This overview has provided an account of evolutional changes of an experience-based traditional medical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) towards modernisation to keep up with recent advances in analytical and biomedical sciences, and information technology,which may help readers to understand why applying biomedical research methodology to TCM modernisation, while maintaining the experience-based concepts, principles and heritage of TCM's personalised health and medical approaches in balancing body's functions with physical and mental harmony when facing environmental changes, can contribute to gain global appreciation and acceptance of TCM in healthcare. It is envisaged that such future development and integration with biomedicine-based main-stream medicine(MSM) in practice will provide valuable medical care in the development of future personalised health and medicine as well as TCM product development.

An Exploration into Green-Tech Innovations Based on “Four Modernizations”

The world today is facing a new round of scientific, technological and industrial revolution, and all countries are seeking new development models that have a major role in driving and leading the economy and society. China is also addressing the imbalance between economic development and ecological environmental protection through innovation development of green technology and continuously strives for high-quality economic development. Exploring the integrated development mode of green technology innovation has great theoretical significance and practical value for enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, promoting the transformation and transfer of green technologies, spurring the development of green “One Belt and One Road”, and driving the economic development and reform in quality, efficiency, and forces. This article sorts out the core elements and influencing factors of constructing a green technology innovation and integration development model, expounds the innovation ecological framework that supports the development of green industries from the four dimensions of industrialization, marketization, informatization, and internationalization, and builds an intermediary that promotes integrated development. The functional architecture proposes an informatization infrastructure that promotes the industrial ecology, and designs a model for the integration and development of international green technology innovation, is of momentous theoretical significance and practical value to improve the quality of the global green development.

The cross-industry integration of the Internet for tourism has created a new ecological development era of "Internet + tourism" without development boundary. The new tourism products, businesses and models based on the technology of Internet have emerged. This paper elaborates on the meaning and research of the new operational type of tourism on the basis of introducing the definition of the operational type of tourism, and points out the four innovation paths for the "Internet + tourism" operational type, which are O2 O type of operation of online travel companies, non-tourism e-commerce enterprises stepping into tourism industry, OCS innovation path of traditional tourism enterprises, and the operational type base on the new resources of the Internet era. Finally, it puts forward several suggestions in the perspective of innovation mechanism, supportive polices, standardization, public information service platforms and strengthening cultivation and incubation.

机制创新与区域政策是政府对区域发展的方向、目标、速度、格局和路径进行调控的政策手段。本文探讨了机制创新与区域政策在京津冀协同发展中的保障作用，强调京津冀协同发展必须正确处理好公平与效率的关系、人与自然的关系。根据京津冀协同发展近中期的主要任务，提出了当前机制创新与区域政策应重点服务于：有序疏解北京非首都功能、优化产业结构与空间布局、构建一体化的现代交通网络、促进基本公共服务均等化、加强生态环境保护五大方面；并基于长远和全局视角，阐述了京津冀协同发展的机制创新与宏观区域政策，包括：区域产业协同发展机制与政策、区域要素市场一体化机制与政策、区域协同创新机制与政策、区域公共服务共建共享机制与政策和区域横向生态补偿机制与政策。这些政策旨在为推动京津冀协同发展提供决策参考依据。

旅游接待地一般要经历自然发展、接待要素发展、吸引物发展、产业协同发展、目的地发展和区域发展等6个递进的阶段，向高一阶段的跃升就是旅游业的转型过程。中国主要的旅游城市或地区已开始进入目的地发展和区域旅游发展的高级阶段。区域旅游合作有市场互换、市场共事、要素协同和一体化发展等4种基本模式，一体化发展是区域旅游合作的高级形式和最终目标。尽管政府的作用不可或缺，但市场是推动区域旅游合作的基本力量。中、日、韩三国具有构建旅游合作体的可行性和必要性，三方当采取切实有力的措施推进这个巨大工程。

基于数字经济包括基础层和融合应用层这一范围界定，借助增长核算框架，按照“先贡献度、后增量、再总量”的思路，对2003-2018年我国数字经济总量进行了测算。结果表明：我国数字经济规模保持了快速增长，其占GDP的比重一直处于稳步上升的态势（2018年为13.16%），对GDP增长的贡献水平也在逐步提高（2018年为25.20%）；从数字经济结构来看，来自ICT行业的数字经济占GDP的比重提升缓慢，数字经济的快速增长主要得益于非ICT行业数字经济的迅猛发展；数字经济尚未成为我国经济增长的主要动力，其未来需要承担经济动能转换的使命，故新旧动能转换更要重视ICT与其他产业的融合。

跨境电商与物流产业链的融合是未来经济发展的必然趋势和要求，基于产业融合视角，在分析跨境电商现状及回顾产业融合理论的基础上，对跨境电商与物流产业链进行了互动机制研究；然后从产业边界的角度分析了跨境电商与物流产业在技术、业务、运作和市场这四个层面的融合过程；最后提出了从市场、业务、流程等方面进行优化路径选择，进而促进跨境电商与物流产业链的进一步融合。
