Enhanced Privacy Preserving for Social networks Relational Data Based on Personalized Differential Privacy

With the popularization and development of social software, more and more people join the social network, which produces a lot of valuable information, but also contains plenty of sensitive privacy information. To achieve the personalized privacy protection of massive social network relational data, a privacy enhancement method for social networks relational data based on personalized differential privacy is proposed. And a dimensionality reduction segmentation sampling(DRS-S)algorithm is proposed to implement this method. First, in order to solve the problem of inefficiency caused by the excessive amount of data in social networks, dimension reduction and segmentation are carried out to divide the data into groups. According to the privacy protection requirements of different users, we adopt sampling method to protect users with different privacy requirements at different levels, so as to realize personalized different privacy. After that, the noise is added to the protected data to satisfy the privacy budget. Then publish the social network data. Finally, the proposed algorithm is compared with the traditional personalized differential privacy(PDP) algorithm and privacy preserving approach based on clustering and noise(PBCN) in real data set, the experimental results demonstrate that the quality of privacy protection and data availability of DRS-S are better than that of PDP algorithm and PBCN algorithm.

Popularity prediction of online video is widely used in many different scenarios. It can not only help video service providers to schedule video web sites,but also bring considerable profits on investment for both providers and advertisers if popularity of online video is predicted accurately. However, online video popularity prediction still cannot have a satisfactory result, due to the complexity of many crucial factors especially of video distribution network. In this article, we extract seven factors from huge amounts of data about user behavior,establishing a new multiple linear regression model to initially predict online video popularity. After that, a multichannel video popularity dynamic scheduling model is proposed to schedule videos on which channel and what time to be broadcast, according to its popularity predicted by multiple linear regression model, ensuring that maximum the sum value of online video popularity of each channel. Experimental results on dataset obtained from Sohu Video, a video service provider in China, and real-world video flow in Sohu Video demonstrate that the proposed model is robust and has promising performance in predicting online video popularity, which is helpful for video service providers to schedule videos on web sites effectively in the future.

China's information, education and communication (IEC) program plays an important role in the population program, because 180 million people were illiterate in 1990, 22% of the adult population. Since the 1980s, organizations have been popularizing family planning policies and information about childbearing and contraception. A national IEC network is set up in all family planning committees at the provincial and municipal levels. Timely counseling services are provided to people (for adolescents, newly-weds, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and menopausal women). Certain villagers are selected as family planning contact households, and they provide reading rooms with a collection of books and periodicals about population and family planning. Population education for middle school students covers the relationships between population growth, natural resources, and the environment; population and modernization; and physiological health. China's In-depth Fertility Survey conducted in 1987 by the State Statistical Bureau in 1 municipality and 5 provinces, indicates that knowledge of contraception is widespread. People have a better understanding of safe and reliable methods such as the IUD and sterilization than of traditional methods. In 1953, the mean age of women at first marriage was 19 years; by 1987, the majority of Chinese women were getting married at 22 or 23 years of age. The 1987 Survey indicates that women married 25 years earlier desired to have 1 or 2 children more than women who married recently. The family planning program has seen acceptance of the small family norm by the majority of the Chinese people. In 1992, the State Education Commission made population education an obligatory course in the curriculum for senior middle schools. Survey results show that the proportions of early marriage and early childbearing as well as the fertility rate among graduates of the pilot schools are significantly lower than those among graduates from other schools.
