti-neoplastic potency against other neoplastic cell types like pancreatic carcinoma, small-cell lung carcinoma,

After selective extraction and purification, plant keratin intermediate filaments were reassembled in vitro. Scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) micrographs showed that acidic keratins and basic keratins can assemble into dimers and further into 10 nm filaments in vitro. In higher magnification images, it can be seen that fully assembled plant keratin intermediate filaments consist of several thinner filaments of 3 nm in diameter, which indicates the formation of protofilaments in the assembly processes. One of the explicit features of plant keratin intermediate filaments is a 24—25 nm periodic structural repeat alone the axis of beth the 10 nm filaments and protofilaments. The periodic repeat is one of the fundamental characteristic of all intermediate filaments, and demonstrates the half staggered arrangement of keratin molecules within the filaments.
