In order to address the problem of high false alarm rate and low probabilities of infrared small target detection in complex low-altitude background,an infrared small target detection method based on improved weighted local contrast is proposed in this ***,the ratio information between the target and local background is utilized as an enhancement *** local contrast is calculated by incorporating the heterogeneity between the target and local ***,a local product weighted method is designed based on the spatial dissimilarity between target and background to further enhance target while suppressing ***,the location of target is obtained by adaptive threshold *** experimental results demonstrate,the method shows superior performance in several evaluation metrics compared with six existing algorithms on different datasets containing targets such as unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV).

infrared Image target Segmentation Processing Based On Space-Time Combination

This paper puts forward a scheme of target time-domain segmentation on the basis of analyzing time-domain characteristics of sequence images and targets gray level characteristics in time-domain. On the suggestion of multi-variable joint distribution probability, we discover a new target segmentation method based on space-time joint on the help of the method that makes use of space-time fusing to enhance targets. And the new method has considered both targets gray level distributing characteristics in single-frame image and their gray levels and moving speed continuities in bordered some frame images. Joining both of the segmented images and the realization of time-domain processing and single-frame processing parallel can greatly cut calculating time and apparently improve the effect of image segmentation. The result of experiment indicates that it is feasible to fuse two-frame image of single-frame target enhancing and time-domain target enhancing first and segment them secondly, and it can also greatly improve the precision and universality of segmentation.1

A fast target tracking algorithm based on connected component labeling and grey value statistics is proposed. First of all, nonlinear transformation is applied to perform enhancement for targets;and then adaptive threshold is applied to perform pre-processing division for the images;finally, target characteristics which are extracted through connected component labeling and grey value statistics are used to match the gray, the area and position of target, then pinpointing the target. Experimental results on the MATLAB software platform and the SOPC hardware platform show that it can perform real-time track accurately for the infrared small targets.
