The encryption algorithm of finite automata (FA) public key cryptosystem is implemented by a weakly invertible finite automata (WIFA) which is composed of a nonlinear WIFA with delay 0 and a linear WIFA with delay τ. In this paper, we proved that such an automaton bears the same properties as the linear WIFA and the increasing ranks of the latter are key factors to affecting the former. A probabilistic algorithm is given to realize a ciphertext attack, and its complexity is analysed through the increasing ranks of the linear WIFA. The size of the parameters for safe linear WIFA is estimated.

Price differentiation or discrimination strategy has been regarded as the best choice for firms with online and offline channels, however, recent years often witnessed the practices of the uniform pricing strategy. This paper aims to address the question whether the uniform pricing strategy may be better for the manufacturer, when the uniform pricing strategy has a positive impact on increasing the ciistomer demand and reducing the operations cost. The research shows that the uniform pricing strategy can be bet ter than the price differentiation strategy when the cost saving and demand increasing are large enough or the consumers' acceptance of online channel lies in a certain interval. Moreover, the manufac tu rers or brand owners need a tradeoff bet ween the benefit from online channel and the negative impact from the offline channel when they implement the price differentiation strategy. Finally, the authors obtain some managerial insights and implications based on the numerical analyses, which are in line with the phenomena in practice.

To the Editor:Malassezia and Staphylococcus epidermidis(S.epidermidis)are commensal organisms found on human skin,and both display an imbalance of colonization in individuals with seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff(SD/D)[1-3].Malassezia have been implicated in SD/D pathogenesis,as evidenced by an imbalance in the numbers of Malassezia that colonize the skin lesions of people with SD/D,and the fact that antifungal treatment exerts a modifying effect.[4].

Let X1,X2,…,Xn,…be a sequence of i.***.d.random variables uniformly distributed on[0;1],and denote by Ln the length of the longest increasing subsequences of X1,X2,…,Xn.Consider the poissonized version Hn based on Hammersley’s representation in the 2-dimensional space.A law of the iterated logarithm for Hn is established using the well-known subsequence method and Borel-Cantelli lemma.The key technical ingredients in the argument include superadditivity,increment independence and precise tail estimates for the Hn’s.The work was motivated by recent works due to Ledoux(J.Theoret.Probab.31,(2018)).It remains open to establish an analog for the Ln itself.

Forecasting increasing rate of power consumption based on immune genetic algorithm combined with neural network

Considering the factors affecting the increasing rate of power consumption, the BP neural network structure and the neural network forecasting model of the increasing rate of power consumption were established. Immune genetic algorithm was applied to optimizing the weight from input layer to hidden layer, from hidden layer to output layer, and the threshold value of neuron nodes in hidden and output layers. Finally, training the related data of the increasing rate of power consumption from 1980 to 2000 in China, a nonlinear network model between the increasing rate of power consumption and influencing factors was obtained. The model was adopted to forecasting the increasing rate of power consumption from 2001 to 2005, and the average absolute error ratio of forecasting results is 13.521 8%. Compared with the ordinary neural network optimized by genetic algorithm, the results show that this method has better forecasting accuracy and stability for forecasting the increasing rate of power consumption.

The main concern of this paper is with a bijective approach to various classes ofincreasing trees. We discover an increasing tree counterpart of the decomposition algorithmfor Schroder trees. This bijection has probably reached its full generality for decomposingincreasing trees. As a special case of our algorithm, we provide a solution to a problemconcerning the enumeration of plane trees by the net number of inversions.

To adapt to rural and agricultural economic development,Jiangsu Province adjusted main task of comprehensive development of hilly and mountainous areas to supporting and promoting agricultural structural adjustment of hilly and mountainous areas and promoting increase of agricultural benefits and farmers' income. Through typical survey,this paper made an objective evaluation of effect of agricultural comprehensive development of hilly and mountainous areas in Jiangsu Province from increasing farmers' income. Results indicated that agricultural comprehensive development investment projects in Jiangsu hilly and mountainous areas are closely coupled with local agricultural production structure; financial funds promote social capital input to construction of economic forest,fruit and grass planting,and livestock raising. Through demonstration and guidance of farmers,it promoted adjustment of agricultural production structure and increased farmers' income. Finally,it came up with pertinent policy recommendations.
