Objective:To study the efficacy of treating pediatric bronchial asthma with a modified Dingchuan Decoction and its effect on inflammatory factors and lung function ***:Sixty cases of bronchial asthma admitted to the hospital between January and December 2023 were divided into two groups using a computerized randomization *** group of 30 cases received basic treatment with a salmeterol ticarcoson powder inhaler(control group),while the observation group received the same treatment plus a modified Dingchuan *** disappearance time of symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors,lung function indexes,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two ***:The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control *** levels of inflammatory factors after treatment were lower,and lung function indexes were higher in the observation group compared to the control ***,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(Pinflammatory factor levels and improves lung function.

In the present study,we aimed to investigate the effects of linagliptin on inflammatory factors and carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT)in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)patients with carotid atherosclerotic disease(CAD).A total of 326 patients with newly diagnosed T2 DM complicated with CAD were randomly divided into two *** were 163 patients in the control group,who were treated with metformin *** were 163 patients in the experimental group,who were treated with metformin in combination with *** CIMT before and after treatment was measured by color Doppler ultrasound,and the contents of IL-6 and IL-1βbefore and after treatment were detected by *** levels of inflammatory factors and CIMT before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between IL-6,IL-1βand CIMT was *** 24 weeks of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and CIMT in the experimental group were significantly lower compared with the control group(Pinflammatory factors and CIMT in newly diagnosed T2 DM patients with CAD,and IL-6 and IL-1βmight participate in the occurrence and development of CAD by influencing CIMT.

Objective: To investigate the effect of sacubitril-valsartan combined with Zhenyuan capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure comorbid anxiety and depression and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors. Methods: A total of 106 patients with chronic heart failure comorbid anxiety and depression from February 2020 to March 2022 were continuously enrolled and divided into control group (36 cases), observation group A (36 cases) and observation group B (34 cases) according to treatment methods. All groups were given conventional treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group, observation group A and observation group B were given valsartan, sacubitril-valsartan and sacubitril-valsartan plus Zhenyuan Capsules for the treatment of consecutive 8 weeks. The patients in the 3 groups were evaluated by the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of heart failure was evaluated, and the detection of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), N terminal brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), interleukin 6 (IL-6), c-reactive protein (CRP) was conducted. Results: The clinical efficacy rate and total effective rate of heart failure in observation group A and observation group B were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the observation group B was higher than the observation group A (P < 0.05);SAS and SDS scores in observation group A and observation group B were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05), and observation group B was lower than observation group A (P < 0.05);The LVEF in the three groups was all increased compared with those before treatment, and the levels of LVESD, LVEDD, NT-proBNP, TNF-α, IL-6, and hs-CRP were all decreased compared with those before treatment;The changes

