The scheme of intelligent control system of cap-bending has been advanced in this paper using the neural network technology, based on the prominent problem that bending springback difficult to control accurately during the forming process of cap-bending. The key technology of real-time identification for material performance parameter and friction coefficient was researched, and the back-propagation neural network of real-time identification for material performance parameters and friction coefficient was established, which can real-time identify the needed material performance parameters through the real-time monitoring variable. Factors that affecting recognition results of neural network model were analyzed, such as influences of the selection of the sample date and the algorithm for identification result. Factors affecting neural network generalization ability were discussed, such as influences of the selection of the sample date and the node number of the hidden layer for generalization ability. The results provide a guarantee for improving the convergence accuracy and the generalization ability of network, and provide a basis for the building of intelligent bending control of network model.

intelligent manufacturing is a general concept that is under continuous development. It can be categorized into three basic paradigms: digital manufacturing, digital-networked manufacturing, and newgeneration intelligent manufacturing. New-generation intelligent manufacturing represents an indepth integration of new-generation artificial intelligence (AI) technology and advanced manufacturing technology. It runs through every link in the full life-cycle of design, production, product, and service. The concept also relates to the optimization and integration of corresponding systems; the continuous improvement of enterprises’ product quality, performance, and service levels; and reduction in resources consumption. New-generation intelligent manufacturing acts as the core driving force of the new industrial revolution and will continue to be the main pathway for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in the decades to come. Human-cyber-physical systems (HCPSs) reveal the technological mechanisms of new-generation intelligent manufacturing and can effectively guide related theoretical research and engineering practice. Given the sequential development, cross interaction, and iterative upgrading characteristics of the three basic paradigms of intelligent manufacturing, a technology roadmap for ‘‘parallel promotion and integrated development” should be developed in order to drive forward the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry in China.

With the proliferation of the Internet of Things(IoT),various services are emerging with totally different features and requirements,which cannot be supported by the current fifth generation of mobile cellular networks(5G).The future sixth generation of mobile cellular networks(6G)is expected to have the capability to support new and unknown services with changing requirements.Hence,in addition to enhancing its capability by 10–100 times compared with 5G,6G should also be intelligent and open to adapt to the ever-changing services in the IoT,which requires a convergence of Communication,Computing and Caching(3C).Based on the analysis of the requirements of new services for 6G,this paper identifies key enabling technologies for an intelligent and open 6G network,all featured with 3C convergence.These technologies cover fundamental and emerging topics,including 3C-based spectrum management,radio channel construction,delay-aware transmission,wireless distributed computing,and network self-evolution.From the detailed analysis of these 3C-based technologies presented in this paper,we can see that although they are promising to enable an intelligent and open 6G,more efforts are needed to realize the expected 6G network.

With the intensification of population aging and the implementation of the three-child policy,the elderly care pressure of Chinese families continues to rise.Therefore,accelerating the construction of a new intelligent elderly care service model is an important measure to actively respond to population aging,ease the burden of family elderly care and promote high-quality economic development.In view of this,this study analyzed the intelligent elderly care service to explore the relevant countermeasures of the intelligent elderly care service in the context of fewer children.

A novel type of control law was adopted to reduce the vertical acceleration of a fast ferry as well as the motion sickness incidence suffered by the passengers onboard by means of a submerged T-foil.Considering the system changing characteristics under high disturbances,a model-free approach was adopted.In addition,an upgraded proportional-derivative(PD)controller with correction terms resulting from a fast-online estimation of the system dynamics was designed.The overall controller,known as intelligent PD(i-PD)controller,was tested,and the obtained results were compared with those of a classic PD controller.The controllers were also tested in a changing environment and at different operating velocities.The results confirmed the effectiveness of the i-PD controller to smooth the motions with low computational cost control schemes.Furthermore,thanks to ability of the i-PD controller to continually update the estimated dynamics of the system,it showed a better reduction in both vertical motions and the seasickness level of the passengers with the needed robustness under external disturbances and system changing parameters.
