Under the background of“Internet plus”rapid development,the agricultural logistics industry should apply information technology to every link of the agricultural product logistics industry chain.By making full use of the decision making module of the agricultural logistics information system,we can realize the full sharing of information and data resources,which makes the decision-making scheme of the agricultural logistics information system more optimized.In real economic society,the uncertainty and mismatch between the customer’s logistics service demand and the logistics service capability that the logistics service function provider can provide,that is,when the two information are asymmetric,how to use the third-party contract to coordinate the income and profit distribution of the two,to make the information system decision making more reasonable?This paper mainly studies the coordination scheme of agricultural logistics information system decision making under uncertain output and demand information by introducing the spot market.A joint coordination strategy based on revenue sharing and penalty feedback contracts proposes decentralized decision making based on game theory.Experiments show that the flexible ordering strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics service supply chain’s uncertainty and significantly improve the logistics service supply chain’s overall income level through coordination contracts.

information system for Ocean Wave Resources and Its Application to Wave Power Utilization

An information system for ocean wave resources and its application to wave power utilization are introduced. It can manage, analyze and process the data in the monthly report of ocean wave observation records of the State Ocean Administration, and can provide various kinds of curves and numerical characters of statistics. This system has been put into utility in Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion (GIEC), the Chinese Academy of Sciences since 1996. An application example is given of the investigation and analysis on ocean wave resource of the Nan Ao Island, Guangdong Province, where a 100 kW onshore OWC (oscillating water column) wave power station will be built. The wave power distribution is obtained in different wave directions for different wave periods. It is found that 70 percent of the wave power comes from the direction of ENE, and more than 95 percent of the wave power is related with direction E. The average wave power density is about 3 kW/m, and more than 80 percent of the wave power is distributed in the wave periods of 4 second to 5 second. Based on the analysis of wave resources, a site on the east coast of the island and a design width of 20 m for the 100 kW station are suggested.

Conceptual Model for Automatic Early Warning information system of Infectious Diseases Based on Internet Reporting Surveillance system

Objective To establish a conceptual model of automatic early warning of infectious diseases based on internet reporting surveillance system, with a view to realizing an automated warning system on a dally basis and timely identifying potential outbreaks of infectious diseases. Methods The statistic conceptual model was established using historic surveillance data with movable percentile method. Results Based on the infectious disease surveillance information platform, the conceptual model for early warning was established. The parameter, threshold, and revised sensitivity and specificity of early warning value were changed to realize dynamic alert of infectious diseases on a dally basis. Conclusion The instructive conceptual model of dynamic alert can be used as a validating tool in institutions of infectious disease surveillance in different districts.

Performance of information system implementation based on coupling-cohesion among subunits

The intermediate information system benefit and the coupling-cohesion of subunits are presented to study the performance of information system implementation. Based on the organizational information processing theory and the organizational behaviour theory, a theoretical model is established from the perspective of coupling-cohesion of subunits. The reliability and validity of the model are checked up with the structural equation models and the data collected with questionnaires. The results of the study give some theoretical and practical guidance.

Data Analytics of an information system Based on a Markov Decision Process and a Partially Observable Markov Decision Process

Data analytics of an information system is conducted based on a Markov decision process(MDP)and a partially observable Markov decision process(POMDP)in this paper.Data analytics over a finite planning horizon and an infinite planning horizon for a discounted MDP is performed,respectively.Value iteration(VI),policy iteration(PI),and Q-learning are utilized in the data analytics for a discounted MDP over an infinite planning horizon to evaluate the validity of the MDP model.The optimal policy to minimize the total expected cost of states of the information system is obtained based on the MDP.In the analytics for a discounted POMDP over an infinite planning horizon of the information system,the effects of various parameters on the total expected cost of the information system are studied.

A Review of e-Health Research in information system

e-Health—a new form of health care service using information technology—has received a great deal of academic attention in the past. What can we learn from these prior studies? This article analyses the development of prior work using the scientific literature related to e-Health from the Web of Science core database. Our systematic review suggest that: 1) IT adoption is the most important research topic in this field, 2) Research methods are growing in diversity, 3) Research topics are reasonably differentiated.

Ideally,scientists should be able to format,explore,analyse,and visualise data in a simple,powerful and fast application that would seamlessly integrate georeferenced data from a variety of data sources into an intuitive visualisation.The focus of an Environmental information system is providing environmental information to decision makers,policy planners,scientists and engineers,research workers,etc.which ensures integration of data collection,collation,storage,retrieval and dissemination to all concerned.All such queries should be responded to supplying substantive information in the form of reports.The paper presents an innovative way to utilise the geographic information associated with the environmental data.The stand-alone application is the integration of using ArcObjects Environmental system Research Institute ArcGIS Engine 9.1 and VB.Net.The geographic information system(GIS)-based application,a framework of digital earth in terms of environmental information system provides a user-friendly query interface,which gives information about various environmental parameters in tabular as well as on map display.It also provides the visual interpretation to make further analysis and future decisions at multiple scales,locations and extents.The facility for modifying the map attributes and corresponding databases is integrated to update the information system.Output spatial data are produced in the form of reports using selected fields with display on map.

With the contrast between classic Web technologies and Web 2.0 technologies, we represent a sample of enterprise information system based on Web 2.0, and show how the use of Web 2. 0 technologies changes the system data exchange model of the enterprise information systems and how it improves the efficiency and effectiveness of information systems.

In order to maintain the overall social interest in land use and improve the level of land administration, an information system for land-use planning and management （ISLUPM） was established, which is composed of presentation layer, business logic layer and data layer in the general structure. The application support platform of the ISLUPM, built based on COM, COM ＋ and .NET standard components, includes data engine, data management, assemblies, components management, operation management, and interface. Then, an elaboration was made on major functions of the ISLUPM, such as planning revision scheme, planning operation flow, digital processing, thematic analysis and inquiry, and preparation of the chart of reserved land resources. The developed system has been successfully applied to the land-use planning and management work of Longquanyi District, Chengdu, China. It may provide a reference for development of geographic information system （GIS） for land and resources.

The logistics information is the logistics manageme nt ’s inevitable request. The paper introduces several kinds of logistics informat ion system and their functions in the logistics management, such as the warehous e management system (WMS) in the delivery center, the control system for transpo rtation and delivery, the supply chain management (SCM), the optimization of th e logistics system, etc. In the author’s opinion, the development of logistics could been divided into four phases. And the logistics information system has s ome special characteristics: automatization, network, intelligence, and regenera tion. The paper also introduces some information technologies that are concerned . The readers can find following technologies in this paper: database and netwo rk technology, bar code and scanning devices, electronic data interchange (EDI), global positioning system (GPS), these technologies develop very fast in recent years. This development makes a great contribution to the growing of logist ics information system.