Objective: To explore the effect of miR-223 on the expression of inflammatory factors and renal interstitial fibrosis in a rat model of chronic glomerulonephritis based on the interleukin 6/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(IL-6/STAT3) signaling pathway. Methods: A total of 70 SPF-grade healthy adult male SD rats were selected, and were randomly divided into five groups. Except for the blank group, the remaining four groups of rats were all subcutaneously injected with 1 mg/m L cationized bovine serum albumin(C-BSA) emulsion at multiple points(in the first week) and injected with 2.5 mg/m L C-BSA solution through the tail vein(from the 2nd to 4th week) to establish a glomerulonephritis model. After successful modeling, the blank group and the modeling group were injected with normal saline through the tail vein, the negative control group was injected with 50 μg/kg NC agomir through the tail vein, the miR-223 agonist group was injected with 50 μg/kg miR-223 agomir through the tail vein, and the pathway activation group was injected with 50 μg/kg miR-223agomir and 1 μg/kg rh IL-6 through the tail vein. After continuous treatment for 21 d,the rats were sacrificed and kidney tissues were taken. The expression of miR-223, inflammatory factors and IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway-related proteins in the five groups of rats was observed and compared, and the renal interstitial fibrosis in the five groups of rats was also observed and compared. Results: The relative expression level of miR-223 in the blank group was significantly higher than that in the other four groups. The relative expression levels of miR-223 in the miR-223 agonist group and the pathway activation group were significantly higher than those in the model group and the negative control group(P<0.05). Objective:To discuss the effect of catechins on myocardial injury and inflammatory factors in rats with coronary heart disease under PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling ***:A total of 50 healthy adult pathogen-free(SPF)-grade SD rats were divided into five groups by random number table *** for the blank group,the other four groups were fed with high fat to construct a rat model of coronary artery *** the model was successfully constructed,the blank group and the model group were given saline by gavage,the positive group was given 25 mg/kg aspirin by gavage,the low-dose group was given 20 mg/kg catechin by gavage,and the high-dose group was given 60 mg/kg catechin by *** expression levels of PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway-related proteins,myocardial injury markers,myocardial infarction and myocardial inflammatory factors were observed and compared in the five ***:Overall,there were significant differences in the expression levels of PI3K,p-Akt/Akt,and p-eNOS/eNOS in the five groups of rats(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the expression levels of CK-MB and c Tn I in the five groups of rats(P<0.05);there were significant differences in ischemic area,infarct area,and myocardial infarction range in the four groups of rats,except for the blank group(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the expression levels of IL-1β,IL-18,TNF-α,and ET-1 in the five groups of rats(P<0.05).Conclusion:Catechins can reduce the severity of myocardial injury,reduce the range of myocardial infarction,and reduce myocardial inflammation in rats with coronary heart disease by up-regulating expression level of PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway-related *** with aspirin,high-dose catechins have a more prominent protective effect on the myocardium of rats with coronary heart disease.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,IFN-a,TNF-a and TRPC6 in the disc tissue of patients with cervical disc ***:The expression levels of inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,IFN-a,TNF-a and TRPC6 were analyzed by RTPCR,and the correlation between inflammatory factors and Pfirrmann grade and inflammatory factors was ***:The mRNA expression levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,TNF-a and TRPC6 were significantly higher in Pfirrmann grade IV-V than in Pfirrmann grade II-III(P<0.05),and IFN-a expression level in IV-V intervertebral disc samples was significantly lower than that in II-III discs(P<0.05);The mRNA expression levels of IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,TNF-a and TRPC6 were positively correlated with pfirmann grading(P<0.05),IFN-a was negatively correlated with pfirmann grading(P<0.05),IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,TNF-a and TRPC6 were positively correlated with each other(P<0.05),IFN-a was negatively correlated with IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,TNF-a and TRPC6(P<0.05).Conclusion:IL-6,IL-8,IL-15,IFN-a,TNF-a and TRPC6 are closely related to the degree of cervical disc degeneration.

[Objectives]To observe the effects of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction on uterine energy metabolism and serum inflammatory factors in the acute pelvic inflammatory disease(APID)model.[Methods]75 Wistar rats(females)were randomly divided into control group,model group and Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction low,medium and high dose groups(n=15).Except for the control group,the rat APID model was established by right uterine *** the fifth day after inoculation,the low,medium and high dose groups of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction were administered at 4,8 and 16 g/kg,and the control group and model group received normal *** were killed 12 h after nondose administration,blood was collected from the abdominal aorta and measured by ELISA for serum interleukin-6(interleukin-6,IL-6),IL-8,and C-reactive proteins(CRP);the right uterus of rats was tested for high-energy phosphate adenosine phosphate(AMP),adenosine diphosphate(ADP),adenosine triphosphate(ATP)and total adenine nucleotides(TAN)level to evaluate the uterine energy metabolism.[Results]AMP,ADP,ATP and TAN were significantly higher in the Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction of low,medium and high dose than the model group,while the serum IL-6,IL-8 and CRP were significantly lower than the model group,and the difference between the low,medium and high doses(Pinflammatory response in APID model rats.
