The family of flaviviruses is one of the most medically important groups of emerging arthropod-borne viruses. Host cell cytoskeletons have been reported to have close contact with flaviviruses during virus entry, intracellular transport, replication, and egress process, although many detailed mechanisms are still unclear. This article provides a brief overview of the function of the most prominent flaviviruses-induced or-hijacked cytoskeletal structures including actin, microtubules and intermediate filaments, mainly focus on infection by dengue virus, Zika virus and West Nile virus. We suggest that virus interaction with host cytoskeleton to be an interesting area of future research.

The necessary and sufficient condition of the existence of the Fock-like space for quons with a fixed number q is proven, and the uniqueness theorem of the Fock-like space is given. The general-q operators, which satisfy the q-mutation relation a_ja_k - qa_ka_j =δ_jk, areconstructed by using the q = 0 operators as standard building blocks. The Fock-like spaces for quons with q∈(-1,1) prove to be the same as the one with q = 0, which manifestly is the direct sum of all the tensor product powers of the single particle state subspace, hence allow only the Boltzmann statistics .

Eukaryotic genomic DNA is packed into chromatin, whose fundamental structural unit is the nucleosome. As DNA-histone protein complexes, nucleosomes show different properties toward exogenous and endogenous DNA-damaging agents. This review summarizes nucleosome DNA damage due to different sources, including alkylating agents, radicals, UV radiation and reactive DNA damage intermediates. In most cases, the histone core protects the associated DNA against damage via its structure and/or scavenging of damaging agents. In contrast, histones react with damaged DNA and, in some instances, catalyze DNA damage in the nucleosome. The biological consequence of nucleosome DNA damage and future prospects in this field are briefly discussed.

The polarographic behavior and catalytic wave mechanism of medroprogesterone acetate （MPA） were studied in both aqueous and DMF media. In 0.2 mol/L acetic acid-sodium acetate （pH 5.0） buffer solution, the C=C bond of MPA first undergoes le, lH+ reduction to form protonated free radical HMPA（?）, the further reduction of HMPA（?） in le, 1H+ process is simultaneous with the dimerization reaction between HMPA（?） and neutral molecular MPA. In DMF media containing 0.1 mol/L tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoborate （TBA·BF4）, the C=C bond of MPA shows two le, 1H+ reduction waves, which are ascribed to the reduction of MPA and free radical MPA, respectively. Here, no dimerization reaction occurs. These processes produce the reduction wave of MPA. In the presence of oxidant KIO3, a polarographic catalytic wave of MPA is observable due to a chemical reaction between HMPA（?） or MPA（?） and KIO3 as well as its intermediate species to regenerate MPA. A new route to prepare zeolitic material was introduced in this work. Compared with traditional methods, the new route showed lower energy consume. The effect of pre-treatment conditions on structure and crystalline phase was investigated, revealing that the mullite crystalline phase in fly ash could be converted to amorphous phase by alkali at low temperature. The removal performance of heavy metal ions on designed material was also investigated, and we found that the intermediate product showed higher adsorption capacity on Ni^(2+) than zeolite A.

Transitions among various molecule states and conformational changes of bovine insulin were investigated under different denaturing conditions by means of fluorescence phase diagrams,fluorescence quenching,1-anilinonaphthalene-8-sulfonate（ANS） binding assay and circular dichroism（CD） *** both guanidine hydrochloride（GuHCl）-and urea-denatured procedures,the spatial structure of insulin molecules changed from ordered states to relative unordered ones with the increasing of denaturant *** GuHCl-denatured process followed a four-state model,for there were two intermediates existed in 2.0 and 6.0 mol/L GuHC1,*** I1 is more compact than the normal *** intermediate I2 has lost most of the secondary *** GuHCl concentration was above 6.0 mol/L,the fluorophores originally existed in the internal of insulin molecules would expose to the ***,the urea-denatured process followed a three-state model,only one intermediate existed in 2.5 mol/L *** the urea-denatured procedure,the fluorophores originally existed in theinternal of insulin molecules didn＇t expose to the surface.

Deep wellbores/boreholes are generally drilled into rocks for oil and gas exploration,monitoring of tectonic stresses *** and tunnel in depth are generally in true triaxial stress state,even if the ground is under axisymmetric loading *** of such wellbores is very critical and collapse of wellbore must be ***-Coulomb failure criterion is a better representation of rock strength under true triaxial *** this paper,an analytical solution is proposed using Mogi-Coulomb failure *** solution is obtained for rock mass exhibiting elastic-perfectly plastic or elastic-brittle-plastic behaviour considering in-plane isotropic *** proposed solution is then compared with exact analytical solution for incompressible material and experimental results of thickwall *** is shown that the results obtained by the proposed analytical solution are in good agreement with the experimental results and exact analytical solution.A reduction of about 13%e20%in plastic zone from the proposed closed-form solution is observed,as compared to the results from the finite element method(FEM)based Mohr-Coulomb ***,the influences of various parameters such as Poisson’s ratio,internal pressure(mud weight),dilation angle,and out-of-plane stress are studied in terms of stress and deformation responses of *** results of the parametric study reveal that variation in the out-of-plane stress has an inverse relation with the radius of plastic ***’s ratio does not have an appreciable influence on the tangential stress,radial stress and radial *** angle has a direct relation with the *** pressure is found to have an inverse relation with the radial deformation and the radius of plastic zone.

A 2-D MHD model is used to investigate the propagation of slow mode shocks in the open and closed magnetic fields of the meridional plane near the sun. The solutions demonstrate that a forward slow shock could retain its slow shock characteristics into interplanetary space in the magnetically open region; however, it can evolve into an intermediate shock through the helmet-type current sheet to the open magnetic field.

Owing to adjustable thermal expansion performance, BaO–CaO–Al_2O_3–B_2O_3–SiO_2(BCABS) glass has a promising commercialization prospect for intermediate temperature-solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs) sealing. Herein, Al_2O_3 with two different contents was added into the same glass formulation, referred to as A and B glass, respectively. In terms of the non-isothermal crystallization kinetic behavior, the effect of Al_2O_3 as the unique intermediate was innovatively studied on the long-term performance of BCABS sealing glass. After the heat treatment at 1023 K for 100 h, the change of the network structure and the expansion coefficient of the glass were characterized. The results showed that the addition of Al_2O_3 as a network forming body could enhance the structure of glass, and increase the activation energy for glass transition, which could effectively inhibit the crystallization ability of sealing glass. Therefore, the B glass with the higher Al_2O_3 content showed the better long-term sealing ability, which was greatly beneficial for IT-SOFCs sealing.
