There are many crop yield estimation techniques which are used in countries around the world,but the most effective is the one based on remote sensing data and ***,remote sensing data which are needed to estimate crop yield is incomplete most of the time due to many obstacles such as climate conditions(percentage of cloud cover),and low temporal *** problems reduce the effectiveness of the known crop yield estimation techniques and render them *** was many attempts to solve these problems by using high temporal resolution and low spatial resolution ***,this type of images are suitable for very large homogeneous crop *** compensate for the lack of high spatial resolution satellite images,a new mathematical model is *** on the new mathematical model an intelligent system is implemented that includes the use of energy balance equation to improve the crop yield *** verify the results of the intelligent system,several farmers are interviewed and information about their crops yield is *** comparison between the estimated crop yield and the actual production in different fields proves the high accuracy of the intelligent system.

A novel model, termed the standard neural network model （SNNM）, is advanced to describe some delayed （or non-delayed） discrete-time intelligent systems composed of neural networks and Takagi and Sugeno （T-S） fuzzy models. The SNNM is composed of a discrete-time linear dynamic system and a bounded static nonlinear operator. Based on the global asymptotic stability analysis of the SNNMs, linear and nonlinear dynamic output feedback controllers are designed for the SNNMs to stabilize the closed-loop systems, respectively. The control design equations are shown to be a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） which can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms to determine the control signals. Most neural-network-based （or fuzzy） discrete-time intelligent systems with time delays or without time delays can be transformed into the SNNMs for controller synthesis in a unified way. Three application examples show that the SNNMs not only make controller synthesis of neural-network-based （or fuzzy） discrete-time intelligent systems much easier, but also provide a new approach to the synthesis of the controllers for the other type of nonlinear systems.

Intrusion Detection in the Internet of Things Using Fusion of GRU-LSTM Deep Learning Model

If information technology can be utilized for campus safety,it would be helpful for school staff to monitor all situations in *** study is based on campus safety management and is aimed at establishing an intelligent mobile information system in colleges;this will facilitate the installation of video recorders in the rush areas（at the entrance and exit of the campus）and unarresting places on *** study adopts the Windows Media Player along the RTP/RTSP protocol in order to embed the mobile information system into the users’machines（personal digital assistants or smart phones）.In this study,we randomly select 40 school staff,and 100 students,for testing the intelligent system and ***,the obtained results are compared with those from a conventional school safety ***-two percent of users are satisfied with the conventional safety system,and ninety-six percent of the users are satisfied with the intelligent mobile system when using personal digital *** software integrity satisfaction is 99.99%;usability satisfaction,96%;correctness,95%;and reliability,95%.

Cybersecurity threats are increasing rapidly as hackers use advanced *** a result,cybersecurity has now a significant factor in protecting organizational *** detection systems(IDSs)are used in networks to flag serious issues during network management,including identifying malicious traffic,which is a *** remains an open contest over how to learn features in IDS since current approaches use deep learning *** learning,which combines swarm intelligence and evolution,is gaining attention for further improvement against cyber *** this study,we employed a PSO-GA(fusion of particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA))for feature selection on the CICIDS-2017 *** achieve better accuracy,we proposed a hybrid model called LSTM-GRU of deep learning that fused the GRU(gated recurrent unit)and LSTM(long short-term memory).The results show considerable improvement,detecting several network attacks with 98.86%accuracy.A comparative study with other current methods confirms the efficacy of our proposed IDS scheme.

随着智能技术的飞速发展,触觉传感器作为传感装置构成了智能系统的核心基础.能感受各种刺激的生物器官在人与外界环境的相互作用中起着至关重要的作用.受此启发,多功能高性能类皮肤触觉传感器的研究受到了广泛关注.本文系统地介绍了智能系统中高性能触觉传感器的发展概况.首先,介绍了具有高分辨率、可拉伸性能、自修复能力、自供电能力和生物可降解能力的五类高性能触觉传感器.接着,展示了触觉传感器在智能系统中的重要应用,如可穿戴电子设备、生物医学领域、人机交互系统和智能机器人,各种新材料、新技术的出现,使触觉传感器逐步向小型化、多功能化、集成化、智能化的方向发展,电子设备正在进入一个新的智能时代.最后,总结了触觉传感器的最新突破,展望了触觉传感器在智能系统中的应用前景,并指出触觉传感器在实际应用中仍然面临着巨大的挑战.
