Established on October 18,2002,Beijing hyundai motor co.,*** is the first sino-foreign joint venture project in the field of automobile production approved after China’s accession to the *** hyundai motor co.,*** to have a production capacity of 1.8 million units by 2020 to ensure its market share of Beijing hyundai motor co.,LTD.,as passenger vehicles in China have been growing at a growth rate of more than 7%in recent ***,on the basis of the original three factories,two complete vehicle manufacturing plants with an average annual capacity of 300,000 capacity will be *** the department with the most complex production process and the largest number of operators,the final assembly workshop,its scheme in the design stage of the new factory will directly affect the operating efficiency of the lean production of the whole *** this thesis to Beijing modern new factory in assembly workshop in the industrial engineering design improvement project of systematic application as the research object,using all kinds of basic design method of industrial engineering discipline and philosophy,emphatically analyzes the old assembly workshop design,internal logistics operation man-machine design defects existing in the operation,at the same time,combining with the plant design in front of the stage as a whole,put forward the improvement in the material system,reduce the man-machine operation fatigue strength,improve production efficiency and so on comprehensive application of basic industrial engineering work method research strategy,action analysis and economic improve study method;Based on the application of industrial engineering expertise,the optimized system design scheme is obtained,which provides systematic basis for the planning decision of final assembly workshop material design.

＜正＞This article analyzes the teaching directions and characteristics of Chinese private colleges. Based on these, it discusses the teaching plan and teaching idea as related to the specialty of industrial engineering. The teaching plan includes cultivation objective, specific requirements, curriculum system, period allocation, practice arrangement, characteristics of the plan, and so on. The plan embodies the following ideas: the fundamental task is to cultivate industrial engine ering high technology application special talents in the posts of production, construction, management, and service;the guiding idea should be adhered to "quality-oriented education as the foundation and ability cultivation as the focus";The theoretical study is guided by the principle of "necessary and sufficient for use";The practice is carried through the methods such as combining production and teaching in order to improve skills and abilities;The curriculum system should be designed and integrated according to social demands and cultivation purposes to form subject-characterized teaching plan;In the teaching process, personality education and learning ability cultivation should be emphasized, and writing, social communication, culture and other comprehensive quality-oriented education in the aspect of human and social science should also be emphasized;Innovation ability should be cultivated and trained vigorously, and so on. In one word, this article carries out some beneficial study on the industrial engineering education and talent cultivation in Chinese private colleges.

In order to realize the fact that operational tasks can be decomposed flexibly with new tasks random adding, role-based approaches for operational tasks model and the flexibility decomposition are proposed. Firstly, aiming at the shortcomings of previous task decomposition methods, operational role concepts are introduced to design a computing framework of task flexibility decomposition. Within the framework, task structure matrixes are constructed for tasks decomposition with the mapping relations of information interaction and action process among tasks. On basis of this, via giving operational decomposition granularity, a flexibility approach of operational task decomposition is put forward with three parts about task decomposition granularity adjustment, tasks module partition with different operational role patterns and task decomposition scheme evaluation. Finally, as an application case shown, it is validated that the proposed approaches for tasks modeling and decomposition are available. By comparing with previous decomposition approaches, the proposed approach, within three types of operational roles, has strong environmental adaptability and scheme diversity, which can restrain calculation complexity increment for realizing task flexible decomposition effectively. © 2016 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information.

Combined with the fact that information asymmetry between two belligerent parties is very common in information-based warfare, the bidirectional influence of asymmetric information on both sides is analyzed. A new damage coefficient is formed based on the analysis, and a generalized Lanchester warfare model characterized by information asymmetry effect is built. According to the staggered transformation of information asymmetric degree resulting from the changing tactic of both sides by turns, a method for approximate solution of the model is presented by translating the information asymmetric degree as a ladder function, and both examples of the solving model and further discussion about the solution are given. The results indicate that the model can serve as a reference to analyze and forecast the course of war quantitatively. © 2017 Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information.

The distribution and marketing of petroleum products are the sources of energy for the various activities of human society and household supply. We spent our time researching the competitive factors to reduce the time of distribution of petroleum products, by setting up a computer system based on Dijkstra’s algorithm our contribution will solve a real problem of delivery with direct targeting of gas stations. We set up a tool to help to map based on the method of operational research starting with the identification of delivery point, mapping and then applying the algorithm. Mainly the graph theory and the optimal path in a network by a short path using the method of Dijkstra for the design we used the UML language, the programming we used the JAVA language with very appreciable results to finish with a conclusion.
