With the mindset of constant improvement in efficiency and safety in the workspace and training in Singapore,there is a need to explore varying technologies and their capabilities to fulfil this need.The ability of Virtual Reality(VR)and Augmented Reality(AR)to create an immersive experience of tying the virtual and physical environments coupled with information filtering capabilities brings a possibility of introducing this technology into the training process and workspace.This paper surveys current research trends,findings and limitation of VR and AR in its effect on human performance,specifically in Singapore,and our experience in the National University of Singapore(NUS).

In this article,emphasis is laid on the manifesting powers of the soul.The powers of the soul manifest as working intelligent force called here as faculties.Eight faculties are defined corresponding to eight types of karma.A schematic model of human system based on Jain principles and scientific findings is presented.The role of DNA and its inadequacies as physical force is discussed.It is stated that genes are only coding devices and the biological intelligence of the soul provides the information for design and structure of the body.The role of biophotons in regulating the biochemistry and biology of life is discussed.Scientific evidence suggests that biophotons originate from the coherent field in DNA.It is argued that the karman body exists as coherent field and the karmanvarganas shedding off the karman body form the biophotons.These biophotons have the information for the reactions to take place in cells.In this model,biophoton provides a link between the karman body and the gross physical body.

The Global Air Navigation Plan is a flexible global engineering approach that allows all States to advance their Air Navigation capacities based on their specific operational requirements.Aviation professionals have an essential role in the transition to,and successful implementation of the GANP.The research work is focused on the creation of methodology for the partial automation of the comparison competences of Air Traffic Management(ATM)personal and synthesis of training courses and modules,using a formal,ontology-based approach as a tool to solve these problems.One of the problems in the implementation of the GANP is that,on the one hand,there are currently no unified requirements for all categories of ATM personnel,and on the other hand,the development of ATM technologies is far ahead of the pace of training of personnel of appropriate qualifications.This problem becomes even more noticeable in countries that have just started an active modernization of ATC systems and do not have enough experience in this field.The paper describes the general methodological approach based on the education ontology modelling for human competency gap analysis in ATM and for gap analysis between the university curricula outcomes and the ATM requirements.The ontology of key personnel competencies issues for the design and integration of large-scale future ATM programmes is proposed.
