In this paper, the contemporary college students are faced with the problem of how modern educational ideas, teaching, and the cultivation of innovative talents have problem to do a simple analysis, and put forward the concept of modern education into the training plan revision, solve student heart qualities by modern education thought. It emphasizes the use of modern educational concept innovation of curriculum system, teaching mode innovation theory, theory of teaching mode innovation, ability of students’ Engineering Quality Cultivation of innovative and unique culture innovation.

The Bayesian structural equation model integrates the principles of Bayesian statistics, providing a more flexible and comprehensive modeling framework. In exploring complex relationships between variables, handling uncertainty, and dealing with missing data, the Bayesian structural equation model demonstrates unique advantages. Therefore, Bayesian methods are used in this paper to establish a structural equation model of innovative talent cognition, with the measurement of college students’ cognition of innovative talent being studied. An in-depth analysis is conducted on the effects of innovative self-efficacy, social resources, innovative personality traits, and school education, aiming to explore the factors influencing college students’ innovative talent. The results indicate that innovative self-efficacy plays a key role in perception, social resources are significantly positively correlated with the perception of innovative talents, innovative personality tendencies and school education are positively correlated with the perception of innovative talents, but the impact is not significant.

Cultivating innovative talents is a rather concerned and major problem not only in some Chinese basic work, that is, to become an innovative country and a human resources powerful nation and to bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, but also in National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan Outline. As a key university in China, Northeast Forestry University, which located in the forest industry zone of Heilongjiang province with distinct characteristics in forestry, has carried out education teaching reform with more efforts in recent years, starting from various reform works and positively exploring the training methods of innovative talents. So it has achieved initial results and has drawn wide attention from educational world, especially from agriculture and forestry educational institutions. For the past few years, Northeast Forestry University did a lot of work in building rules and regulations of teaching management. From the perspective of building teaching management system to cultivate innovative talents majored in forestry, this paper mainly sets forth its role with the purpose to establish a sound system safeguard for the university to train new forestry talents in following years and meanwhile offer some reform references in cultivating innovative talents for other universities and colleges .

学习自由不仅是大学生的基本权利，也是大学培养创新人才的基本制度环境。从实践层面而言，学习自由也是有限度的，学习过程离不开必要的制度保障和制度规约，学习自由与学习制度之间需要保持必要的张力。当前，我国大学生学习自由权利相对虚弱，学习过程受到过多外部控制。当务之急是重构大学生学习的权利与责任体系、整合教学资源、创新学习管理体系，为学习自由的实现创设和谐的制度环境。

With the deepening of globalization and the sustained and rapid development of international trade, the need for international trade talents becomes larger and larger, and for innovative talent of international economics and trade becomes stronger and stronger. How to keep pace with the development of society and cultivate innovative talents turns out to be an important problem for scholars. CDIO is a new concept for engineering education. In this paper, the problems in the process of vocational education for international economics and trade are discussed, and some countermeasures based on CDIO concept are given in order to .cultivate innovative talents.
