Training in complex thinking is required in fields like computer science and discussing sensitive topics that can easily polarize internet users’ propensities. Multilogicality and Metamemetic reasoning are strongly suggested as an approach to identifying and analyzing factors related to AI Bias and human biases. This approach entails identifying problems and deducting invalid premises, distinguishing them from valid premises or those we are uncertain about. The theme of this paper focuses on four groups of people: curators, developers, businesses, and users (the fourth group being the main focus). This approach offers a new way to apply critical thinking strategies in the context of living in a digital age.

The information really useful to humans must be the trinity of its three components: the form termed syntactic information, the meaning termed semantic information, and the utility termed pragmatic information. But the theory of information set up by Shannon in 1948 is a statistical theory of syntactic information. Thus, the trinity of information theories needs to be established as urgently as possible. Such a theory of semantic information will be presented in the paper and it will also be proved that it is the semantic information that is the unique representative of the trinity. This is why the title of the paper is set to "a theory of semantic information" without mentioning the pragmatic information.

information Architecture （IA）是近年来信息管理和信息服务界流行的一个新概念，我国出现不同的译名：信息构筑、信息构筑体系、信息体系结构、信息结构体系、信息设计、信息设计体系、信息建筑学、信息建筑体系；我国台湾省译为资讯架构；日本译为情报构筑。本文视不同情况对IA取名为“信息构筑”、“信息构筑体系”、“信息构筑师”。1975年，***首次提出“信息构筑”和“信息构筑师”的概念，但开始并没有被广泛认同。随着因特网和网站建设的普及，IA成为今天众多领域共同关注的焦点。IA的内涵逐渐延伸，应用领域迅速扩大，从网站设计、信息服务、信息技术应用、高校人才培养到学术研究等，都在探讨和研究IA。IA研究已成为当代信息服务和情报学研究的前沿课题，我国信息服务界应当关注IA领域的发展和动向。1 IA概要1.1 IA概念的提出1975年，Wurman作为美国建筑师协会（AIA）主席在筹办1976年在费城召开的有5000名建筑师参加的会议时，把这个会议称为“信息构筑”（information Architecture，IA）会议，把自己称为“信息构筑师”（information Architect，IA）。IA概念即由此而诞生。Wurman说：“信息构筑师是一种把数据的内在模式加以组织，使复杂的事情变得清晰，构筑信息结构或地图让别人找到通往知识途径的人员。同时，信息构筑师是一个正在出现的21世纪的职业，这个职业顺乎新时代的需要而生，是关注内容明晰化、人的理解和信息组织的科学。”他还说：“信息构筑师变复杂为明晰，让信息被他人可理解。能做到这一点的，便是好的信息构筑师，做不到这一点的，就不是好的信息构筑师。”1989年，Wurman出版了获当年美国最佳畅销书荣誉的《信息的忧虑》（information Anxiety），提出了IA的正式定义。他说，IA（或同义地称信息设计）是指“组织、标识、导航和检索系统的设计，目的是帮助用户查找和管理信息”。IA的核心思想是“让信息可理解”和“把复杂变为清晰”。1998年，Wurman在对“Design Matters”杂志主编的访谈中说，“IA把技术、图像设计和写作/新闻学三者合一”，再次强调“信息构筑师”的任务是组织数据的内在模式，使复杂的事情变得清晰的观点。Wurman身体力行地实践和贯彻了IA的思想体系，迄今他已设计、创建或编辑、撰写了80多个网站、项目和著作，内容跨及奥林匹克、医疗诊断的可视化、城市指南、公路地图以及金融市场华尔街期刊指南等。Wurman的数十种Access（指南）在美国家喻户晓。他的Understanding USA网站是世界了解美国的最佳网站之一。Wurman创办的系列TED（技术、娱乐和设计）会议和网站，对各种专业信息的构筑和内容可视化等作出了公认的成绩。Wurman目前开办的TOP公司，正致力于医疗信息可视化等极具市场前景的商业活动。

信息生态视域下移动健康信息消费行为分析

旨在探究用户的移动健康信息消费行为，通过分析影响因素及其内在作用机理提出管理策略，对移动健康技术的开发商、生产商和销售商的产品设计与开发、营销策略的制定和顾客服务与教育等实践工作具有积极意义。基于信息生态的研究视角，从信息技术因素、信息人因素、信息因素及信息环境因素4类因素展开分析，并整合技术接受模型提出研究假设构建研究模型。以健康可穿戴技术为实证研究对象，采用问卷访谈的方式获取380份有效数据，并利用Smart-PLS2.0软件对模型进行检验。研究发现，感知易用性正向影响感知有用性，感知易用性和感知有用性均正向促进消费意愿；用户创新性和健康知识素养正向影响感知易用性；信息的准确性正向影响感知易用性，信息安全性正向影响感知易用性和有用性；顾客教育正向促进感知易用性和有用性，参照群体正向影响感知有用性。
