human resource(HR)management plays a crucial role in the overall management of enterprises,exerting a significant influence on their growth and development.With China now firmly entrenched in the era of big data,the conventional HR management approach is no longer adequate to meet the evolving demands of enterprise progress.Therefore,there is a pressing need to actively revamp the management strategies to improve the quality.This article outlines the importance of reforming enterprise HR management in the context of big data,scrutinizes the prevailing challenges in this domain,explores strategies for transforming HR management within enterprises in the era of big data,and provides illustrative examples to summarize valuable managerial insights,thereby offer enterprise leaders a valuable source of reference information.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of human resource Management（HRM）practices on safety behavior,a preliminary investigation in construction projects in Ghana.The objectives of the research included;To assess the relationship between safety training and safety behavior in construction projects in Ghana;To assess the relationship between management commitment and safety behavior in construction projects in Ghana;To assess the relationship between employee/worker participation and safety behavior in construction projects in Ghana;To assess the relationship between communication and feedback and safety behavior in construction projects Ghana.The study reviewed literature on HRM practices such as safety training,management commitment to safety,employee/worker participation,communication and feedback,and safety behavior.In all,170 employees of construction projects were randomly selected from the nine construction projects to be participants of the study.A structured questionnaire in line with the study’s objectives was administered to the participants.Out of the selected participants,152 fully completed the survey’s questionnaire.Basic descriptive statistics and linear regression models were employed to analyse the data gathered from the survey.Findings revealed that,there was a significant relationship between the HRM practices adopted and safety behavior.In investigating the impacts of human resource Management practices on employee safety behavior in construction projects,the examination received the utilization of the analysis of variance（ANOVA）technique and the linear multiple regression,to additionally break down the data assembled.Taking all things together,four（4）human resource Management practices including management commitment to safety,safety training,employee/specialist participation and communication and feedback were utilized as predictor or independent variables to clarify the fluctuation in the result or dependent variable（safety behavior）.In view of the analysis of variance come

Finally, an example is used to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the model. Quantitative analysis method provides scientific reference to enterprise for human resource programming.

Patient Safety Culture Post Covid-19 Pandemic: In Perspective of Millennials human Capital Issues

Background: Patient safety is the core task of any healthcare business. As medical harm caused by hospitalisation is still on the rise and patient safety culture is a struggle. We aim to determine the nature of patient safety culture in a private hospital and explore some unique human resource problems in Malaysia. Methods: In our case study, we use the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire to measure the 12 dimensions of patient safety culture. The survey received 281 respondents (76% response rate) from all the millennial frontline healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses and allied healthcare providers. The result of the survey was used as the basis to further explore the problems in this hospital. In-depth interviews, observation and document reviews were conducted in relation to human resource problems. This study used IBM SPSS 26 for Windows for statistical analysis and Atlas ti.8 for qualitative analysis of open comments. We used Interpretive Phenomenological Interpretation for analysis of data after triangulation. Results: The overall average positive response rate for the 12 patient safety culture dimensions of the HSOPSC survey was 64%. The result showed that the staff feels positively toward patient safety culture in this hospital. The dimension that received good performance is “Manager expectation”, “Management support for patient safety” and “Organisational learning”. The dimension with the poor performance was “Staffing”, “Frequency of error reporting”, “Teamwork across units”, and “Handoff and transitions”. The open comments indicated inadequate staffing and nursing retention issues. Interviews, observation and document reviews related to staffing reveal high turnover rates among millennial nurses, high overtime and on-call rates, chaotic units with procedures, doctors’ round, admission and discharges mainly in medical and surgical units causing distraction. This study examines the relationship between human resource management (HRM) in IT and firm performance in sustainable development. Adopting the perspective of organizational identity orientation, we predict that a collectivistic orientation should moderate the relationship between HRM in IT and sustainable development, and it may also have a direct and positive effect on sustainable development. Focusing on firm performance in environmental protection, we test our predictions with empirical data from China’s manufacturing industry. The results show a significant direct effect of HRM and a significant moderating effect of identity orientation on the dependent variable, i.e., performance in sustainable development. Other factors, such as firm size and a firm’s information intensity, are also found to have significant effects. We conclude with a discussion on the implications of the findings for future academic research and managerial practice.
