In this research, the residential environment index system and evaluation model were established by means of subjective and objective methods. The methodology for establishing the evaluation system for residential environment was first analyzed; then the subjective evaluation data-base was established by questionnaire survey; and at the same time, the objective evaluation data-base was constructed by Geographic Information system (GIS); and then the related equation system between subjective and objective system was developed by multiple regression analysis. This research could benefit evaluation of the residential environment quality for various purposes, and also provide important rudimentary data-base for the development and improvement of residential environment for officials. Furthermore, the index system and evaluation model established in this research could construct a strong relation between subjective evaluation and objective data; and thus could provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective methodology for the evaluation of residential environment.

In this study, we developed a comprehensive index system for forestry sustainability of Heilongjiang Province, which includes forest resources sustainability,sustainable economic development, sustainable social development and sustainable advancement in science and technology. Based on this system and the regional forest development, we further evaluated the sustainability of Heilongjiang Province for year 2008-2013. The results show that even though the regional forestry has been preliminarily on the track of sustainable development, it is fragile. Four indicators, e.g. soil and water retention rate,forest stand growth（per unit area）, the proportion of national investment and the annual carbon sequestration have important impact on the sustainability, with a weight of 39.0 % in all the indicators. We also analyzed the factors hindering the sustainable development. It turns out that soil and water retention rate, forest stand growth（per unit area）,the proportion of science and technology funds, per capita GDP and the proportion of the tertiary industry production are the main factors hindering regional sustainable development, which accounts for 50.94 % of the total obstacle degrees in the system. At last, we discussed how to promote the regional sustainable development from the perspectives of forest resources sustainability, economic development sustainability, society development sustainability and the sustainable advancement of science and technology.

This paper discusses the design of a customer satisfaction measurement index system of erpress mail service. It presents objectives and principles of the design based on hierarchical structures. We have devised a diagram for modeling customer satisfaction, and a detailed analysis of customer satisfaction is conducted. This paper presents our customer satisfaction model and analysis results.

Urban agglomeration of the Yangtze Delta （UAYD）, one of the most developed regions of China, has witnessed an increasing prevalence in building ecological cities when the ecological cities are pursued by many modem cities, and great achievements have been made in this regard. It is inevitable, however, that certain problems exist during the construction of ecological city, which include but not limited to non-harmonious development of urban complex ecosystem, and the difficulty in quantifying eco-city construction or incomplete quantification in assessing the construction of present and future eco-city. Based on the analysis on social-economic conditions and regional conditions of the UAYD, this paper attempts to set up an index system of eco-cities combining with local characteristics, and to adopt the indices of eco-city, urban harmony, and eco-city colligate to evaluate the ecological level, urban harmonious development and eco-city construction of cities within the UAYD. Results indicate that among 15 cities in UAYD, Suzhou City ranks the highest in terms of eco-city construction, whereas Nantong ranks relatively lower; sustainable eco-city construction is possible only when cities are developed in every respect of harmony.

Agriculture green development(AGD)has become an unavoidable choice to address the unique national circumstances of *** study established a county-level AGD evaluation index system,comprised three dimensions,food production,ecological environment and socioeconomic development,using 20 *** assessment delved into historical trend and current situation,utilizing Spearman rank correlation analysis to analyze trade-off and synergy relationships,using Quzhou County,Hebei Province as a case *** main findings were in four ***,the index for AGD in Quzhou County increased by 58.9%from 1978 to *** major contribution were the social economy(65.8%)and food production(53.5%),whereas the ecological environment was found to have had a negative ***,in 2019,the AGD index was only 56.4,indicating substantial potential for improvement relative to the target value.A notable difference in scores existed between the three dimensions,with the order being ecological environment(66.3)>food production(61.7)>socioeconomic(41.3).Also,90%of the indicators did not reach the target ***,relationship analysis of the indicators revealed that the synergistic effect exceeded the trade-off ***,46.3%of the indicators had no significant relationship,35.3%had a synergistic relationship,and 18.4%had a trade-off ***,interdimensional indicator relationships exhibited a trade-off effect between the ecological environment and both food production and socioeconomic ***,a positive trend of synergy between production and ecology has emerged since *** conclusion,the quantitative evaluation index system exposed the unbalanced development and significant potential relative to the target value of AGD in Quzhou County,despite notable progress.

This paper presents a new index system for the performance evaluation and network planning of multimedia communication systems using measurement on actual systems to support several different traffic types. In this index system, we develop an expert system to evaluate the performance of such multimedia communication networks including channel utilization and call blocking probability and packet delay, and apply the network planning methods to optimize the networks and forecast the demand of the growing multimedia communications systems. Two important planning problems for the multimedia communication systems are presented: optimization problem for construction of the world system and forecast problem for increasing traffic demands. We first discuss analysis methods, performance measures for the multimedia communication systems. Then, we describe network planning methods for the multimedia communication systems and give some efficiency network planning methods. Finally, we present some results studied in traffic forecast for the campus network and show the effectiveness of these methods.

The construction of index system for satellite communication network（SCN） evaluation is unstructured problem which is typically solved by creativity procedures. According to the development of satellite communication industry in China, a new creativity procedure named ISWBD （Integrated Stages With Brainstorming and Delphi） is designed based on Brainstorming and the Delphi procedure. Key techniques in ISWBD such as expert selection, question design, consensus measurement and iteration control are designed in detail. By ISWBD, an index system for SCN evaluation is built, which is objective, formal and feasible.
