Choukroun富血小板纤维蛋白(Choukroun PRF)被誉为新一代血小板浓缩制品.其分子结构类似天然血凝块,为组织细胞提供迁移、增殖及分化的场所,其中滞纳的细胞因子可对修复过程进行调控及免疫调节.我种植中心将其独立及联合人工材料应用于20余例临床骨缺损及骨量不足的患者.现择其3例分述如下.例1:男患,30岁,11桩核冠修复后牙根劈裂.X-ray示:根尖略见阴影.术中见植体与拔牙窝上部间有较大缺损隙.制备PRF,充填于缺隙处.术后1.5月及3月拍摄X-ray片见缺隙显著缩小,牙槽嵴顶位置无显著变化.例2:女患,20岁,龋坏致36牙冠缺损,底穿.X-ray示:36根分叉处略见阴影.术中见植体与拔牙窝近远中均有较大缺隙.拔牙创周粘膜无法拉拢缝合.于缺隙处充填PRF.术后5日见敞开之创口为粘膜覆盖,血运良好.例3:女患,30岁,22根切术失败后拔除患牙.X-ray示:22相对应牙槽骨见烧瓶底样缺损.植骨术中见:21与23间见凹坑状缺损.颏部取骨块植入缺损区,边缘置PRF.术后复诊可见骨块边缘与周围骨的界限逐渐消失,未见明显吸收.ChoukrounPRF可被认为是一种自体移植物,具有临床推广的潜力,我种植中心应用后发现其可不同程度促进组织愈合.但相关临床观察仍需深入.

人工耳蜗(artificial cochlea)即俗称的电子耳蜗(electronic cochlea),是近年来耳科学及生物医学工程学文献中偶尔使用的一个名词,有时也叫人工听觉(artificial hearing),指的是用电子元件等和植入电极制成的一种装置,用来刺激全聋入耳蜗内残存的听神经,以期使聋人重新恢复有用听觉的一种新技术。国际上通常使用耳蜗埋植(cochlear implant)一词为标题。首篇文献报道见于1957年,当时很少有人注意。直到60年代末期有关本题的文献才开始增多。经过20多年的实验研究和临床试验,获得了很大进展。目前在将近300例的临床实验研究病例中,已有几例全聋病人在人工耳蜗的帮助下,能与人进行

Coastal mangrove wetland is one of the areas whose global ecological environmental conditions have severely changed. Its ecosystem is vulnerable to damaged. The international community has paid attention to conservation and wisely use of mangrove wetland. This paper describes five parts of coastal mangrove wetland at home and abroad,including seawater's purification effect of nitrogen and phosphorus,seawater's adsorption of heavy metals,the functions of carbon sequestration and climate regulation,implant restoration techniques and the status of protection and management. And research trends of coastal mangrove wetland were proposed,in order to provide reference for the restoration and protection of China's coastal mangrove wetland.

Mechanical forces resulting from gravitation seem to be essential for structural adaptation and remodeling of skeletal bones. These forces have the capability of delivering powerfully distorting stimuli to skeletal bones in a very short time, several times a day, in a uniform direction. Facial and jaw bones are not subjected to gravity impact forces. These bones need a mechanism of "compensation" for this deficiency. The goal is achieved by a unique mechanism that substitutes for gravity impact forces- the mechanism of occlusal load transmission to the bone via the periodontal apparatus space. In cases of early loss of teeth and loss of periodontal ligament this mechanism will be missing resulting in premature bone aging.

Intravitreal treatment became popular with the discovery of the blood ocular barriers, which significantly limit drug penetration in systemic or topical *** the mainstay of treatment in noninfectious uveitis(NOIU) is still corticosteroids, triamcinolone acetonide(TA) was the first intravitreally used agent in this subset of patients. Although it was very effective in controlling inflammation and improving the inflammation related complications, TA was found to have a high rate of intraocular complications and a relatively short half-life necessitating frequent reinjections. Other systemically used therapeutic options such as methotrexate and anti-tumor necrosis factor-α agents were also tried intravitreally. Additionally anti-vascular endothelial growth factor agents that are widely used intravitreally in the management of diabetic retinopathy and age related macular degeneration have become an option to control the uveitis related complications like macular edema, retinal and choroidal neovascularizations. Advances in biotechnology led to the slow release biodegradable implant era. These implants have a longer duration of action, which may help in decreasing the number of reinjections. Today two forms of implants have been approved for use in NOIU, Retisert(0.59 mg flucinolone acetonide, surgical intervention) and Ozurdex(0.7 mg dexamethasone, office based intervention). Studies dealing with newer agents(cyclosporine, LFG31, sirolimus) in the management of chronic NOIU are on the way. The search for ideal effective, safe and biocompatible intravitreal agents in the management of NOIU has not ended yet.
