Intelligent identification of underground powerhouse of pumped-storage power plant

The damping coefficient and dynamical load characteristics are sensitive to the dynamic response of the underground powerhouse. In this paper, based on results of dynamic identification of the underground powerhouse of a pumped-storage power plant previously made, the immune algorithm is used together with the ANSYS Code and the high-frequency water pressure pulsation during a routine operation and the damping ratio are identified and studied with observed data. This will be useful for generating a precise numerical model and studying the hydropower station.

Angelica sinensis polysaccharide（ASP） was extracted from Angelica sinensis by boiling water. An Angelica sinensis polysaccharide-iron complex（APC） was prepared under the alkaline condition by adding a ferric chloride solution to the ASP solution. Then some identifiable properties of the complex were studied. The content of iron（ Ⅲ ） in the complex was determined with iodometry. The thermal property, the microscopic structure, the spectral characteristics, and N, C, H contents of the complex were examined by a variety of techniques including DSC, TEM, IR, NMR, and elemental analysis. The content of iron（ Ⅲ ） in the complex ranges from 10% to 40%. The DSC result shows that the melting point of the complex is about 450 ℃. The TEM result shows that the complex has an iron（ Ⅲ ） core（β-FeOOH core） linked by hydroxy and oxy bridges, with the polysaccharide chains attached to the surface of the core. The IR and NMR results also show that there is a β-FeOOH core in the complex. The elemental analysis shows that the contents of N, C, H in the complex are, respectively, lower than those of N, C, H in ASP. All our studies indicate that the APC consists of a β-FeOOH core surrounded by ASP.

Objective: To study the antimicrobial activity of actinomycetes isolated from sabkha of Kenadsa and identification of the isolate interesting. Methods: Eighteen strains were isolated, using four culture media from sebkha of Kenadsa(Bechar, Southwestern Algeria). Screening of antimicrobial activity consisted of two steps: in primary screening, antibacterial activity was determined by using the agar plug method against test strains; in secondary screening, better isolate which showed a good activity in the first screening was selected to extract antimicrobial substances. The antimicrobial activities of extracts were evaluated by using Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. Partial characterization of antimicrobial products was performed on the basis of chemical revelations, UV-vis spectrometry and infrared spectroscopy. The identification of isolate interesting was performed through morphological, chemical, biochemical and physiological characteristics. Results: All isolates showed antimicrobial activity against at least one microorganism test. One isolate, LAM143 cG 3, was selected for its broad spectrum and high antimicrobial activity. The isolate LAM143 c G3 was identified as Spirillospora sp. The comparison between the species of this genus(Spirillospora rubra and Spirillospora albida) and our isolate indicated the existence of several physiological and biochemical differences which led us to suppose that this was a new member of this genus. Primary characterization of antimicrobial substances produced by the isolate LAM143 c G3 indicated the presence of amines and phenols. The UV–vis spectrum suggested a non-polyenic nature of substances secreted by our isolate, while infrared confirmed the presence of amine ***: The result of the present study revealed that sebkha of Kenadsa was rich in rare actinomycetes, that secreted interesting antimicrobial substance.

Two populations of Dongxiang wild rice （Oryza rufipogon）, Shuitaoshu and Dongtangshang, were crossed with five male sterile rice lines with different cytoplasmic backgrounds （B06S, Zhenshan 97A, Xieqingzao A, Zhong 9A, and Yuetai A）, and the seed setting rate of the F1 was used to judge the fertility restoration ability in the Dongxiang wild rice. With P1, F1, P2, and F2 populations as materials, the Akaike＇s Information Criterion （AIC） was used to identify the major genes affecting quantitative traits, and when the major genes existed, the genetic effects of the major gene and the polygene and their genetic variance were estimated through segregation analysis. The seed setting rates of the F1 generation varied from 45.98% to 76.57%, suggesting that the Dongxiang wild rice had the fertility restoration ability. One major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model was the most fitted genetic model for this trait in all the F2 populations. The heritability values of the major genes varied from 56.63% to 88.29% and those of the polygenes from 2.74% to 30.97%, and the total heritability values were from 63.17% to 94.01%. The major gene inheritance of the combination Zhong 9A/Dongtangshang was controlled by the additive effect without dominant effect, and the other nine combinatfons were by the completely dominant inheritance.

