Deep learning-based semantic segmentation of human features in bath scrubbing robots

With the rise in the aging population,an increase in the number of semidisabled elderly individuals has been noted,leading to notable challenges in medical and healthcare,exacerbated by a shortage of nursing staff.This study aims to enhance the human feature recognition capabilities of bath scrubbing robots operating in a water fog environment.The investigation focuses on semantic segmentation of human features using deep learning methodologies.Initially,3D point cloud data of human bodies with varying sizes are gathered through light detection and ranging to establish human models.Subsequently,a hybrid filtering algorithm was employed to address the impact of the water fog environment on the modeling and extraction of human regions.Finally,the network is refined by integrating the spatial feature extraction module and the channel attention module based on PointNet.The results indicate that the algorithm adeptly identifies feature information for 3D human models of diverse body sizes,achieving an overall accuracy of 95.7%.This represents a 4.5%improvement compared with the PointNet network and a 2.5%enhancement over mean intersection over union.In conclusion,this study substantially augments the human feature segmentation capabilities,facilitating effective collaboration with bath scrubbing robots for caregiving tasks,thereby possessing significant engineering application value.

The space radiation environment consists of geomagnetically trapped proton and electrons, galactic cosmic radiation, and at times, high-energy solar particles that can penetrate spacecraft and spacesuits to produce a significant radiation exposure to crewmembers. In order to determine the astronaut radiation exposure and related health risks, the voxel male model has been developed and is used in conjunction with Monte Carlo particle transport and dose codes –GEANT4. We obtain organ absorbed doses and effective doses to the model in isotropic proton fields with energies ranging from 10MeV to 500MeV.

Along with agricultural economy development, the farm machinery product type Increases gradually, the ergonomics question is also getting more and more prominent. The widespread application of computer aided machinery design makes it possible that farm machinery design is intuitive, flexible and convenient. At present, because the developed computer aided ergonomics software has not suitable human body database, which is needed in view of farm machinery design in China, the farm machinery design have deviation in ergonomics analysis. This article puts forward that using the open database interface procedure in CATIA to establish human body database which aims at the farm machinery design, and reading the human body data to ergonomics module of CATIA can product practical application virtual body, using human posture analysis and human activity analysis module to analysis the ergonomics in farm machinery, thus computer aided farm machinery designing method based on engineering can be realized.

＜正＞In present days enormous number of electrical devices are in human living and working environment because of high technology development. Therefore,the concern for the human health,when exposed on EMF influence,occupies more and more attention and leads to series of investigations,related to EMF exposure. In this paper,a method for its determination of such an influence（when a human is exposed on high frequency EMF） is developed.The problems to be solved are modeling of the human exposed field,finding appropriate human model for presentation of his structure taking account his geometrical and electrical characteristics,finding suitable solving method for field determination and appropriate presentation of the results. During the analysis the human model is presented describing his boundary surface using triangles.The influence of a body with different characteristics from those of the free space is replaced with equivalent surface currents during the computing.In that way,a field inside the human body is determined.The results for induced field in human body for typical values of the incident field are in recommended limits.The presented method for EMF influence determination does not depend on an incident field’s form or its frequency.
