智能技术赋能政法改革，既是政法领域信息化建设的延续，也是司法领域智能化建设的拓展。通过在优化职权配置、完善组织架构、创新办案制度、强化人员管理与改进公共服务等维度的应用，智能技术赋能政法改革日趋深入。从横向比较看，中国的智能技术赋能政法改革是一场规模巨大的政法机关运行逻辑嬗变，呈现出依靠智能技术后发优势弯道超车，数字化、网络化与智能化三期叠加的特征，其深层动力来源于国家主导下的政法协同与科研动员，以及地方试点的选择性控制与竞争性扩散。虽然智能技术为政法领域改革提供了新的可能，但仍然在技术构成、资本分配、数据分布、资源投入、制度配套等方面面临结构性困境。中国特色与结构困境的“时空同在”表征了智能技术赋能政法改革的时代图景。未来应当通过开展领域技术创新、推动领域设计正义、促进领域数据共享、强化领域一体规划、完善领域配套制度，将智能技术赋能的政法改革推向深入。

智能科技的快速发展对各行业产生了深远影响，引发了人们对其在视觉传达设计产业中的潜在应用和影响的关注。本研究首先介绍了智能科技快速发展对各行业的影响，引出了对智能科技在视觉传达设计中的应用及其对产业的影响，具体分析了人工智能、虚拟现实、增强现实等技术在平面设计、交互设计等方面的应用案例和效果评估，接着剖析了智能科技对传统设计流程、产品形态以及设计师角色定位的影响与改变。此外，通过对市场需求、就业形势、行业格局等方面的分析，提出了智能科技对视觉传达设计产业未来发展的展望，并针对未来可能涌现的发展机遇提出了建议和策略。

With the rapid development of intelligent technology,the smart heightened-containment biological laboratory(sHCBL)has moved from concept to *** activities and laboratory construction,operation,and management will undoubtedly lead to disruptive *** laboratories are increasingly being replaced by smart laboratories;however,the key technologies involved in this transition remain at an exploratory *** is necessary for HCBLs to absorb the advanced ideas of smart laboratories to guarantee the establishment of biosafety and biosecurity in a more automated *** study examines in detail sHCBL module structures,the functions of each module,laboratory operation processes,and the advanced nature of smart *** may provide a theoretical foundation for the future transformation and smart construction of sHCBLs.

在智能时代，爆炸式增长的信息与人脑有限的认知能力之间的鸿沟日益扩大，人们需要借助外部设备来增强自身的认知能力，以更好地适应复杂的现代社会，认知外包成为时代发展的必然。文章阐述了认知外包的机理及其关键过程，并根据认知外包过程中外部设备在计算、感知、认知和社会化上不同层次提供的支持将认知外包分为了四种类型。而有效认知外包的核心在于内外部认知网络的平衡与有效连接，以及意义的理解和生成，这需要人们具备一些关键能力。在教育领域，如果学生自身头脑缺乏足够完备的知识和相应的关键能力，认知外包可能会导致其陷入典型教育陷阱：思维懒惰与幼稚化、认知地位边缘化、发展主体性丧失、认知肤浅与碎片化、认知偏见与极端化。为了帮助学生跨越这些陷阱，需要推进核心素养导向的深度教学变革。

大数据技术的广泛应用不仅影响着自然世界，也深刻地影响着人类生活，对人类思维品质的冲击更甚。思维品质可归结为灵活性、创造性、深刻性和批判性四个方面。思维品质是思维能力的重要表现形式。大数据技术对人类思维品质造成重大影响，导致思维灵活性从开放性走向了封闭性，思维创造性从价值理性走向了工具理性，思维深刻性从因果性走向了相关性，思维批判性从自主性走向了依从性。以大数据技术应用为分析视角，挖掘人类思维品质异化的根源，由此寻求人类思维品质兼容并蓄的可能出路。

帮助老年人切实解决运用智能技术的困难，是社会义不容辞的担当。采用文献调查法梳理既有研究，发现老年人面临智能技术使用存在“生理性弱势”，信息素养养成存在“文化性弱势”，角色转化存在“社会性弱势”等三方面的现实困境；采取案例分析法对上海老年教育办学主体“智学助老”的10个优秀案例进行深入剖析，发现上海老年教育在提升老年人智能技术方面取得成功的关键在于采取了贴近真实场景的沉浸式课程体验，形成朋辈互助的群体文化氛围，打破“角色边界”的社会反哺等有效策略。文献研究和实践经验皆表明，以老年人为中心开展“境脉”学习，帮助老年人克服智能技术运用的生理性弱势；通过培育朋辈互助的群体文化氛围，帮助老年人克服智能技术运用的文化性弱势；通过代际反哺及资源统筹构建社会支持体系，帮助老年人克服智能技术运用的社会性弱势。
