With increasing global shortage of fresh water resources,many countries are prioritizing desalination as a means of utilizing abundantly available seawater *** energy efficiency evaluation is a scientific method for the quantitative analysis of energy efficiency based on multiple indicators and is very useful for investment,construction,and scientific decision-making for desalination *** this paper,the energy efficiency evaluation of the micro energy network (MEN) of desalination for multi-source and multi-load is studied,and the basic idea of comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation is *** process includes the use of a MEN model to establish an integrated energy efficiency evaluation index system,taking into consideration energy,equipment,economic,environmental,and social factors.A combined evaluation method considering subjective and objective comprehensive weights for multi-source multi-load desalination MENs is proposed to evaluate the energy efficiency of desalination and from multiple perspectives.

In order to ensure e-government construction healthily,rapidly and orderly develop,an e-government maturity model（EGMM）is proposed based on a software capability maturity model （CMM）and a project management maturity model（PMMM）. Five levels of maturity in e-government development process are constructed,which include network infrastructure,information serving,information interactive,information sharing and comprehensive *** index system of e-government maturity is put forward,and then an e-government maturity levels evaluation method is presented,which can provide clear,detailed and efficient decision information and investment directions of e-government for *** EGMM and its maturity evaluation method are helpful for improving the construction of e-government.

In market economics, the regional technological innovation ability has become an important factor in the sustainable development of this region and important position in the region＇s competition. In this paper, the application of unascertained measure method in the ability of the regional technological innovation is studied. The appraisal index system is setup and the unascertained measure model is given . At last, an example is given to verify the theory model.

In this paper,a cybersecurity threat warning model based on ant colony algorithm is designed to strengthen the accuracy of the cybersecurity threat warning model in the warning process and optimize its algorithm *** the ant colony algorithm structure,the local global optimal solution is obtained;and the cybersecurity threat warning index system is ***,the above two steps are integrated to build the cybersecurity threat warning model based on ant colony algorithm,and comparative experiment is also *** experimental results show that,compared with the traditional qualitative differential game-based cybersecurity threat warning model,the cybersecurity threat warning model based on ant colony algorithm has a higher correct rate in the warning process,and the algorithm program is simpler with higher use value.

Assessing Threats and Setting Conservation Priorities for Plant Species between Forest and Meadow Ecotone in Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve, China

In order to understand the pattern and status of plant species in the forest-meadow ecotonein Sanjiangyuan Nature Reserve, this study was undertaken through expert consultation, literaturesurvey and fieldwork in various parts of the ecotone during 2002-2004. Based on 3 important systems,i.e. threatened status, genetic loss effect and use value, the list of threatened and prioritized plants wasestablished. In this paper, the threatened coefficient was defined as the criteria of category for threatenedplants, the conservation priorities coefficient summed by threatened coefficient, genetic coefficient anduse value coefficient was defined as the criteria of prioritized plants. In addition, 10 indicators toevaluate threatened grading and conservation priorities sequence were included in the 3 importantsystems. The weights of 3 systems and 10 indicators were given through expert consultation andanalytic hierarchy process. Ten indicators were given scores based on the subcriteria, respectively, andall the scores of the 3 systems were summed up for each species, then contrasted to the criteria ofthreatened grading and conservation priorities for plant species. The status of endangerment andconservation priorities of plant species were analyzed, and the results showed that the number ofendangered species was 2, vulnerable species 37, near threatened species 140, safe species 767; the firstconcern category had 4 species, the second concern category 18, the third concern category 150 and theleast concern category 774.

This paper proposes a novel strategy based on fragment meshes of Shiue et al. for GPU rendering of compos- ite subdivision surfaces. Two enumeration systems are established to label the primitives of each fragment mesh. A sector-layer-index enumeration system is responsible for retrieving proximities for subdivision masks while a sec- tor-index enumeration system designates a 2D texture buffer in GPU. Recurring to the free conversion between them, our approach may get rid of lookup tables that are designed to record subdivision masks. In addition, relatively small composite subdivision masks make it easy to develop automatically retrieving techniques. Finally, as center vertices are often irregular, their computation is related to an average with alterable number of items. Considering that variable loop is not efficient in GPU, we evaluate the center vertex of each fragment mesh using the linear combination of its level 0, level 1 and limit positions instead of averaging schemes. Experiments demonstrate that our approach generally outper- forms that of Shiue et al. in FPS by a long way.

Spatial-Temporal Differentiation of Sustainable Development in Cities and Counties of Hainan Province

A total of 18 cities and counties in Hainan from 2012 to 2015 were selected as the basic research units to construct an index system for evaluating the ability of sustainable development that includes four guidelines of economic development capacity, population development capacity, social support capacity, and resource utilization and environmental protection capacity. The improved entropy method was used to determine the weight, the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TDPSIS) was used to calculate the capacity for sustainable development of the cities and counties and sort these cities and counties, and Arcgis10.2 was used to draw the provincewide distribution of the four guidelines. Thereupon, the author reached following conclusions: there was no big regional difference in the sustainable development capacity of cities and counties in Hainan, and they were basically in a general state of intermediate stage in the past four years; Haikou City and Sanya City, as the key cities, had a higher ability of sustainable development and had shown a remarkable capacity to drive the sustainable development of surrounding areas; according to the development level, the four guidelines were in the following order: resource utilization and environmental protection capacity, population development capacity, social support capacity, and economic development capacity.
