Emission trading innovation mechanism based on blockchain

The rationality and scientific nature of the emission trading mechanism is the key to the effective implementation of environmental and economic policies.As far as China is concerned,there are phenomena such as information asymmetry,low supervision efficiency,and alienation of government and enterprise behaviors caused by the incomplete mechanism of emission trading in the practice of different pilots.The introduction of blockchain technology can innovate the traditional transaction model and form a decentralized peer-to-peer transaction and a trusted emission trading market.To this end,based on the current emission trading mechanism and the characteristics of blockchain technology,this paper couples the core technologies of blockchain with the functional requirements of application scenarios.Then,an innovative application framework is built based on the consortium blockchain Fabric from three aspects:emission trading supervision,secondary trading market construction,as well as emission trading incentive and punishment mechanisms.Technologies such as the consensus mechanism,smart contract,Merkle tree and asymmetric encryption are comprehensively applied in this process.In the construction of the blockchain framework of the secondary market for emission trading,institutional changes and innovations brought about by the blockchain at various levels are analyzed in terms of participants,transaction processes and the transaction scope.At the same time,smart contract functions and algorithms are designed for the purchase,transfer-out and trading of emission rights,and the operation business logic of the smart contract is analyzed.On the whole,this paper explores the application framework of blockchain technology in the field of emission trading at the macro level,and analyzes the application mechanism of the corresponding technologies of blockchain at each coupling point in the framework at the micro level.The collaborative analysis at the two levels shows that blockchain technology and the requirements of emission tr

E-commerce is a new business model based on Internet information technology,and its internal operation mechanism can be studied in depth from the perspective of the knowledge ecosystem according to the law of knowledge ecology.The various knowledge elements in the e-business knowledge ecosystem interact and influence each other,continue to exchange materials and energy according to specific rules,and develop and circulate autonomously so that users can acquire,transfer,share and sublimate knowledge in the business system.Finally,knowledge innovation and new value creation are realized to complete the final value sublimation.Based on this,this paper elaborates on three aspects of e-business ecosystem system synergy theory,e-business ecosystem,and e-business ecosystem synergy and innovation model for the reference of relevant personnel.

Waste electrical appliances have two characters,which are the qualities of pollution and regeneration.As our country is a great electrical appliances producing nation as well as an electrical applications consuming one,there is a very expansive market for the industry of recycling and reusing the waste electrical appliances.Then the innovation of the concept,theory,technology,system,management and market in the forming process of industry chain of waste electrical applications must be investigated,if the industry development is directed by the theory of cyclic economy.The realization approaches and mechanism of innovation need the innovation of electrical applications produced technologies as the headstream,system of recycling as basic,and technology of reusing as the core,in order to break through the key technologies of regeneration resources of the waste electrical appliance and’the innocent processing,implement the poly-orientations solid innovational interaction of the recycling and reusing industry chain,and promote the healthy development of the industry of waste electrical applications.

数字产业创新能够实现软硬件及创新参与者之间的有效联结，由此技术标准化重要性日益上升。通过数理建模、案例分析等方法，本文从需求侧视角讨论技术标准化推进数字产业技术创新的机制，结果显示：第一，技术标准化对数字产业创新具有双重效应，在新技术主导条件下能够加速新技术扩散，在旧技术主导条件下能够提高创新门槛。第二，在新旧技术并存的条件下，技术标准化水平提升有助于推动数字产业创新和抑制数字产业创新中的“过量动力”和“过量惰性”现象。我们借鉴Malerba产业创新系统分析框架，讨论了技术标准化推进数字产业创新的作用路径。在数字知识累积、创造和价值实现变化背景下，数字产业市场特征决定了竞争企业间低技术标准化与互补企业间高技术标准化共存，并通过一定技术标准化水平来平衡消费者偏好与网络效应，成为推动数字产业创新的重要路径。知识产权制度和技术标准制度协同发展，有助于提升企业从创新中获利的能力，激发产业创新动能。

University library takes an important role in education and research to drive higher education development and promote to accomplish its missions. We analyzed some common problems in the utilization of university library resources, including information supply, knowledge popularization and characteristic service based on close relationship between library resource utilization and university development and its great significance. Taking relevant experiences of libray at China Three Gorges University for example, this essay discussed the innovative method of utilizing university library resource, including setting up "the second classroom", providing venture information, strengthening the training of resource supply, carrying on academic lectures etc. to promote the development of talent cultivation, scientific research and social services in university.

日美贸易摩擦是日本经济发展史上最重要的事件之一，在一定程度上改变了日本的经济结构与发展方式。由于错误的货币政策及其他，日美贸易摩擦最终以日本失败告终，进而带来“失去的二十年”。但不可否认的是，日本产业升级的基本实现主要是在日美贸易摩擦下完成的。“拖”字战略的使用、境外投资、产业政策与贸易政策的结合以及企业创新机制的建立是日美贸易摩擦下日本实现产业升级的重要经验。贸易摩擦下的中国与日本既相似又不同，中国应在借鉴日本经验及不足的基础上，通过灵活使用“拖”字战略、完善创新机制、注重内需、正确引导企业“走出去”以及调整贸易政策等途径，积极应对中美贸易摩擦。

华为员工持股制度的中国特色及其对企业创新的作用机理

本文认为，华为作为一家民营企业却拥有着最先进的生产力，推行着以全员持有虚拟股权的集体劳动激励制度，并共同分享企业剩余的分配方式这一现象，体现了社会主义经济实践过程中的中国特色，也是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的实践基础。为此，本文首先提出，华为的员工持股制度具有中国特色民营企业的特点：一是实施了全员持股，并通过工会联合持有股权，员工以虚拟股权形式分享企业利润的途径，实现真正意义上的劳动激励；二是在全员持股实践过程中推行了多元分层、有机系统的劳动激励形式，即依次对技术劳动、管理劳动、运营劳动三个层面进行整体激励的同时，也分层进行重点激励。其次，认为华为员工持股制度通过劳动激励所形成的吸入机制、集体机制、累积机制及退出机制在其运行和作用过程中，也相应形成了企业创新力。其中，员工持股制度使企业人才吸入机制更有效，从而形成对创新劳动的较强吸引力；员工持股制度促进了企业创新集体劳动机制的生成，进而推进了企业的集体创新力；员工持股制度还发展了企业创新劳动的累积机制，从而保持着企业创新的持续力。此外，华为员工持股制度所具有的退出机制，保证了企业创新发展的代谢力，这四种力量共同促进了企业创新力，推动了华为企业不断创新与发展。