In order to better understand shrimp allergen,some basic characters of the major allergen of greasy-back shrimp(Metapenaeus ensis)were *** major allergen was extracted and separated,and its peptide mass fingerprint(PMF)wasanalyzed using matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS).After screening inthe NCBI database with Mascot searching engine,the results indicated that the major allergen of greasy-back shirmp was *** matching search showed that the top protein matched,*** tropomyosin from giant tiger prawn(Penaeusmonodon),had a Mowse value of *** addition,there were 27 queries matched with the allergen in greasy-back shirmp with anamino acid sequence coverage value of 65%.The matching scores and the sequence coverage values were also high with tropomy-osins of other invertebrates,including Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Lepisma *** results indicated that the allergen ofMetapenaeus ensis had high homology with other crustacean allergens,and provided molecular explanations for the highcross-reactivity of the major allergens between crustaceans and some other invertebrates.

In this study,bacterial pathogens were isolated from the liver,spleen,kidney,heart,and muscle of diseased goldfish(Carassius auratus)after a massive outbreak of disease in an aquaculture farm in Anshan,Liaoning Province,North China(N41°05′58.42″E122°53′31.89″).Based on physiological and biochemical characterization of the bacteria and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,the bacterial isolates were identified as Aeromonas salmonicida *** gene multilocus sequence typing analysis showed that the bacterial isolates from all the organs collected were of the same type,and clustered in the same phylogenetic group as *** *** pathogen,was named AS.17 and was resistant to rifampicin,bacitracin,vancomycin,penicillin and compound sulfamethoxazole,but was highly sensitive to nalidixic acid,lomefloxacin,spectinomycin,ofloxacin,and *** experimentally infected with AS.17 had similar symptoms to naturally infected fish,including gill filament anemia,intestinal bleeding,intra-abdominal fluid,and jaw *** analyses showed that the liver,the spleen,the kidney and the intestines of fish infected with AS.17 had severe pathological *** summary,this study reports the isolation of *** salmonicida from *** in North China and provides a reference strain and a research foundation for further studies on *** disease control and epidemiology.

Friction identification and compensation design for precision positioning

Fractional-order calculus with special memorability could describe dynamic characteristics of the object more accurately, and the establishment of fractional-order mathematical model can provide more convenience for tuning the parameters of PIλDμ controller. Fractional-order transfer functions can completely represent characteristics of thermal process compared with the integral-order ones applied in coal-fired power plant, such as strong coupling, disturbance factors, huge difference between response speed, etc. Aiming at the characteristics of multiple parameters for fractional-order transfer function model, two promising approaches are proposed. Firstly, an improved artificial bee colony algorithm, based on Lévy flights strategy, is introduced in optimizing the parameters of nominal model. Secondly, objective（fitness） function with penalty factor is developed to obtain the static gain of model. Finally, it is attempted to apply the proposed identification method, based on fractional-order transfer function model, to a circulating fluidized bed（CFB） superheater in an in-service power unit. The field data identification well demonstrates the virtues of improved identification method and indicates promising prospects for fractional-order transfer function model in thermal process of power plant.

Precision positioning systems driven by linear motors are vulnerable to force disturbances owing to the reduction of gear transmission. The friction, included in the disturbance, can be modeled and compensated to improve the servo performance. This paper proposes a modified Stribeck friction model （SFM） and an optimization algorithm for consistency with the positioning platform. The compensators based on the friction model and disturbance observer （DOB） are simulated. The simulation results show that as compared with the DOB compensator （the velocity recovers by 5.19%）, the friction model based compensator （the velocity recovers by 10.66%） exhibits a better performance after adding the disturbance. Moreover, compensation comparisons among the Coulomb friction, traditional SFM, and modified SFM are performed. The experimental results show that the following error with modified SFM compensation improves by 67.67% and 51.63% at a speed of 0.005 m/s and 0.05 m/s, compared with the Coulomb friction compensation. This demonstrates that the proposed model, optimization algorithm, and compensator can reduce the following error effectively.
