Coal is an essential fossil fuel in China; however, coal mining and its utilization are being under the increasing pressure from ecological and environmental protection. Therefore, the consulting project "Technical Revolution in Ecological and Efficient Coal Mining and Utilization & Intelligence and Diverse Coordination of Coal-based Energy System," initiated by Chinese Academy of Engineering, puts forward three stages(3.0, 4.0 and 5.0) of China's coal industry development strategy. Aimed at "reduced staff,ultra-low ecological damage, and emission level near to natural gas," breakthroughs should be achieved in the following three key technologies during the China Coal Industry 3.0 stage(2016–2025): including intelligent coal mining, ecological mining, ultra-low emission and environmental protection. This paper focuses on the development trends of the China Coal Industry 3.0 and its support for China Coal Industry 4.0 and 5.0 is analyzed and prospected as well, which may offer technical assistance and strategy orientation for realizing the transformation from traditional coal energy to clean energy.

Methods for promoting product and reducing energy consumption in a solvent dewaxing device are putforward.Then,the authors mainly discuss about adaptive database,mathematical modeling,mathematical op-timized control algorithm,expert optimized control system and intelligent alarming system etc.At last,hard-ware and software of the intelligent optimized control system are introduced.Field test is finally chosen for thisstudy and proved that the intelligent optimized control system is effective.

In order to ensure the construction safety of the 38.5 m deep excavation for the gravity anchorage foundation of Fuma Yangtze River Bridge, an intelligent feedback analysis was applied to this excavation project. First, a three-dimensional numerical model that simulating the construction process of the excavation was built,and the deformations of the supporting structures were calculated by the finite difference program FLAC3 D. Then,the non-linear mapping relationship between the geomechanical parameters and the excavation-induced displacements was established by the back-propagation neural network(BPNN). Last,the geomechanical parameters were optimized intelligently by the genetic algorithm(GA) based on the developed BPNN model and the measured displacements,and the deformations during the subsequent excavation stages were predicted based on the back-calculated parameters. The research results showed that:the back-calculated values of E1,μ1,c1,and φ1 of the completely weathered stratum,and E2 of the heavily weathered stratum were greater than the initial values,while the inversion value of E3 of the moderately weathered stratum was smaller than the initial value. The magnitudes and the variation tendencies of the predicted displacements were in good accordance with the measured displacements. At the end of the excavation,the retaining piles and the top beams had a maximum displacement of 15–20 mm,exhibiting a quite small magnitude as comparing with other case histories. Local concentration of shear stress mainly occurred at the soil-pile interface and at the toe of the excavation slope,and the plastic zones mainly appeared in the completely weathered stratum. After the completion of the excavation,there were no yielding elements in the model,and the convergence of the numerical computation was achieved,indicating the excavation was in a stable state. This article analyzes the current research status and development trend of intelligent technologies for underground metal mines in China, where such technologies are under development for use to develop mineral resources in a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly manner. We analyze and summarize the research status of underground metal mining technology at home and abroad, including some specific examples of equipment, technology, and applications. We introduce the latest equipment and technologies with independent intellectual property rights for unmanned mining, including intelligent and unmanned control technologies for rock-drilling jumbos, down-the-hole (DTH) drills, underground scrapers, underground mining trucks, and underground charging vehicles. Three basic platforms are used for intelligent and unmanned mining: the positioning and navigation platform, information-acquisition and communication platform, and scheduling and control platform. Unmanned equipment was tested in the Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine in China, and industrial tests on the basic platforms of intelligent and unmanned mining were carried out in the mine. The experiment focused on the intelligent scraper, which can achieve autonomous intelligent driving by relying on a wireless communication system, location and navigation system, and data-acquisition system. These industrial experiments indicate that the technology is feasible. The results show that unmanned mining can promote mining technology in China to an intelligent level and can enhance the core competitive ability of China’s mining industry.

As the traditional control algorithm is over-dependent on accurate vehicle model in intelligent vehicle steering control, a human-simulated intelligent control method is proposed based on experienced driver steering characteristics. intelligent vehicle unmanned steering system dynamics model and the driver model are set up.Through experienced drivers' trial run experiment, the analysis is mainly conducted on the double lanes condition.After the transformation of coordinates on global positioning system(GPS) derivative, the path information of local coordinates is accessed. The ideal driver steering path is obtained through fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm. The human-simulated intelligent controller is designed. Characteristic model is established according to the ideal and practical steering angle deviation and the deviation rate. Besides, the corresponding control rules and control modality set are designed. The joint simulation under CarSim joint/Simulink environment shows that the humanoid steering controller designed in this paper has better tracking performance than the model predictive control.

The oil refining and petrochemical industry in China has made great achievements after decades of development, and its capacity has already ranked second in the world. However, the refining industry is suffering some challenges, such as severe overcapacity at present, and has entered a new economic normal, in which the technological progress develops rapidly, the demand for green and low-carbon development is stricter, the market competition is increasingly fiercer and the profit margins are gradually narrowing. In such a situation, informatization and its new technologies are driving the significant reforming of manufacturing patterns, marketing patterns, management and decision-making patterns. intelligent development is the inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of oil refining and petrochemical industry. It is suggested that the intelligent evaluating model and method should be adopted to enterprise’s intelligentializing transformation and upgrading by laying a solid foundation of digital refinery and implemenation of digital upgrading.
